Cons:
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location...
Cons: ... but let down by the obvious corners cut in construction, such as the lack of shaver socket and the decision to not fill the hole in the floor of our room prior to laying laminate flooring over the top. While I understand the use of mattress protectors (most hotels use them), the management would have been better placed selecting a version that did not incorporate a layer of plastic, which makes for a very uncomfortable night's sleep, even on a cool night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, handy to transport. Nice sized bathroom. Clean!
Cons: Compact room so not much space for suitcases. No tea towels or dishcloth provided for doing the dishes.

6.7 Good
Pros: The location in terms of its relation with the tube stations is somewhat superb if you are not dragging a heavy case along. The fridge & the kitchen are greatly appreciated. The shower room is specious.
Cons: The check-in time of 14:00 seems to be understood differently from other ordinary hotels, i.e. something inflexible, and I wished I had been warned somehow. I arrived 15 min earlier, found no doors would open, was told over the phone that somebody would come to help and nobody actually did. Everything worked at 14:01. The areas where you need to be cautious about narrow, steep stairs as well as coding of door opening, are too dim. Wished the room had a little more space but tried convince myself, given it's London. The housekeeping ladies seemed, although delivering a good job, to use their linguistic obstacle as a tool of avoiding complications.

The WiFi and facilities like the laundry room were all easily accessible and well-maintained. Staff polite and unobtrusive. Location would be the biggest draw for me to book here again.
Cons: The size of the room for 2 people is pretty tight. Also a few design choices in the room were a bit annoying. For example the bathroom has a pretty artsy glazed door. This looks great. However, I tend to leave for work a lot earlier than my wife and when I turn on the light in the bathroom, it is enough to wake her, even through the closed door.

Pros: The staff is amazing and the location could not be closer to the Shepherd's Bush underground and bus station. Super convenient.
Cons: A little noisy in the evening but that quieted down by around 11pm or so. The bathroom in the standard room is pretty tiny, definitely worth booking the deluxe room.

Cons: The internet is not secure, they give you a password etc. but when checking it, device states it is not secure. I did highlight this but was told it was secure - but is was not as it did not even have the padlock next to it. Pros: Great location for what we needed to do Friday to Saturday.
Cons: I do think the price for drinks in London hotels are way over priced and they really don't need to be. You have a captive audience why wouldn't you want to keep them in your bar spending money. You don't need to inflate the price at all. That's London for you.

7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel is in a diverse ethnic neighborhood with a fabulous array of affordable food choices from across the globe in the surrounding neighborhood!
Cons: Hotel is a little far out of central London. Although transit options are nearby, time of travel was longer than average.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location. Friendliness of staff. Room was excellent.
Cons: The restaurant that was touted as Michelin rated was a total disaster. The B’fast menu for the 7 days did not change. The staff were totally unprofessional & unfriendly. Appears the customers were doing them a favour being there. No smiling faces amongst any of them. Indifferent to customers needs. To ask even a cup of coffee appeared to be an imposition. When the Food trays were empty it took ages to refill. Refused to patronise for further meals.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The revolving door is now working and the beds are comfortable.
Cons: The restaurant is closed, and it doesn't seem likely to open any time soon, since that part of the building appears to have been demolished. You can still get a meal of sorts in the bar, but it's a poor substitute. Cost-cutting measures are becoming tiresome. For example, toiletries have been downgraded to the screwed-to-the-wall type, and the only tonic available in the bar is a rather nasty diet tonic. Staff are aware of a downward trend in quality, and moral seems low. That's a shame because most are well trained and deserve better. A week after check-out, I received a 'phone call from the hotel suggesting I had left without paying my bar bill. This was followed by an email detailing my spend from a PREVIOUS stay and showing bills for meals and drinks we had just prior to check-in on the stay in question. As a week had passed, it was lucky that my partner was able - after rummaging through the contents of a rubbish bin - to find the receipts to prove that she had paid the bills they were querying. There were several more more email exchanges, each with a slightly different story of how the payment had been credited to the wrong account so we needed to pay them again, until eventually I paid what was asked just for a quiet life. I made a formal, written, complaint on 7th September regarding the above, and I'm sorry to report that so far (2nd October) there has been no answer to it - not even an acknowledgment of receipt. Sad - we used to be frequent guests.
5.4 Okay
Pros: location is good, close to underground and shopping mall. looks decent inside, relatively clean.
Cons: nowhere to drop people off or unload luggage from vehicle. paid extra for lounge access which was supposed to be stocked up which wasn't. sofa bed was not very comfortable. bathroom is starting to look tired, in terms of grout and sealant. staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful considering we were travelling with a baby
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were surprisingly upgraded to a suite which was amazing! Very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean. We have stayed here before and have always been very pleased!
Cons: Nothing! It was fabulous!
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location, just a few steps from Westfield Mall. Quick check-in. Clean rooms.
Cons: We got a room on the 1st floor that stinks of cooking smell which I believe came from the restaurant below. However, the staff provided us with another room which was in the same floor which didn't solve the smell issue. The bathroom of the new room was so small, the door should be closed in order to get into the shower. And that's a deluxe room!

