Pros (+) Close to some very good restaurants. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) No natural light, you wouldn't know it was daylight outside. Furnishings looked tired and "inexpensive".

Cons (-) I stayed for 6 noghts and my flight back home was only 9:40 pm. I asked 2 hours extra and they asked me a entire day charge. Ridiculously they asked me 100 dollars for 1 hour extra. I think it lacked a bit of kindness.

The room was an ok room large because it was a room outfitted for wheel chair customers. They removed the fridge and the safe wasn't installed. But overall it was comfortable clean and spacious. They were courteous, and very accommodating especially the Filipino guy who always helped us with our luggage and arranged for our transportation. Pros (+) Welcoming staff, easy check in, convenient location Great little restaurant serves good food and easy dining. Stayed many times at hotel and very consistent. Good value overall.

Pros (+) Very helpful and friendly desk staff. Bowl of free apples on counter. Location is right in the middle of all the Time Square action and broadway shows, and lots of restaurants - if that is what you want. Staff booked our car service for trip back to airport and service was excellent and reasonably priced.
