Friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. A free half bottle of champagne and greetings card delivered to the room just after our arrival in recognition of my wife's birthday was an unexpected and delightful surprise!
You sent us an email to check into the hotel with time of check in room floor etc We filled this in sent it back and you sent back confirmation of our check in on the morning of the booking When we arrived at the hotel we were told by the duty manager they did not have a room for us Reason was the person did not move out of the room This of course is utter rubbish I believe the true reason is we booked the room through you at a discounted rate they were then able to sell the room at full rate so we were left without a room Of course this teachers us and others a lesson never to deal with you again and never stay at the Chelsea Harbour We could of course been informed earlier in the day but nobody even cares when you are paying cheap rates You get what you pay for in this world In this case nothing
The location of the hotel is great. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

Location was good,reception service good,suite very good,comfortable,quiet and very clean. Tv system laborious to change channels on TV-but maybe due to my lack of tech knowledge!

The hotel is located in an ideal part of London with the opportunity to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and attentive without being burdensome. The rooms as spacious and well supplied.
The staff was very friendly, well trained and motivated. The breakfast is one of the best I have seen in all my life, - staying mainly at hotels of this category! Order the fruit plate at the buffet... During my six-day trip unfortunately I stayed only three days at the Wyndham and three days at another five star of another American chain (paying about GBP 380.-- plus taxes/night). It would have been better to go directly to the Wyndham.

Pleasant room in well located hotel - reasonably priced for London Outrageous cost of car parking on site @ £25 per day - there should be some deal for clients who have to travel by this method of transport. Apart from this I would recommend but cannot do so due to these punitive charges

The Millennium hotel has no restaurant.Only 1 tea bag and hot chocolate sachet and only 4 milk.Long waits for taxis. Not much to see and do nearby. Porridge and full English breakfast brought together waitress and manager could not understand that the coooked breakfast would get cold whilst I ate my porridge.Problems with reservation - full English breakfast was included in the price but on my 1st and 3rd day the restaurant said that the computer showed continental breakfast
Access to sky channels that you don't get in other hotels, eg sky sports, and as an avid sports fan that was nice to have. The hotel is very quiet, I booked for new year and the hotel was full however I never got woken up or disturbed by noise as I have been in other hotels, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful Bar prices and food were well over priced

Location was excellant and room was very nice I booked a twin room but got a double room instead. I did mention this to the receptionist but she said that they had no more twin rooms. I didn't like the fact that, even though I booked and paid, a twin room that I booked for was given to someone else or that the hotel over book certain rooms.
Location. We stayed in a room adapted for a disabled guest - I am a wheelchair user - whilst the size of the bathroom was commendable it had a bath and not a walk in shower. This was not what we expected and not like the last Novotel we stayed in. This hotel is not worthy of its 4* rating, the room was basic and lacked the usual creature comforts one would expect.
The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The reception staff were not very friendly and the room was not good value for money.
Breakfast is just ok but staff cannot speak english there so when asking for eggs or butter they point to the toilet? Really poor!! Breakfast was a great deal of overcooked or old food!

Beds where uncomfortable and the chrages for parking for residents was unfair when you pay to stay in a hotel you should have free resident parking, i've never stayed in a hotel before that charged for parking and a £1 an hour is a ridiculous when your staying gor 24 hours or more.

The size of the room. No room service. It is what it is, a basic 3 star hotel.
Basic room, but clean and contained what you'd need for short trip away. Good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Not reagrding ths stay as such but would be helpful to know about the overground train station right around the corner on their website rather than stating the nearest tube station is 15 mins walk away!

The staff were extremely helpful and handled my concerns efficiently and sympathetically. Although an overground station is extremely close, it is too isolated for sight seeing or access to the underground system.

The hotel is situated in a very good area in London, it's very cosy and beautifully decorated. It's about 15 minutes walking to Fulham station.
The hotel is not in an accessible location - the nearest underground station is 0.7 miles away.
The breakfast was really good. Room is quite comfortable. The heating was not working properly when we first arrived.
Overall my wife and I loved this spot. It's a short cheap uber ride to some posh spots in Chelsea or enjoy the tube right next to you along with water bus as well (when available). It's a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of other areas in central London. The staff was extremely amazing and helpful. The morning breakfast included in our stay was great and very well staffed. Great job to everyone that works at this hotel you truly made us feel like we were at a 5 star hotel! the only concerns we had were the air conditioner and doors to our hotel room. The AC could never get real cold or it would shut off and you need to turn back on again and again. The door appeared to repainted which stuck and the handle was a little janky. Room 422.
The room was comfortable and the restaurant served a good breakfast (included with our room) as well as good food for dinner.

The staff at the front desk was great! They accomodated my request for a larger room for our 7 day stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff seemed slow in service.