Flick a switch and chances are youll bring to light a little piece of Hammersmith history. LUMA Concept hotel London is inspired by the grand old Osram lightbulb factory that once dominated our neighbourhood, a vast Victorian workplace for the inhabitants of the surrounding terraces. A stones throw from your room in this now cosmopolitan corner of London, it was one of the earliest lamp factories in Britain, bringing light to its people since the dimly lit days of 1881.Lighting the way for industrialisation, the Osram lamp changed the way we saw things quite literally. Its this same spirit of innovation and endeavour that informs the way we do things at LUMA Concept Hotel London today 135 years later.

Pros: Breakfast is not really a feature here - just a paper bag with some bits in. But it’s as advertised. I didn’t touch mine and went out for a proper breakfast instead. The rooms are very small but clean. Location is quite good for the tube. But I spent very little time in the room apart from sleeping. Bed is comfy.

Pros: Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and generally very quiet. Easy access from Hammersmith & City / Piccadilly lines. Less than 10 minute walk to Hammersmith Apollo.

9.6
Pros: At first glance into the room, I was dissappointed as it is too small. But after days here, I loved it! All the things you need are available. The location’s great as it is the point you can take any tube to go anywhere. The staffs are so nice and helpful, 7*24 on duty which makes me feel safe. I will stay here definitely next time to London.

The rooms are very small but clean. Location is quite good for the tube. But I spent very little time in the room apart from sleeping. Bed is comfy.
Cons: There’s no service ethic here. You book in and that’s it. Rooms are tiny but functional. The basement rooms are like comfortable cells. You wouldn’t want to spend any time in these rooms beyond sleeping. But then, this is London, so why would you? If it’s a romantic and luxury room you’re looking for then best stay in a proper hotel and with the budget to match. This one is great for a short stay.

Cons: We did really love this place for a one/two night stay but if we were coming to the city for longer would like a lounge area to hang out in. The rooms are lovely but we missed a common area to people watch and socialise.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was very good, the staff were friendly and the room was quiet (level -1). The coffee making facilities were good and the breakfast was adequate.
Cons: There was no Character to the room and the large abstract painting over the bed was too bright and busy. The room could have been decorated to be more aesthetically pleasing.

Pros: Great location. Well presented . Comfy bed. Friendly staff . Nice grab and go breakfast and Nespresso!
Cons: The room had a separate shower ( with wardrobe!) a separate toilet and the sink was in the room , across from the bed - just put everything together!

