It is clean and modern. Good location. No parking.
Location Bed sheets were not cleaned prior to my arrival, and I found out the next day that they do not clean sheets unless you ask. This is TOTALLY unacceptable for ANY hotel, much less one that you rate as 4 stars. Breakfast eggs and sausage were tasteless.
Excellent location: sightseeing and transportation -subways. Staff friendly and helpful. Elevator capacity not enough especially at checkout time
The staff of this hotel was great. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. The room was loud. Even at a high floor I could hear everything that happened outside my door or next door. Also things in the room showed wear: broken outlets and cracked tiles. The first floor entrance is confusing and gross--it smelled like damp and mold. The a/c/heater was so loud I just turned it off at night because it would wake me up.
Got a room last minute. Great deal in price. The room was small but perfect for just me and my boyfriend when we just needed a place to crash for the night. Clean rooms and good service. Check out at noon was a plus. Would come back.
Cityview room only can see a wall and room wasn't cleaned. Stauff not helpful.
Great hotel, would definitely stay there again. Very clean, and the staff was very accommodating. No pool. Absolutely no parking. (Do not count on finding parking near by or on the streets). They told me they had a deal with the parking garage next door and when I got there they did not accept my car because "they were full" so I had to run around looking for an open parking and take a cab back to the hotel afterwards.
Bathroom needs repair, towels. Coffee cups are not cleaned. Dirty floor
The staff and location were perfect
The room AC didn't work and when i came back after a day in the city the bed sheet had mascara and yellow stains on it. I i called the hotel staff they change the sheets and gave me a bottle of water for the troubles bit they could not fix the AC. The staff, I mean if the AC is not working you refund the customer the money cause you are sold out and let them go somewhere else, but they said sorry we can not refund. Unreal ... SPG is really dropping the ball with Aloft hotels.
