Jumeirah Al Qasr places guests a 12-minute drive from the spectacular man-made island of Palm Jumeirah, and 14 minutes from Dubai Marina. It’s a 6-minute drive to Wild Wadi Waterpark, and 10 minutes to glitzy Mall of the Emirates.
Pros: My 3 stay? The hotel has really gone down hill. Things were in disrepair; computer was out of paper then later ink, Wedding Salutations sent to our suite in error, air conditioner broke, bathroom amenities reduced by 40% prices increased
Cons: Customer service was excellent .
Pros: The amazing staff and privacy!!!! Extremely exclusive. Most amazing property!!!! Unbelievable amenities. LOVED the his and hers Hermes cologne, parfum and bath products! Extremely impressed with all the room extras! I defininely will stay again!
Cons: All restaurants extremely overpriced!!! Extremely ANGRY about the pool menu, I got charged around $90 for a stupid hamburger. $110 for my guest's breakfast was outrageous!
Pros: Excellent service, fabulous place and beautiful room
Cons: Everything was perfect
Burj Al Arab Jumeirah out of its own man-made island off the Jumeirah coast, south of the city and 15 miles (25 km) from Dubai International Airport. Visible from almost everywhere in the city, it is linked to the shore by a gently curving causeway.
Pros: The staff, the service, the quality was all excellent!! It was more than expected. The pool and gym was also amazing services. I would definitely stay there again and if our children are with us we would have utilized the complimentary wadi water park and private beach tickets.
Cons: The food packages in the hotel were a little too expensive, but there were too many other food options around town to worry about the hotel restaurants.
Pros: Loved the perks with complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark and Zero Gravity beach club.
Pros: We really had a great time excellent service,
Pros: The staff was excellent wich is key to great lodging experiences. When we coupled that with the beauty and quality of the facilities, we were just blown away. I have been in the gaming, hospitality, and entertainment business for 31 years, and this is by far my best experience.
Cons: There were no issues at all.
Pros: My wife and I are in our late 20s/early 30s and stayed at the JET in Dubai for two nights en route to Thailand for our honeymoon. Dubai is an expensive city, so the cost for a night or two in the JET is on par for other hotels in the area. It's located close to the mall and the metro/train, and it is the epitome of luxury, comfort, and relaxation. I've stayed at the hotel for numerous business trips and insisted we stay there for our quick stop - my wife has had nothing but overwhelmingly positive reviews since we've left. The views, the staff, the room, the breakfast (which isn't included in the price of the room, unfortunately, but is worth it if you feel like splurging), the pool, and the amenities make this a perfect place to stay.
Cons: As noted above, it would be nice if the hotel included breakfast with the room, but otherwise there is nothing I can say that I didn't enjoy.
Pros: The bullivard and everything
This family-friendly Dubai hotel is located near the airport, within 1 mi (2 km) of Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: Loved that it was not a high rise tower and felt very relaxing and quiet and yet only 10 minutes from the airport
Cons: A bit far from the beach was the only drawback
Pros: Beautiful rooms. Very quiet. Great location and views
Good value for class of hotel
Close to creek golf club
Pros: Beautiful room, high quality toiletries, comfortable bed, high quality linens
Cons: No complaints
Pros: I LOVE THE SERENITY AND THE VIEW.
THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT. THE SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL.
Park Hyatt Dubai is a luxury waterfront retreat adjacent to the world-famous Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. Situated just minutes away from the city centre, world-class shopping and prime business districts, the hotel is a haven of tranquil elegance amidst the vibrant city of Dubai, and is considered the only resort within the city.
Pros: Top notch hotel. Free upgrade to a room with a balcony and a fantastic view of the marina. Excellent service from checkin to checkout. Complimentary breakfast buffet was superb. Infinity pool was very relaxing. In-room 3D movies were awesome. Easy access to metro.
Cons: Nothing, wish could have stayed longer.