7.0 Good
Pros: Great Location, lots going on in the area. Super helpful staff and fabulous breakfast.
Cons: We were put in a disabled access room, although I'm not sure why but it was Ok. The bathroom was actually a wetroom which was unexpected but what I didn't understand was the fact that there was a totally ineffectual shower curtain around the area...why? I was totally baffled as to what use it was going to be - I mean there was a bath mat- how would that be of any use whatsoever on a floor that was designed to get wet. It was just a little odd. The room also had twin beds but they were far too narrow and the location of the bedside lights meant that moving them apart was almost impossible - but all of that paled into insignificance when we retired for the night because the mattresses were so hard that my friend and I both found it impossible to sleep.
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient location, close to food. Clean simple room. Quiet hotel.
Cons: Very firm pillow with no other choices. No fridge in the room, very few towels, not enough room for suitcases to unpack.

Pros: Good continental breakfast with plenty available and a reasonable amount of choice - 4 cereals, 2 juices, several different pastries, fresh fruit and plain yoghurt, etc. Very good location, 5 mins from either of 2 tube stations, quiet despite the A4 being so close. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, bathroom clean. No noise from other guests. Didn't use the tea/coffee in the room but plenty of supplies there. Hairdryer worked. Shower had a choice of handheld or overhead, and was efficient and adjustable.

Pros: Pretty much everything! The room was clean and cozy, the staff was nice, the location is quietly located but still close to underground stations (4 - 6 minutes walking time). We really enjoyed our stay here. Recommend.
Cons: Would've preferred more (healthy) variety at breakfast but given that it's included I guess it's alright.

Pros: The hotel was clean. Our room was modern and clean. Great shower. Was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast hall and its choices. Staff was friendly. It was located close to the tube station. Great pub nearby.
Cons: The hallways where a bit narrow, as was my room. No elevator, lots of stairs. Not wheelchair/disability friendly. They where very strict with their check in time. Wouldn't let us check in 15 min early.

Pros: The location was essential for me as I was travelling for a conference. Staff were friendly
Cons: Cleanliness was acceptable but could be better, for exampe the topside of doors has not been cleaned in a while. Also, the room was tiny but I guess I should have seen it coming. Breakfast was mediocre at best, they do not even serve eggs even when you ask.

Pros: Close to Olympia
Cons: Poor customer service and a generator that sounded like we were on the runway of Heathrow! I wouldn’t return unless desperate.
7.4 Good
Pros: The room was attractive and comfortable, though small. Nice little desk. Very nice shower. Had to figure out that you have to leave your room key in the slot by the door or the lights turn out.
Cons: They are sticklers for getting you checked out by 10:30am. Excessively. Since i arrived late and I was jet-lagged, i was prepared to pay the ten pounds for late checkout. But someone actually pounded on my door to get me out. I’m not kidding. I felt like i was being evicted. The hotel is expensive enough that one shouldn’t be rushed out the door.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is very good, just 3 minutes walk from the tube stop. Also convenient for those who must go to Olympia exhibition center. Friendly and helpful staff. Second time I stay in this hotel........in general OK but room size NO (claustrophobic room).
Cons: Second time I stay in this hotel: this time very small room, if I had a normal luggage I could not even open it ! In so many years and so many hotels used around the world (London included...) for work or pleasure, I have never had such a small and claustrophobic room. The sink is big as an A4 paper-sheet, the "bedroom" big little more than the bed... How can a room of this size be proposed? luckily the stay was only for one night. Staff, breakfast, location, silence = OK ... room size NO !
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed here before, very convenient and good value. We will be staying again!
Cons: Excellent that breakfast is included in the price, however supplies & choice not as good as when we stayed before, no butter & croissants rather dry!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good continental breakfast with plenty available and a reasonable amount of choice - 4 cereals, 2 juices, several different pastries, fresh fruit and plain yoghurt, etc. Very good location, 5 mins from either of 2 tube stations, quiet despite the A4 being so close. Shower had a choice of handheld or overhead, and was efficient and adjustable.
Cons: For 2 adults and a teenager the room felt slightly cramped. There didn't seem to be an efficient extractor fan in the bathroom, unless we missed the switch, so all was steamy for quite a while. Noticed the vending machine near the breakfast room was empty, because we happened to walk past it on the way from our room, but wasn't a problem for us, and I think there were items for sale at the reception desk. Minor niggles, still good value for money.

