Pros: Centrally located, luxury boutique hotel with excellent facilities. Housekeeping was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and always well stocked. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Location is great. Good room sizes for central London. Large bathrooms. Quiet location (slept one night with my balcony door open).
Cons: Hotel was very warm in the room and in common areas. The hotel also tried to overcharge us for breakfast (charged the whole group for deluxe breakfasts when we intentionally just ordered a la carte. Business travelers on an expense account probably don't bother with arguing with first the waiter and then a supervisor. Staff repeatedly gave incorrect information about nearby road closures for various parades.

Pros: The staff was eager to help us any way they could. They even obtained tickets to a football game for us after we heard it was sold out. The rooms were spotless, the towels were luxuriously thick, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We WILL be back!
Cons: I wish we could have had a regular top sheet and light blanket on our bed instead of a down quilt ( at the beginning of September!) -- just too hot for that time of year.

Pros: Outstanding hotel in London. Service, room, amenities, restaurants and bars were all excellent. Beautiful view of the Thames. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to London. I can't say enough about our experience at the Mondrian.

Pros: Luxurious rooms with every amenity. Huge range of restaurants and bars. Health and fitness options - loved the 20m indoor pool and hamman. Great staff - friendly, welcoming and efficient. Wonderful renovation with blend of old and new.
Cons: Despite the number of different restaurants the room service menu is quite limited. Movie selection on in room TV is difficult to browse through. Some areas on our floor (floor 2) had quite a strong "smoked food" smell, assume from the kitchens. Took a bit of fiddling to work out the light switches / dimmers in room.

Pros: They thought of everything! They had absolutely every amenity you’d ever want already in the room. The room service was delicious and fast! Honestly, I’ve ordered room service at more hotels than I could ever count and this was some of the best and the quickest.
Cons: I stayed at the Ned on a Saturday night so the bar/restaurant area downstairs was extremely busy. This in turn caused quite a bit of noise. My room was quite low, so maybe if you have a room on a higher floor the noise won’t be an issue. Honestly, it didn’t bother me one bit, but I wanted to mention it as it might throw some people off guard. They do supply ear plugs in the room.

The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed reading a bath in the tub. The added perk of being able to use the sits facilities as a guest of a hotel was wonderful. Pros: The hotel was trendy, modern and comfortable. Located only ten minutes walk to Liverpool Street station the location was very easy to get to and handy to bars in Shoreditch. Pros: After reading so many reviews I was expecting bit more from this hotel. I felt like its somewhere between 4 star to 4.5 star hotel. I didn't have too many complaints, everything was smooth from check in and out taking only 30 seconds to comfortable beds etc but i think having lived in other 5 star hotels it felt like little bit less than I was desiring for.
Cons: The room was clean but may be the room layout was not up to my liking. I felt it was darker with less lighting and dark layouts

Pros: Room was well appointed. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: I arrived very tired with sore feet after a day of work in the City which began straight from an overseas flight. I was given a room key that did not open my room, not because it became demagnetized, but because they gave me a key for a new type of lock while my room did not yet have the new lock installed. I went back down to the desk with all my luggage to have the room key re-issued. They proceeded to re-issue me with a second nonfunctioning key which I discovered after dragging everything back up to my room. At this point I did not to go down a second time, but called to have somebody come up and let me in my room. I was not thrilled. At the end of a very long and tiring day spending 20 to 30 minutes to get into your room is really not acceptable. Had someone called to apologize or send up a small drink or something I would have appreciated it.

Pros: If you're visiting London, you aren't going to spend much time in your room and shouldn't pay for more than you need. Pros: The beds and bathroom were comfortable. The satélite tv was good. The staff is very friendly. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to soho and Covent Garden.
Cons: The room is extremely small. No closet or room to walk around. There is only about 5 feet between the beds and the bathroom. Only 1 person can move around at a time. After the 1 day got the hang of it and made it work. The bathroom and room is divided by frosted glass. It did not provide privacy for families.

Pros: My first stay at a Z Hotel, and booked on the recommendation of a colleague who stays regularly. Check-in was quick & easy, with friendly & approachable staff. The cleverly designed room was very clean and well presented and contains all you need for a night or two in the city.
Cons: The bed is a snug fit in the room, so if you're tall you may find yourself bumping into the walls when you turn over. Radio is via an app on smart tv, so there's no way to turn the screen off if you want to fall asleep with it on in the background, also couldn't get the sleep function on TV to work. Whilst good value for location, it's not much cheaper than a conventional hotel.

Pros: My stay was excellent! The staff were wonderful and the hotel itself is very well kept. The decor and amenities give off a really high-end vibe. I can't thank the staff enough for what a good experience we had. It really made the end of our trip special.

Pros: Good location close to two tube stations. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
Cons: No air conditioning, hallways and room were very warm. Fan in room helped a bit, but still warm.

Pros: The reception were delightful and helpful! They kindly moved me to a quiet room off the main road at my request. The room itself was basic and clean, but that's all I wanted and the price was right for it! My friends were staying at the Rosewood for our friends Wedding. I don't see the point in spending hundreds of pounds when you are hardly in the hotel room anyway.
Cons: I didn't like not having a bath. But for $100.00 per night for a few days, I survived this first world problem!

Pros: Location ideal for work
Cons: Very uncomfortable beds; too firm with bed springs constantly poking into back. Noisy in the morning due to outside dustbins
"Located in London City Centre, this hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Barbican Arts Centre, Museum of London and Financial District. Liverpool Street and St. Paul's Cathedral are also within 1 mile (2 km). Old Street Underground Station is 6 minutes by foot and Barbican Station is 8 minutes. "

Pros: Comfortable bed in a convenient and pleasant city neighbourhood.
Cons: No television No table or nghtstand Not even a plastic cup for toothbrush etc I accept that the concept is basic but this is way below the 'basic' offering of something like IBIS budget, and the difference with more established standard hotels was only £50 which led me to expect more in future would rather pay the difference. If you're a backpacker or use hostels this will feel fine but not a business traveler who finds this included on their company hotel list.

Pros: Compact, terrific location, nicely presented.
Cons: So utterly loud. The room faced the street and all night long you hear drunk people outside. The bed was not terribly comfortable and because the shower is in the room, it fills up with steam quickly which makes the entire place muggy.
