the beds were amazing so was the spa and exercise facilities The bar was pretty subpar.. terrible lighting and uncomfortable seats etc.. I had arranged a business casual meeting there and we ended up leaving. but when you are in Shorditch there are so many options. I know that it is a small thing but at this level it is the details that make the difference, the fact that there was instant coffee in the room seemed to be an oversite.
Great vibe, fabulous breakfast and the cutest hotel rooms! We couldn't check in until 2:00 pm and had taken the red-eye flight. We decided to hang out in the lobby while we waiting for the room and fell asleep. Staff woke us up and told us we couldn't sleep there....
Convenient location Starting to look tired inside
I arrived late (about 10.30pm ish) requested an iron and ironing board which I never got.
Nothing Far to expensive for a hotel that has no air con, smells of smoke rooms are tiny. If you can put up with eating your breakfast in a room that's 100 degrees then it might be ok, I could not
Helpful and efficient staff, well located for the City, functional budget hotel Corridors and rooms a bit stuffy as no airconditioning
Helpful reception staff and interested local manager. Good prompt check- in and getting use of room. Good having comfy settee in room. Tried hard to meet my request for quiet room - on 5th floor at back. Second lift broken for 2 days - huge traffic of visitors in morning, leading to significant delays. No bath, only shower, in room. Did not seem good value for money - £152 per night even at weekend. Breakfast process E.G. customer choice of foods flows rather poorly planned. For £152 a night b&b rather a 'canteen' experience. Bar - poor choice of beers (only 4% Stella lager).
Conveniently located. Disorganised, unattentive and inexperienced staff.
1- ther is no cabinet for clothes . 2- ther is no safety box on room .
The continental breakfast was lovely - and so much choice
The only thing we liked was, it is close to Moorfield Hospital. There is no air conditioning. Room was very hot. Only 1 little fan provided.
Room size and furnishing. Buffet breakfast A couple minor complaints which I see you dont want to hear
The smell in the rooms. Thin pillows. Very poor TV reception.
Condition of the ensuite showeroom. The room was in a poor state of repair, and very damp.
Bedding/room very clean. Location was suitable for our purpose. Reception staff were extremely unhelpful to the point of rudeness. They need to learn how to deal with customers in a friendly professional manner: make eye contact, speak up clearly, smiles would be nice too!
parking facilities bad service at reception during daytime,
NO LIFT ROOMS ARE TOO SMALL ROOMS HAVING SMELL
friendliness of staff, location (near an underground station)
About the booking: it was easy, simple and clear about the hotel : it was possible to arrive before the scheduled time Beware, dodgy hotel. Our room was visited while we were away and money diappeared. They offered us (after much insistence on our part for a solution) another room in an other hotel, which was absolutely filthy, noisy etc. they knew we were only staying one night so we were easy prey and no time to complain to the police etc.. be careful if you stay there.
It's very near to the bus station and underground station. The elevator didn't work, there was no hairdryer.
Location good, booking is good for a short time So much noisy,So much noisy,So much noisy....
Location No Hot Water at 08.00am on a Weekday morning
Clean room with excelent commodities. If you know how London is, you'll be surprised of how spacious and complete the rooms are.
Easy access to the station and good value for the hotel fee. It's a lttle difficult to find the parking.
it was well located for tube and bus. the staff were friendly, it was clean and comfortable and very well priced.
Basic breakfast included, rooms modernised and comfy bed with powerful shower.plenty of power sockets. Very creaky floors and doors so was woken several times by people in the coridoor.
Clean, comfortable room... Ideal for me The washing machine next to my room which continued working late into the night
The hotel was a close walk to the Finsbury Park Tube station. The walk to the Emirates stadium wasn't too bad either - since this was the primary purpose for our selection, we were satisfied that the hotel at least fulfilled this requirement. In order to check into the Central Park Hotel, I had to walk through the back door, past the back car park, around the corner to the reception of another hotel. I paid there, got my receipt, then had to walk back to the reception of the Hotel that we had booked, to get our keys. Overall, not a long walk - but highly inconvenient and unusual. The elevator was broken, so we had to use the stairs. The staff members were incredibly rude. They would spend more time talking on the phone for personal matters than attending to the guests waiting at the counter for assistance. The shower had no glass door or even any curtains to stop the water from the hose-like showerhead from splashing all over the bathroom. There wasn't even a hook to hold the shower head up - one had to hold it the entire time.