Pros: I stayed in a room facing the marina, which was very picturesque. Apparently the other side view was not so good. Views of building sites I heard.
Cons: Not much not to like. I would return 100%
Pros: Good servies
Standing tall in the heart of one of Dubai’s most vibrant neighborhoods, where crystal waters shimmer against modern architecture and luxury yachts moor alongside trendsetting restaurants, Address Dubai Marina is a haven for the discerning traveller. Perfectly situated for your business needs, Address Dubai Marina is just a short ride away from Dubai Media and Internet Cities, Knowledge Village, Jebel Ali Free Zone, and within walking distance from the metro station.
Pros: I travel a lot and get to see many hotels, at this hotel they have thought about everything. Perfect place, very nice rooms, service impecable, love to come back!!!!
Cons: Being about 10 away from the city, location is Ok
Pros: very bad experience. nightmare . ruined my calibration and my weekend.
Cons: the worst hotel I have ever been to. I booked to calibrate my anniversary and my wife's birthday. We agreed that I shall check in and after one hour I leave the room to prepare a little arrangement for the occasion and they confirmed that to me. I left the room and returned after mid night and they didn’t do anything in the room and all their promises were not met or delivered.
Big disappointment for me and defiantly my wife was very disappointed from me ..
Pros: Large rooms with a great view of the Dubai skyline. Unlike some of the other hotels, Raffles includes Wi-Fi in your room rate which I think is the right way to go as most people have internet access at work and home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is connected to a large mall and so you have easy access to all the stores and restaurants in it. The metro station is a short walking distance from the hotel. It is definitely a hotel I would come back to and recommend to my friends.
This stunning landmark hotel in a distinctive pyramid shape merges Asian style with an Egyptian aesthetic. The perfect residential sanctuary to unwind in Dubai conveniently located 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport and close to the major shopping cultural and business districts with easy access to the Dubai metro. Raffles Dubai, surrounded by private gardens and situated in the heart of the city is the perfect place offering the most modern amenities with gracious service.
Pros: One of the best hotels in dubai. The staff is what makes the stay amazing.
Cons: Stay was not long enough.
Pros: Large room and very clean. Nice brakefast
Pros: Modern luxurious hotel
Cons: Nothing I can recall
Putting you within a 10-minute drive of Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, Taj Dubai offers an airport pick-up service (available 24 hours) for AED 275 per vehicle. Guests can visit the spa to be pampered with deep-tissue massages, body wraps, or body scrubs, and Bombay Brasserie, one of 4 restaurants, serves Indian cuisine and is open for dinner. There are 2 bars/lounges and an outdoor pool, and rooms at this luxurious hotel get the details right with deep soaking tubs and premium bedding.
Cons: Staff forgets things such as wake up calls. Something very important as a business traveller.
Pros: Nothing bad to say about the hotel or the location.
Cons: The hotel exceeded my expectations.
This hotel is in the upper price range for Dubai yet similar quality hotels around the region are better designed, more welcoming and far lower cost. I guess it is Dubai that creates the expectation of high cost hotel rooms, especially during the Western Easter/Spring school break but for your money there are far better places in the region, better beaches, nicer facilities and classier hotels. Try the Shangri-La in Muscat instead.
Pros: The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Rhodes restaurant for breakfast was far better than the characterless place most people were guided to.
Cons: The room had limited views and the hotel in general felt a bit dated. It's lobby area was soulless and the lifts were inefficient and slow. The use of dark marble made the hotel look old and dark.
Great ubication, nice sea views, enjoy a good time there...
Pros: Good service, nice people,
Cons: Breakfast options...

Cons: 1. They took our information at the front desk, then forgot us for 30 mins 2. Bathroom lights were not working 3. Bidet was not working 4. Leaky shower door.
Overlooking Burj Khalifa Lake, The Palace Downtown Dubai is next to bustling Souk Al Bahar. Dominating the skyline from across the lake is Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building. Guests can walk 5 minutes to the restaurants and shops at The Dubai Mall, and drive 20 minutes to Jumeirah Beach.
