The room was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The front of house staff seemed disorganised, we checked in at 10am and left bags, got a call at 12.30pm asking when we would be arriving and had to explain had checked in and paid!!! Were advised that bags would then be in room when we returned, however, when we did get back only one of two bags was there. After calling reception eventually went down to find bag was still in the lobby not even locked away. Bar was not open due to staff being late and would have expected this to have been open all day for a 5 star hotel. Alll in all the front of house staff, with the exception of the doorman who was excellent, were definately not up to the standard of a 5 star property
The proximity to Oxford Street and the West End The room and bed where surprisingly small for 2 grown ups with luggage. We didnt really have any space for our luggage or what we shopped. Needed to place shoes in bathroom.
I was due to meet my mother at the hotel, she arrived 30 minutes before me and was made to pay the full amount for the stay, even though she repeatedly informed them I was paying and they had my card details. After locating my room i was in a state of shock as to its cramped size and airless atmosphere (5* with 5* prices!). i then went back down to reception to find out the location of the pool and gym also to request a hotel information booklet and directory and a room service menu, (This never materialised durinng our stay. I was informed that the pool/spa/gym was not open yet as the hotel was still being built. Also the main restaurant was not open yet but we could eat in the bar if we wanted.
Interior design, modern, location My double room was a bit tight
Althoug the room size was a bit small, it has modern accommodation, functional, clean and the hotel is very well located, close to the Marble Arch. The bathroom is high standard with TV set, large bath tube and other minor things. The room location in the basement for long stay is a bit depressing. I was not expecting this when booked a "superior double room." Moreover, as a Brazilian visitor, I suggest that the available Brazilian TV channel should be changed for a better standard because the one available was a network of an evangelical church of low ratings and deplorable programming. It could be replaced for a GloboNews, BandNews or, at worst, a Globo TV broadcast.

Situated in the middle of London, yet absolutely quiet. Excellent service and facilities. Just a small detail: We didn't get the TV in our bathroom to work.

I liked the beautiful room and comfortable beds - pillows to die for! The breakfast in the morning at Maze Grill was the absolutely lovely. The staff were all very friendly and polite.
We stay at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square frequently, both for leisure and business. We find it's location is unbeatable. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Appreciated hospitality of hotel staff except one Japanese staff at reception desk. If you are trying to improve the level of service provided to the Japanese clients, you'd better to leave the operation only to your excellent English staff. Due to double booking, we faced to transfer to the other rooms during our stay. We have not received an official apology from the manager nor any kind of compensation, In spite of this big problem, the attitude of Japanese staff was always very gruff and unkind. I regret to say that her attitude destroyed our good reputation of your hotel.
Everything was very efficient and seamless
I wish all hotels were like Claridge's. The facility is lovely, the rooms are fabulous, and the staff are extremely helpful. Their response to a special request was 'no problem' which simpliflied my trip a great deal. I wish I could have stayed longer.
We liked everything about Claridge's except the price though still consider it to be good value for money.

Hotel and staff were great The problem was with Active Hotels as the Hyatt had received no notice of our booking and so we were lucky to be able to get in. The Hyatt staff were great. If we use Active again we will personally check whether our booking has been made.

Excellent food, excellent concierge, excellent beds and pillows, excellently placed for west end. Receptionists were 'indifferent', very young waiting on staff who lacked the ability to make you feel welcome and special which is important when you are spending a lot of money and want to come away thinking you can't wait to get back. The 12.5% service charge on everything!

Location, and the feeling of being home away from home as we have been staying at Thistle Marble Arch once a year for the past four years.
Very central location. Close to tube station and Oxford street. Less than 10 pounds for cab to Paddington station. Room recently renovated. Nespresso in the room. Lots of storage (drawers, closet space). Very professional staff. Free printing so we could checkin for our departure flight. Comfortable bed and pillows. Renovations still ongoing. Construction was happening in the room next to us during the day on a weekday. No construction on weekends and it started at a reasonable hour on weekdays. Few amenities in hotel, but we weren't looking to use them. My wife didn't sleep as well as she needs a contour pillow and one wasn't available.
Much more impressive than we expected at the price for such a good location in London.
The location was perfect .... There were dust in the room which were flying Every point of the room, this activated my allergy, air conditioner couldn't clean the room.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We also thought the pool are was great. Be warned that any extras such as room service are not only a premium but they also add 12.5% service charge to quoted rates. I didn't realise this so I'd been tipping as well, so ended up paying nearly 25% gratuity!