Great location for exploring London The room had an odour to it, lots of mould in the bathroom.
Nothing I was changed of reservation at the last minute to a kind of hotel far by bus and the room was very dirty : strong smell, not-working windows, sticky spots on table, toilets with pieces of poo and vomit inside in the basin and under the glasses, a big brown spot of the linen of bed, bathroom door very dirty, a full trashcan, no heating and the best : no water in the shower ! After demanding a new cleaning (sorry when I clean my own toilets, I clean up side down and whith something which looks like a sponge or a brush not with an handkerchief...) and 3 hours waiting for repair of the shower, I went back to the real Central Park Hotel et asked strongly for a real room. 20 minutes later, I had a room there, not very clean but I was fed up.
Easy access to all amenity's no problem to find clean and very quite also very comfortable No bad points to talk about
Quite central and clean hotel The non-functioning lift was not repaired throughout the week we stayed there causing inconvenience to carry our luggage
I am unable to report any good points at all. Laminate flooring did not reach the skirting boards and there were screws and lots of dust in gap between flooring and skirting board. the floor was not clean, dark hairs scattered on floor, tiles in bathroom were filthy, curtains did not meet to close, no bedside lamps, sheets had holes in them and washed in stains on them, 1 pillow per bed and these were flat and appeared to be extremely old, l shaped room so only one occupant could view the tv, tv did not work properly, 3 channels and it repeatedly turned itself off, I was charged £5 for parking then told parking in that car park was free, Address not correctly given to inform sat nav. to use the toilet you had to sit under the sink, Breakfast was not served until 7.30am so we were unable to participate in this as we had to leave by 7.30am. All in all not an experience I would like to repeat.
Close to my conference venue good direction Twin room has double bed not side table or lamp no carpet bread at breakfast had mould on it!My colleague had to herself another room.
Constante noise during the night. Tightness of the room... incredible small. And the toillet ...
There was nothing that i liked about this hotel, i would discribe it as only being functional First of all it was a building site covered in scaffolding, in the middle of being renovated. There was dust everywhere. Breakfast was, eggs, beans and bacon. no choices, no cereals. We had to step over cables, avoid painters etc. The room was small but functional and clean. heating didn,t work but we were supplied with a plug in heater. it had a tiny double bed. i could go on. It was, however, close to a tube station. Thats good
- friendly staff - very noisy rooms, near road with heavy traffic - very small room
It was convenient to our destination. It was still open in spite of major building works and also the traffic noise was horrendous.
freindy and seeing there was a lot of building work being carryed out our stay was unafected at all
i enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very nice and helpful no bath
The room was clean dnd tidy. The hotel was under reconstrution which I was not aware of. Therefore, the hotel bar which I was expecting to use was unavailble. On arrival one lady walked out in discuss.
being able to smoke in the room
Plain & simple, clean & good breakfest Rooms may need to be brightened up a little.
Crisp, clean sheets No cups in bathroom, no shampoo in bathroom, television did not work properly. Only one pillow per person.
My room was warm and comfortable, had a television, and en-suite also. I felt the breakfast was not up to what I would have liked. I do not like drinking out of styrofoam cups and on one of the mornings, all utensils were plastic.
Location and price Room heating insufficient in cold conditions. No availability of toaster for non-kosher (gluten-free) bread. Breakfast choice very limited, so we gave up on that. (Nescafe is not coffee). Maybe the hotel should come with warning: Kosher Hotel.
not a lot no bar or food
Kadimah means Forward. This was a clean comfortable budget hotel in an interesting area of town though a little hard to get to from Central London. I have no complaints and consider it a good value.
No coffee/tea making in room.
Just Ok. There was one issue with tye restaurant on Saturday morning. I came out for breakfast at 9.30am. There was virtually no more meals! Why was this so? Was this time too late or this was just the policy of the hotel?
Very friendly staff and quite good breakfast. None.
Friendly staff, plenty of room for car parking, very nice breakfast
Very friendly staff, nice quiet room, parking at the door, clean adequate room A complementary tea/coffee tray in the room would have been nice