Pros: Very nice hotel with all facilities and luxury staying
All 674 rooms are spacious, with stunning views over Dubai creek or of the city skyline. Decorated in soft natural tones with luxurious fabrics guestrooms offer complete facilities such as a walk-in wardrobe, interactive satellite television and broadband Internet connection. Marble bathrooms offer twin basins and a separate shower and bath.
Pros: The clubs and shisha were fantastic. The food was delicious. If your a Marriott Rewards member the club was amazing.
Cons: If you don't have Marriott Rewards the wi-fi is expensive. If you do, it's free!
Pros: Excelent facilities / Wide variety of breakfast / strategic location / Wifi available for free / friendly staff
Cons: Busy hotel but well handled. Sometimes it takes about 10 to 15 to get your car infront of lobby.
Pros: international food
Cons: vaily parking
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and how friendly the staff was. Also, 37th floor buffet was a great deal. Hope they don't change it down the road. Definitely a 5 stars Horel.
Cons: The card system. My friends stayed in a different floor and someone always had to come and get me or I had to go get them. Elevators take sometime but nothing major.
Pros: Staff was very accommodating to request. The hotel had a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Central location with complimentary shuttle service every 30 minutes to the Dubai Mall.
Pros: Design, quality, cleanliness, choice of high quality & gourmet restaurant, amazing staff and top service
Cons: - No free wifi
- Lack of quality featherless pillows
Pros: I enjoyed the views and meeting the staff
Cons: Velocity Sports Bar poorly designed and managed. Waiter gave me old menus with written notes/scribbles on it. Prime 68 a poor bargain; food only slightly above avg and I was seated away from the view. Why go there for an inside seat? Valet parking a completely under-managed - poor construction of on/off ramp to hotel. Waited 15 minutes for car to brought out. Breakfast Bar not large enough to accommodate full-hotel; off-ramped to Kitchen 6 where the food and service were below average. Bad scrambled eggs, baked beans, and latte'. Just awful.
Pros: value for money
Cons: a bit outside the tourist zone

Pros: The ambiance was nice and the setting was very elegant. The location was also great.
Cons: There was construction going on next to our room. They were apologetic and gave us free breakfast.
Pros: Staff was super, location was excellent and above all the pool and privet beach made our stay extrem
Cons: The only thing is the spa was over priced
Pros: Staff was courteous, room was clean and modern, in-room dining was great, the check-in and check-out process and easy and speedy.
Pros: Large resort with multiple pools & activities (also private beach). Staff was very attentive.
Cons: Felt rushed during check out process.
Enjoy the grounds and pool.
Pros: I liked the view and the staff was nice.
Cons: The quality for the price is way off. The first room I was in was a like a standard room with very little space. The second room was a little bigger, but still not worth the money. Room service... you would be better off going out to eat somewhere else.

Pros: Water park was one of the best, beats all the U.S. Water parks combined .My 6 yr old loved it all. The aquarium is like and art gallery with fish as a background.
Cons: Restaurants are expensive unless you like to paying $30 for a hamburger.
Pros: If you want to have good time stay in any other hotel and go to have fun with your kids in the park only but don't you ever stay in the hotel if you order room service you will never get it, if a miracle happen and you get the room service it will be old and cold
Cons: The worst service you can even get in your life. So far from 5 starts. The lost my bagels when I checked in for a whole night instate of having good time with my kids I ended up looking for my bages for the whole night

Pros: Fabulous room; well appointed and thoughtful. Access to mall unquestionably awesome.
Cons: Valet staff out front continue to be a leaderless, snotty group. Untrained, uncoordinated mob of young men that ruin the hotel experience - same as my previous visit here 18 months ago. Disappointing. Bed is very uncomfortable - left with a sore back.
Pros: Everything was perfect amazing hotel very clean classy and luxury
Cons: Nothing at all
