Pros: Great staff. Amenities are wonderful. Pool is open late. They treat you like royalty. Will recommend this place
Cons: The valet parking is high at $38/night
Pros: The staff is amazingly! The hotel is so clean and beautiful
Cons: the construction and the view
Pros: loved the staff!
Cons: Construction. The Mattress were good, just not my preference.
Parking is expensive but less expensive parking was found on the street.
Pros: The decor is elegant and it is very comfortable.
Cons: I liked everything about the hotel. It was the construction going on around the hotel that was the only negative. The are building new buildings in the area and there is infrastructure upgrades being done to the streets.
Cons: my credit card was charged twice and the money will be held for 2 weeks

Cons: Terrible service of front desk staff and mechanician to fix the equipment and receive customer who had phisycally difficulty in bad atmosphere of the room
Pros: This hotel had a surprising nice lobby and pool that made me wish I had built in time for lounging poolside and enjoying a cocktail. The free cocktail ticket received at check-in was a nice perk not offered by most hotels. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet - no noisy maids or slamming doors in the hallways. The location is great - very accessible for Brickell business environment. 25 minute mid-day taxi ride to/from the airport.

Cons: full beds are quite small. Queens would be better. Expensive parking. Just "OK" restaurant.
Pros: Restautant, room comfort, service
Pros: Location to cruise terminal.
Cons: $ 43.00 a night to park your car. Ridiculously expensive.
Pros: Nice modern clean facility. Great rooms.
Cons: Hour long wait in the business center just to collect a package.
Pros: Best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was amazing the restaurant Toro Toro was awesome. Everyone was so nice and on the 18th floor we had such a great view of the city!
Cons: My room was ready when I arrived.
Pros: Great Location overlooking the intercoastal and so convenient to American Airlines Arena. The Hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Miami.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like!
Pros: The friendly staff. Amber who checked me in gave me a higher floor so that I could enjoy the view of the city. The view was amazing.

Pros: We stayed three nights for our anniversary and we had an amazing time. The rooms are very modern and clean with super views over the bay amd the city. The staff was very friendly wherever you run into them. Walking distance to lots of activities (boat rides, jer skis, American Airlines arena, restaurants, etc..) highly recommended!!!
Pros: The rooms are amazing, well appointed, loved the bed! Service is top notch too
Cons: Long wait for the valet, call early!
Pros: Great hotel, nice rooms and helpful staff.
Cons: Valet parking too expensive.
Pros: The hotel is very well appointed: from the lobby to common areas and, most notable the rooms. Everything is clean, crisp and well conceived and executed.
Cons: The wifi didn't seem to work, luckily I was close enough to the lobby to use that.
Pros: I loved everything about it, great service, nice people, the room was nice and perfect, and it had a perfect view, it was great and if I ever go back to miami, I would know where to go and stay.
Pros: Luxurious accommodations, incredible views. Room service was very good.
Cons: Valet parking always seems to be the weak link at many hotels. Nothing horrific, just not up to the standard represented at this property.
Pros: Rooms are spacious and beautifully done--esp. the bathroom. Huge TV. I like the location for downtown - great for walking.
Cons: Lobby sparce, chaotic and unwelcoming. Valet was told it would be 20 min., but it was not that long. Event was happening , so lots of arrivals and tight spot to get a lot of cars coming and going.
Cons: as soon as I arrive with a reservation, they told me that they were full and I didn't have a room in that hotel so they change me to another Marriott
Pros: The facilities were all wonderful. The views spectacular. The pool area and gym are outstanding.
Cons: Parking is way too expensive. I had a problem with the television set in the bathroom, the remote simply would not work. I asked for help on this three times and each time they could send someone to turn it on but they could never tell me how to turn it on.

Cons: Concierge was nice but he did not explain that there was an additional charge for parking. He gave me a ticket that I thought I would show at my departure next day but at the parking place they would not let me go without paying. That was a surprise for me. Also, at the front desk they did not ask me if I was a member of the Marriott hotels, I am, so I could have given them my name and number to add points or miles.