The location and the size of the rooms were the best aspects of our stay The breakfast was awful. On our second evening we asked to cancel the pre-booked breakfast the next day and it was confirmed that this would be done and we would not be charged. When we came to check-out the reception staff tried to charge us for this. When we pointed out the error it resulted in what can best be described as a stand up row. It's a shame that the staff did not view us as customers and merely as £'s in the hotel coffers.This insignificant amount of money (£34) will probably stop us from using the hotel again on our frequent visits to London or recommending the hotel to friends. Shame.
Excellent location and great value for the facilities on offer in a Central London location. As others mention charging for water and internet access in the room is a negative - add a few quid onto the room and give it away -customer perception will improve.
Selected as VIP of the day and upgraded to a suite FOC. Suite was fantastic. Huge comfy bed Bathroom drains smelt a little bit

The breakfast wasn't bad, and in fact the coffee was really good. I have paid less and got more in other hotels, in London and abroad. It was only on arrival at the hotel we realised that the spa facilities and the gym were paying for guests at the hotel - I have never come across that before!!! Lots of hidden charges everywhere - dinner menu not inclusive of vat - and on top of that the heating didn't work and we had to call in the maintenance service.
The rooms were nice and clean and all the staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to the underground station and easy to get to and from. I can only recommend this hotel. That the railway goes right past the hotel. Actually I had read about this in the quest reviews and therefore specificly asked to have a room away from the railway but this we didn't get. However it was not a big problem and it will not prevent me from staying at the K West again.

Excellent location in terms of access to public transportation (tube), an absolutely outstanding shopping mall just around the corner and a broad array of dining options in the area,both in terms of cuisine and pricing. The room was extremely clean, and offered a nice selection of free beverages including teas, coco and bottled water as well as lotions and other bath sundries. Very nice! Also, we found that W12 Rooms has a very, very friendly and helpful staff. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Only two niggles: although the bath was well sized, the room itself was very small- though workable. Just be organized! And although the room was well sound-proofed, wearing a pair of foam ear plugs took care of the occasional nightly siren. After we adopted those, we slept very well indeed in the comfy bed.

The nachos were good, I guess. Near to tube station. The staff was incredibly rude, when you asked them questions they would be on cell phones & it was obvious you were bothering them. There's no lift, and the rooms are cold and the beds squeak whenever you move. The showers were very small and had little hot water. I would never stay here again.
It has no restaurant, so in my opinion it is not a hotel.

I like the familiarity that you get with your express by holiday inn hotels. It's good to know that wherever you stay you will get a similar level of comfort and room layout. not in a great location for exploring locally

Hotel clean & friendly, rooms a good size. Not enough tea, coffee, sugar provided in the room . More variety at breakfast ( eg boiled egg instead of just scrambled egg ) room very noisy ( from ac unit / wtaer / light fittings cooling )

The best thing about this hotel was the location. Close to Westfields Shopping Center and the Underground station. The room could use more trash bins and hand towels in the bathroom.

Liked the kitchen fscilities, comfortable bed, quiet hotel. I was upgraded to suite! Lots of room, shame I was only there from 11pm to 8am! Thin, small rough bath towels - not same quality as rest of linens! No teabags/milk for one night stays.
The room was very clean , modern & comfortable .It has been fitted out to a high spec , the rotating kitchen was a nice touch so you could stay in the room and cater for yourself if the need arrises .Over all we had an excellent stay in the hotel
excellent location if you are going to Kensington Olypia, which we were on the Friday of out weekend in London, but then your kind of stuck out in the sticks. We should have moved more central the second night. A bit pretentious - style over substance. Would I reccomend it to anyone elde? only if they were going to Olympia
Clean Ac system out of order. Check out process difficult and did not provide invoice for over night stay. Refreigator did not work. Silverware were not clean. Wanted to charge additional money for using American Express card.

I needed a hotel close to Charing Cross Hospital. it was 10 mins by taxi which was fine. about the hotel and its service, i have no complaints
The overall hygiene and finish was to a very good standard. It's a fairly new building, about 3 weeks old, very well located, short walking distance to Kensington. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. I arrived in the Summer,very warm but the a/c wasn't working, didn't sleep very well. Had to open a window, which backs up onto the street,again not good if people can see me in my room! Please sort out the air conditioning. My fridge was the smallest I've ever seen, lol!!

Hotel is very average and does not deserve 3 star. 1. Hotel is cheaper via ibis website, I saw that too late, so bookings is not cheaper 2.Wifi connection is 15gbp per night and luckily through booking it was free.
Great food, room was good. location was good. i was not expecting hidden charges on top of bill, i thought the tax was included in the price i was quoted, when booking the room on the website.

The Hotel was clean but not very big. We had three small maps of Central London but when we got out at Earl's Court we realized that the Hotel was just outside the map. therefore we had to take a taxi. But it's only 7 min. walk if you know the way.
Location it was close to the seminar I was attending and 5 minutes walk from the underground. The room looked rather old. I went at the information desk to ask for Paracetamole as my roommate had a terrible headacke but they said they couldn't provide me with any. I had to go looking outside the hotel for pharmacy.
This was the second time I chose Hotel Ibis Earls Court as my accommodation in London. The hotel is very well located, very comfortable, cosy rooms and friendly staff.