Location of the hotel. The Lobby is to small and there no enough seats available. I arrived early morning at 8:00 while we got the room at 11:00.
The room is spacious considering that it's central London. Beds are very comfortable and the staffs are helpful. The location is excellent. I could Easily access to anywhere. The price is too high.
The spacious room and cleanless ,staff great , We had a drink in the bar quite shocked as there was 2 prostituts in the bar ,one who was obvious as to what she was doing ,it did not bother us but all the same quite shocking .this did not affect our stay the hotel is fantastic .

lack of paytv. room was very noisey. access to the room was via a ridiculous underground tunnel! no access to the gym as the key wasnt working ......the list of small issues is ridiculous for a hotel of this reputation.

The hotel staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful- from the concierge to the housekeeping staff. The proximity of the hotel to Oxford Street made it very convenient tor us to go around. One of the rooms was a bit cramped (we booked 3 rooms) and one didn't have a ref. However, the proximity of the hotel to Oxford Street made up for all these inconveniences.

Good clean rooms, well furnished. Staff very helpful, especially the Porters who kept running into the rain to hail taxis! Small point, whilst there was a mini bar, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This would have been nice, but did not spoil our stay.

Location of the hotel was of great importance and the cleanliness as well. Concierge had good knowledge and were very helpful. Internet was over priced when you need to be connected in the room and on the contrary you can find it free of charge in the Lobby.Breakfast was over priced for what was offered in the so called buffet and same for the english brekfast plate. Improvement to extend more choice is to be considered.

What a beautiful hotel hidden behind the bustle of Oxford Street! The rooms were beautiful, staff were lovely and breakfast was gorgeous in the morning. A lovely location for our weekend away. We would definitely consider staying here again!

the radisson is very central for shopping but very expensive. it cost me 970 euro for three nights with no breakfast. our room was quite small for two people for the price

Firstly, the room we initially had, 553, was very small and cold. The first night the heater rattled constantly and wasn't functioning. The following morning, we contacted the Guest Relations manager, Barbara. She first sent up a maintenance man, who checked it and said 'That's as good as it gets. He was not understanding of the situation, but Barbara knew the heater was faulty and changed us to room 342. This room was much brighter. However, it was tiny, and we couldn't have breakfast in the room , as there was only one table, with no room for a 2nd tray. The very attentive waiter told me the hotel has no room service trolleys. Shameful. When we paid our bill, the receptionist took £150 off the total bill.. A very poor experience all round

Clean, modern design and very nicely furnished room Front desk understaffed so can be hard to get anyone to solve a problem (eg our heating was too high and phone just rang and rang at 2am when I called for help). Didn't get much sleep that night.

We loved the fact that the staff wanted to please and were interested in our stay, it made it an even more memorable experience.
The staff was very welcoming and even gave our son a cute little teddy bear. We used to live very close to the hotel and enjoyed being within walking distance of our favourite part of London. The hotel also gives access to a great gym! Must go to restaurants in the area are Tommi's Burger Joint for a great burger Providores + Tapa Room for the best granola and fruit in the world, Chiltern Firehouse for Rosé (and everything else) and Il Baretto for a great Italian dinner. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

The pool, jacuzzi and sauna area was spot on. The bar was very modern with a relaxed atmosphere serving all the usual drinks and good range of cocktails. Breakfast was top, but did cost almost £20. Perfect location for a weekend in London with most places we visited being within 20 minutes whether by tube, foot or rikshaw. The rooms, depite being very modern and well presented, are a bit on the small side. Also, a cup of tea cost £9!!!

It is in a good location in Mayfair, near the Speaker's Corner in Hyde Park. Decent continental breakfast was included. The hotel has a good staff, and is in good repair.

i liked the fact that it was well located in the shopping district and a minutes walk from the tube station. i feel they should have informed us that the hotel was going to be under renovation as the exterior was a mess and the noise of drilling and hammering was very troublesome.
The reception area was very nice and the fascade of the hotel was lovely. My room was very small single near the lift - was clean but did not have an opportunity to avail of any other services. I had to ring looking for directions late in evening and person involved could not really help me even though I was on a street very close to the hotel

the hotel was centrally located. Comfortable and small enough to feel cosy. Rooms were quiet with fairly good facilities. Staff were pleasant bur not friendly. Room decor was tired, curtains hanging badly,bathroom fittings, wallpaper and bedspreads dated. Bar prices were extortionate. I paid £9.95 for 24 hours wifi connection but the signal was so weak all over the hotel,I couldn't use it. When I complained, the reception staff asked me what I wanted them to do about it, rather than just automatically refunding me as a gesture of goodwill.

Personal quaintness in the heart of London which is much preferred above chain hotels. Well kept and cleaned rooms, very tastfully decorated. Room services menus were not in the room, whilst there was extensive wine lists which did not interest - had to phone to establish what was available to the annoyance of the staff on the other end of the phone. Overall stay was excellent though, would definitely stay again.

Staff, especially the porters, who always treat guests personally and politely. Also the location is perfect, and the facilities charming. My room was over the entrance and thius was a bit noisy at times. There was also noise from an adjacent room. I realise this does happen. It is not a complaint.
