Pros: Very clean, great facilities - gym, spa, restaurant. Food was very good. Decent location. Complimentary WiFi.
Cons: No cell phone reception in rooms (I stayed in two rooms as wasn’t satisfied with the first, both had no reception) The first room I stayed in was very dark due to dark furnishings and not enough light coming in. Second was fine as it had lighter-coloured fittings. Staff wasn’t honest about availability of river view rooms when I asked to move. Said none available until I mentioned I had seen availability online. He then told me they were available if I paid room difference which was fine. All he had to do was give me the information and allow me decide for myself whether I wanted to pay for the change.

Pros: Mini fridge, good shower and clean.

Pros: Clean modern room and bathroom

Pros: Breakfast was good and there were 24 hour check in staff at the property so you felt safe.
Cons: In our room the radiator was broken meaning it was on full blast for the entire day and evening. When you are sharing a room it becomes extremely warm very quickly and it was almost unbearable to sleep in. This was reported to a member of staff upon arrival but nothing was done to resolve the problem or help us to change rooms. The mattresses on the bunk beds were extremely old... sunk and full of very painful springs!

Pros: Room is big. Bathroom is clean. Facilities are in good condition. I saw cleaning staffs everyday.
Cons: Toilets and showers are in the same space, thus causing bad smell because of others people's use of toilets when I were having my shower. Also, there are just a few toilets that I had to wait for so long in the morning

Pros: Great price with very nice room. Staff are very friendly and helpful and provided free transport to Victoria station after our stay.

Pros: Staff were friendly and rooms were spacious. The robes were a nice touch.
Cons: There were no mirrors to apply make up or do hair with natural light and the one mirror they did have was in the corridor part of the room! No full length mirror either.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room itself was quite nice. I was upgraded at check in to a deluxe room. Staff was great.
Cons: Services are seriously lacking. No restaurant/bar. No doorman to help upon arrival. Location is far from the tube, so getting around town was a bit more cumbersome.

Pros: Bathroom was lovely, hotel offered a few extra special touches. I ordered the chocolate dipped strawberries and rose petals for the room on arrival.
Cons: Bedroom area very cramped. Hotel is a bit run down. Definitely not what I’d call 5 star. Cupboards in our room had damage on. Hotel takes a £50 extra charge on your card which gets refunded after your stay, but you won’t get that back for a week. Staff just mumbled on arrival so didn’t understand the information she was trying to relay. I wouldn’t stay again

Cons: The steam room was not working
1.0 Poor
Pros: The rooms were interesting, but not terrible. The decorative pillows were stained.
Cons: DO NOT STAY HERE - BELONGINGS AT RISK!! My belongings were left out in the open next to the guest elevators! When questioned, I was told “sorry, someone forgot to put them away.†They were out there for 5+ hours!!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: One good thing is the cocktails were nice
Cons: Not just the property not being a 5* but the staff had no customer skills what so ever. Our mini bar fridge leaked, was cooling, the reception man came and started to unload the fridge, to give me a new one, I requested we were moved rooms, he talked over me and argued back as to why?!! He then walked out and slammed our door when I quoted a line on customer satisfaction and relaxing from their website! The breakfast took 60 mins to arrive at our room, no condiments and the juice was off.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the So Park Hotel. Part of our enthusiasm for this hotel is based on our utter disappointment with the previous place we stayed in the U.K. And, after a long day of bus rides and tours, the beds felt wonderful.
We thought the So Park had it all. The location was very convenient. The So Park is about 1.8 miles from Victoria Station and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Within a 2-3 block radius you will find take-way restaurants and pubs galore as well as a Tesco.
The room itself was great. It was large. The bed was spacious cold comfortable and warm. The room came with a kitchenette complete with a sink, fridge, stove top, toaster oven, dishes, cups, and utensils. We ate breakfast in every day! Even cooked!
The staff was friendly and helpful. They personally brought a hair dryer to our room. They gave us recommendations for where to eat. And they showed great concern when we informed them of an issue we had with our toilet, wanting to know if it ruined our stay and what could be done to make up for the problem.

Pros:

4.6 Okay
Pros: The bathroom was large and clean with a sizeable walk in shower. Windows were good enough to block out most of the noise from outside. Air conditioning worked well. Double bed was comfortable.
Cons: Very noisy pub right opposite our room but it was a Saturday night so to be expected. Incredibly hot in reception, corridors and lift - stifling. Room smelt stale and a little smoky. Discovered several stains on curtains when opening them to get to window. Horrible brown gloss table with paint scuffs and scratches with only one chair. Bedside lamps had cracked, flaking shades. Bleach stains on carpet. Some chipped paint and cracked floor tiles in bathroom gave a sense of it being a very tired room. Pillows very thin and flat. Kitchenette fairly well equipped but was let down by chips to cupboard, horrible old washing up sponge, no tea towel and unclean utensils. Room only prepared for 3 despite booking 5, stipulating 3 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed was uncomfortable - the mattress seemed very thin and you could feel all the springs. It was not clear at point of booking that the extra bed mentioned in order for the room to sleep 5 would not be provided unless I specified 5 names under guest details. I have never ever had to do this before. 5 people means 5 people! Staff made no offer to get the room made up for 5 apart from providing an extra pillow case for the spare pillow in the wardrobe when requested. There was only one uht portion supplied but we decided fairly quickly we didn’t really want to use the kitchenette to prepare food or drinks which was a shame as we had hoped to save money by doing so. It was just a bit grotty! Considering the price for a one night stay, we had hoped it would be a nicer experience .

Pros: The beds were quite comfy. There is a bus stop outside the door. Battersea Park is 50m away and the train station a 10 minute walk.
Cons: The rooms are badly in need of an upgrade. The carpet was badly stained and dirty. The cleaning very shoddy. We stayed here on three separate occasions as we'd prebooked before leaving home. Each time our room felt dirty. The cold water came out of the tap hot. The aircon couldn't cope and our room was 33 degrees one night. There were no fans so the receptionist kindly gave us his. The hallway felt a lot hotter than 33 degrees! Many times our room key didn't work. One room had no lights in the bedroom apart from a small lamp each side of the bed and only 1 light by the door in a very large living area which meant we couldn't read in there. Cupboards and bedside tables had chips, scrapes and dirty marks. We were very kindly upgraded on our third visit to a small apartment but unfortunately this was just as bad as the other rooms we hadThis hotel is barely 3 stars. I can't recommend.

Pros: The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious. I've seen reviews of it being run down but I thought the rooms were bright and airy and clean and simple. There's evidence of wear and tear but not much.

Cons: No cafe/restaurant for breakfast so only got a "breakfast box" which was basic.
We booked two rooms and weren't put next to each other, but down a separate hallway.