Guests can relax at the spa tub, work out at the fitness center, or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. Apartments at this upscale property feature bonuses like kitchens and washers/dryers, along with furnished balconies and sofa beds.
Cons: Windows that do not open so one must use a.c.
However we request a room with window or door to get fresh air..
Pros: I was very suprised with our stay. I went into this as a vacation made very last minute and saw good reviews but figured it would just be an OK hotel.
However it was a really nice place. The staff was very attentive. They book a massage for me. They set up a crib and twin bed for my 2 year old son so he could choose which he wanted.
They had smart TVs which allowed us to play netflix and youtube at night.
my wife and I especially liked that the hotel had many resteraunts, starbucks, pharmacy and many botique stores attached to the hotel.
The pool was nice, but the only drawback is that it is situated in a way that we only got sun in certain parts of the day as the building blocked out the sun before noon. so 12-5pm the sun hit the pool.
It was very close to south beath (lincoln rd). We had a car but with all the shuttle services you really could not even bother.
They had busses going to many of the attractions you want, and if it wasn't uber would fill in the few gaps.
I would 100% go back and do plan on making this a semi-regular vacation favorite.
It also helped that there were other familes with kids for my son to play with.
He had 5-10 kids to play with in the pool on any given day.
ENjoy! and thanks for the memories
Pros: I loved the hotel grounds, great location but our room was tight. Shower/tub needs refinishing. We will return.
Cons: Tub & size of the room
Pros: Great pool area
Cons: It would been nice if breakfast was included
Pros: The room was beautiful! Had an amazing view. The staff were amazing as well, very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Would have liked to see some more shopping boutiques
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful
Pros: Desk staff particularly friendly and helpful.
Pros: The breakfast is good!!
Cons: The parking is expensive!!
Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed our room on the 21st floor. The view was amazing and the room was very plush and comfortable. Enjoyed the daily Happy Hour specials and the buffet styled breakfast thats readily available downstairs at the restaurant called the "Catch". The service the Marriott provided was Awesome! I would stay here again.... $10.00 or less ride to South Beach using Uber or Lyft. If you don't want to pay the daily parking charge, there is street parking that affordable adjacent to the hotel.
Cons: There is no microwaves or refrigerators available in the rooms. However, you can requested these items if they are available.
Pros: Everything including location from the Port of Miami, nice lobby, great restaraunt, and view from balcony!
Cons: Pool was horrendous. When you go to FL the one thing you look forward to it the pool/jacuzzis. To put it in perspective, the pool water was warmer than the hot tub. Outside of the pool area needing some work, everything was great.
Pros: was ok
Pros: Nothing to write home about. The view was great but the rooms were standard! I expected a bit more comfort for the price.

Pros: The staff were helpful, responsive and genuine. The room was comfortable and clean. We caught a really great deal on Expedia.
Cons: The cost of snacks/beverages
Pros: This hotel is the go-to for my wife and I whenever we're in Miami. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful! Very close to incredible restaurants and bars too!
Pros: Hotel facilities seemed good but couldn't use many of them.
Cons: Pool overrun by near-naked chemically stimulated revelers. Incredibly noisy till small hours of morning. Phones in room didn't work.
Pros: Fantastic views, great location, comfortable beds. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean, nice room
Cons: Our shower, nor our phones, did not work. Fortunately, we were only staying for a single night, which made the problem not a big deal. Also, pools were not heated. They have two BEAUTIFUL pools, but no one dared to be in them at all because they were absolutely freezing. A shame, really.
Pros: The views were pretty nice. The room was comfortable, except for the constant racket of music, construction and traffic, not to mention the binging from the elevator
Cons: Super noisy. Disorganized. Staff not very helpful
Somewhat snobby clientele.
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Dirty, loudy, parking, people hosted.
Pros: Loved the location, restaurant and bars
Cons: I wish they had coffee available for longer in the am, start earlier and end later, I missed it every day, either I was leaving to early or too late
Pros: The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable-including an early check in and later check out to accommodate our flights. Well done!
Rooms are nice size and had great views of the harbor and city lights. Would definitely come back again!
Cons: Price for parking is steep.
Pros: No good signal tv, I can not go to pool for private pool party.
Pros: Outstanding service
We have stayed at Epic many times, but this was the first time bringing the kids. The kids had a wonderful time. As a family we cannot wait to come back!!
Cons: each stay at Epic has been an exceptional experience, which is why it's our hotel of choice when visiting Miami.
Pros: Room quality, location, pool, gym, breakfast area, Lobby, In-Room dining experience was terrific.
Cons: Bed linens were not soft, very rough and low quality. Pillows much to big and thick, no choices for pillows. Took one hour and three calls to get extra towels.
Pros: Fun lively noisy location in downtown Miami
Cons: We were not given the room we ordered but they did try to make up for the error.
Located 2.5 mi (4 km) from the airport, Kimpton EPIC Hotel features a marina and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Miami Convention Center. Guests can visit the spa to be pampered with massages, facials, or body treatments, and Area 31, one of 2 restaurants, serves seafood and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2 outdoor pools and 3 bars/lounges are onsite, and rooms at this luxurious hotel offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs and premium bedding.
Cons: the breakfast was limited. bathroom needs updating.