Pros:
Cons: The bar staff (not from UK so could be forgiven for confusion) then reception (same) refused to take perfectly legal STERLING in the form of Scottish bank notes. Sterling is sterling, not matter whether it is from Scotland or Northern Ireland. Scotland being a part of the UK and using the same currency as London. Staff need to be educated in this. They said it was a directive from head office, so maybe it’s they who need to be educated. My bill was passed under the fluorescent light and shown to be legal and was still not accepted. This is not on, sort it out.

Pros: moshim on reception was very helpful, he answered our questions we had and made us feel welcome.
Cons: The car park wasn’t explained very well, we thought maybe as we had asked our way to The car park that the lady on reception could of asked us to pay for it there instead of going all the way to the car, trying to get out then having to repark and head up To the hotel Once again to pay!
4.6 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Staff not very attentive, breakfast £17.50 not good value at all... so busy, nothing special at all, could have had this at basic hotel, no chef options nothing...

Pros: Staff were excellent Location very close to tube Bar good
Cons: The room and corridor carpets had large numbers of stains and felt dirty run down and haggard. Bathroom had tiles falling off and gaps in the grout everywhere Cooked Breakfast felt it had been out for hours and this dry and chewy. Car park was extremely low in height and no warning on web site of this so i only had 100mm above my 4x4 car height. Should be a warning on their web site as no where else to park for miles

Cons: That they want to charge anything, it wasn’t comfortable for me to feel that the hostel is trying to charge me anything, lockers to leave your bags for 5£ a day, rooms are small and lockers inside it is very tiny and you can’t put your bags inside it which means everyone inside the room leave his bag beside him and makes the rooms more smaller.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly staff.
Cons: The bar was quote noisy, even at 2 am, we could hear drunk people arguing and our dorm was on the second floor!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Shower is real good. Staff is very friendly and approachable.
Cons: Things get broken all the time and it takes ages to fix them. Most sinks do not have a hot water i.e. the water is dripping on a hot tap. OF course sinks have separate hot and cold water taps. Annoying. Rooms small and smelly. Central heating not working although to be honest is suprisingly it was still warm in spite of the temperature dropping well below 10 degrees during the night. It;s a bit different story when you have to take a shower in a cold-ish room. In my room windows cannot be closed so it's very noisy throughout the night.

Pros: Astoundingly clean with the exception of one kitchen. Good matress. Perfect location.
Cons: Internet voucher didnt work. And when I complained was told to go to hammersmith station to surf by the very rude night shift guy. 2 hrs later I found out about the Internet station at the hostel. Fancy. I had open, bleeding heels feom blisters and walking was painful. The guy doing the morning shift when I departed was the opposite.. he was attentive friendly and kind.
7.0 Good
Pros: Perfect location - 30 min to the City by Tube, 50 by bus. Bus stops (easy to get anywhere from there) and Tube station right across the street or around the corner. Plenty of shops, cafes. Very quiet area where the hotel is located by busy and bustling city area. The hotel/ hostel itself is ok, nothing special - moderately clean, quite safe.
Cons: 1. No free Wi-Fi! And the one the hotel offers (they give you a card 1 pound per 1 hour) only works for 1 device - if you travel with your family members or partner, everyone has to get their own. In the 21st century travelling in the EU country I shouldn't be looking for a local sim card or use my own data plan to have internet within the hotel. 2. No plates/cups/cutlery in the kitchen on the ground floor where the ensuite rooms are located and no water kettle in the rooms. There are cups, bowls and cutlery in the room, but walking with the cups full of hot water from the kitchen to the room is quite dangerous + guests end up washing the cups and bowls in the ensuite bathroom sink. Should either have a kettle in the room OR keep the dishes and cutlery in the kitchen (which then should be furnished, since there is no single chair or table there). 3. Very small bath towels.