Cons: Flight left me and I Sent them Proof from American Air Lines Then they promised me to re-booking amount, week left and did not recover the amount Whenever I tried to contact them A person who on the counter Transfer my calls to The Department Competent and No one answers no one call me back again ..... they are thieves
Pros: The location, the size and quality of the room and bathroom, the courtesy and skill of the staff.
Cons: We liked it. We'll come back.
Pros: Location and pool.
Cons: Dirty pool, dirty spa, dirty room, expensive forn nothing. Even the holiday inn has a slepers and more clean the bathroom and bedroom.
The closet was broken, and they gave us a room for special capabilities i dont know why.
Pros: Location is great. Friendly staff.
Cons: Reception lobby too small and crowded. Walls too thin.
Pros: The W Miami is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. The rooms are luxurious with king size beds and large bathrooms. The fitness center has all the machines needed for a good workout, and a hot tub for after the workout. There is a large pool on the 15th overlooking the bay. I can't wait to return.
Pros: Amazing room, will definitely go here again. Staff was helpful in providing a room when Amoma failed to make a reservation for the hotel. If you are booking a hotel room from kayak through a third party, buyers stay away from Amoma!
Pros: Modern, cool, hip--like all W Hotels. Unlike some, there wasn't loud music playing at 3 am at the upstairs club. View is great. Gym is good, but a bit of a haul to get to as it is in a different building.
Cons: Hotel messed up my bill quite badly and overcharged me by about $500. Only attempted to resolve after I had to intervene at check-out and again over the phone (and I still haven't seen the final refund come through via the bank). Additionally, while I was having dinner, the bartender at the restaurant came up while he was on Skype with his son and was like--"look at this beautiful woman eating by herself!" It felt a bit invasive.
Pros: Pool,location,bed itself was nice.
Cons: Customer service was very bad for a 5 star hotel, mold in hallways of room, dirty stained carpets, every piece of furniture was damaged and just looked bad. If I wanted to stay in a hotel 6 I could have saved 200 dollars.
Pros: The hotel and atmosphere were great. The best service were the bell hop and the valet service.
Cons: Untrained staff, in particular the service in the restaurant was poor! Front desk gave conflicting information are not clear when asking about restaurants.
Pros: Loved this hotel. The concierge Jorge Rocha was so helpful, he gave us GREAT customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami.

Indulge yourself in our 28,000-square-foot spa and fitness center. Catching some rays on the 2-acre WET Deck featuring a 300-foot infinity pool on Biscayne Bay. Created for discerning globetrotters, each of our 146 guest rooms and suites features a private balcony that overlooks the city or the Miami River, plus marble bathrooms with Bliss Spa® sinkside six lemon + sage bath amenities.
Pros: Nice big room, very clean, staff was very nice! Loved the Pawnbroker rooftop bar/restaurant....great atmosphere! Close to Bayfront Park area and Brickell Avenue and Marlins Park.
Cons: No ice machine on floor and had to get ice from room service. The regular restaurant was closed for renovations. They charged a hotel fee for their continental breakfast even if you didn't eat breakfast.
Cons: The location is terrible nothing to do around there. Customer service is terrible very rude staff especially in the restaurant. Will never stay there again.
Cons: There was nothing open including room service and there was a dead cockroach in our room.
Pros: The Langford is absolutely beautiful and I loved its character! They managed to maintain a lot of its unique architecture with modern touches. The downtown location was convenient for all of the things we wanted to do.
Cons: I didn't like the breakfast situation. When I booked online, it said out breakfast would be included, however, when we went upstairs the first morning we were immediately accosted about our breakfast coupons and then told we could only have the pastries, coffee, and orange juice, since we didn't have the coupons. I'm 6 months pregnant and had my 1 year old daughter with us, so this was very frustrating. But there were several options within walking distance. Also, we wanted to use the sky lobby while we were there, but there was some kind of model casting going on all day both days we were there so it was packed.
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The rooms were smaller, but clean and chicly decorated. PB station had delicious food and the rooftop bar was fun!
Pros: How courteous the doormen and front desk employees were, great shower. Nice comfy bed.
Cons: Apparently requesting a second bucket of ice is an unreasonable request. Not according to the front desk but to whoever tells the person that actually comes to your door. This was off putting to say the least.
Located 4 mi (6.4 km) from the airport, The Langford Hotel features a rooftop terrace and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Miami Convention Center. The rooftop bar is a great place to grab a drink, and guests looking for a bite to eat can check out PB Station, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like iPod docks, premium bedding, and bathrobes.
Cons: Remodeling on every floor. Chairs stacked in hallways. Even though I had a voucher for the room, they still tried to charge me.
Hyatt House Miami Airport is a well-appointed, centrally located all suite hotel, catering to the business traveler as well as families. Easy access to and from Miami International Airport and major freeways. Minutes from South Beach Coral Gables and Downtown Miami. Near Art Deco, Malls, Zoo, Museums and Parks.
Cons: The person at the reception desk during my check in was not friendly nor courteous. I wish I had gotton his name. Even pointed at the wrong direction after check in. Steering me toward the restaurant area instead of the elevators. The room was in a very strange state: all the drawers were open, seat cushens raised, waste basket placed on the chair. I did not understand at all.
Pros: Muy confortable y bien ubicado.
Pros: Pretty clean room. King room was a nice size. Liked the fridge and microwave.
Cons: Horrible views and could be a bit cleaner..wanted better pillows.
Pros: Excellent location for a short stay. I was doing a short stop for my trip and this hotel seemed excellent. It didn't disappoint.
Cons: Bathroom was a bit old. Other than that the room was OK. Lift was old too and about to break.

Pros: I always use Hilton because for several reasons but this hotel stood out for their staff, overall feel and looks of the hotel along with the comfort of the room.
Cons: View from our room, preferred the ocean view
Pros: I was pleased with the amenities and cleanliness. The location was also a major plus.
Cons: Parking was not included in the service offering neither wqs internet.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, knowledgeable concierge, usual level of Hilton comfort, close to public transport
Cons: Needs a makeover, drab decoration
Cons: pay to park
pay for internet
Cons: getting old.... hope it´s renewed in the future
Pros: Close to the bus stop & mover
Cons: Far from the beach
Pros: Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Cons: 1) Status was not recognized. Although we booked thru agent, other brands still recognize it. They are even stingy on the complementary bottles of water.. which is funny. I will not give Hilton into priority consideration in the future.
2) Some residents were definitely smoking pot inside the room.
3) We had 4 people checking in and were only given 3 towels.... which is very much ridiculous.
4) The bed was not set up in a tidy manner, and the trash can and empty bottles were not removed after the room cleaning.. that was a very bad experience.
Pros: Location, room, view was great!
Cons: Expensive parking fee
Pros: It was overall a fantastic hotel, would stay again
Cons: The construction
Pros: everything was perfect
Pros: I got a very good deal for how nice the hotel was. the food was good. the bed was super comfortable. very close by to everything.
Cons: tv kept messing up

Cons: Water leak from AC in our first room. We were moved to a suite, so outcome was good.
Pros: Staff was professional
Cons: A big step down from the old Sofitel at the same prices. If the Sofitel was 4 stars then the Pullman struggles to reach three. Despite some refurbishing the hotel looks tired. They overcharge for everything- $17 for parking. The service is ok and nothing worked very well...internet, television etc
Pros: Asked for technician who never came. They don't answer phones. Staff don't have manners.
Cons: The staff was rude from the moment I walked in the door until the moment we left. They made jokes at my expense because it took me forever to get up the stairs since I'm pregnant. I booked two rooms but they didn't one of them available at 6pm (3 hours after check-in time). After sorting that mess out, we got stuck in the elevator which terrified my daughter. To make it worse the staff was giggling as we called for assistance.
Upon entering one of the rooms, there was a large brown wet stain in the center of the room. When we called to complain the front desk said that we should be happy that they upgraded us to $600 a night room since our other room wasn't ready. We just asked them to clean it but they said most of housekeeping had left so it would be awhile.
Even the staff at the coffee shop was rude in the morning when we asked how long it would take to order anything but black coffee because of the rest of the menu wasn't ready two hours after their opening time.
Overall it was a terrible experience. The hotel is rundown but its the staff that made sure that I would never use this hotel again
Pros: The staff was above and beyond wonderful!!
Very nice, clean accommodations, and beautiful pool. Great location!
Overall a lovely hotel.
Cons: Only downside is the only place to purchase water or soft drink was the bar. They charged us $4.00 for a small aluminum can of Sprite.
Cons: Not alot of pillows per bed mattress not firm enough
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Delicious food in restaurant and bar. Lovely pool area.
Cons: We've stayed in other Sofitels before and this one didn't seem like one; the room definitely didn't live up to the brand. It didn't even live up to some of the lower-market Accor brands either. We were very disappointed.
Towels were unwashed; they smelled like they were new from the manufacturer (not even washed for the first time).
Carpet looked old. Room didn't seem upmarket at all and needs updating. Bathroom smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room.
Front desk either initiated or failed to stop another hold on our credit card, beyond the normal hold for incidentals, the day we checked out no less (and we checked-out several hours before normal check-out). This was not a problem per se, but it was still an annoyance, especially considering that hotel seemed sub-par in other ways.
In summary, the room was not horrible; it just wasn't a Sofitel. It was the equivalent of an average hotel, not even above average.
Pros: The room the view the staff the gym I love it
Cons: The food too expensive
Pros: Service was excellent and food was good. Good size room.
Cons: Hotel is a little dated and needs some cosmetic refurbishing since structure is good. Bathroom and tub our outdated.
Pros: Clean, friendly staff
Cons: No continental breakfast
Pros: Beautiful hotel, very comfortable.
Cons: Pillows were so soft they became flat while Laying on them
