Pros: It’s an excellent building with high ceilings and very four seasons style.

8.3
Pros: It’s new; not fully break in in all aspects. But least it’s at basic four season standard. It has potential to improve when staff become more experienced. The spa over all design and jet pool implementation are top of the world in light usage category. I mean number of concurrent user and work load. The pump do not have self cool off timer so it can’t be used continuously for extended time. The heritage I room is grand and super comfortable and functional. Luxury. The food at all day dining provide excellent selection and quality and still within very reasonable price. Hard to find in London.

Pros: It’s an excellent building with high ceilings and very four seasons style.
Cons: You cannot open any windows even I the rooms look Inside the building , so no fresh air which I do find it very healthy, very slow room service after midnight.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It’s new; not fully break in in all aspects. But least it’s at basic four season standard. It has potential to improve when staff become more experienced. The spa over all design and jet pool implementation are top of the world in light usage category. I mean number of concurrent user and work load. The food at all day dining provide excellent selection and quality and still within very reasonable price. Hard to find in London.
Cons: Staff is not fully trained: 1)up on check in, I had been asked for number of people stay in my room. If I do need to do so, I will book a category that provide extra bed. Though I have tons of luggage as result of a full month travel from snow to beach. 2)when I ask for catch up. The waitress hand over and open on top of table then put it to plate.normally I would have a plate with unopened to serve in most of hotels. Few time I might have it opened before it placed over. Maybe do it near our table just like bottle of waters. But I never experience a pair of hands operate that in front of our eyes and on top of our food. 3)this is a bit disgusting so skip it if you do not ... The man’s toilets over flood and the unspoken material ..... but spa staff placed a working sign at location that you have to reach the point that your foot has already stepped on top of the condemned material to read. This can be totally avoided if they just block the door let to there. 4) a couple was doing unspeakable thing infront of my full family at spa pool. My son told me he reported to staff and didn’t let me know. I discovered it when staff come back for follow up. Nice looking design but not practical: Some grid like design make wall looks nice but hard to clean. If clean too often the grid will be damaged. So no way out. Build quality and material: The shower pipe has multiple location leaking water when volume is moderate. The water in toilet spilled out when flush. The marble on wall is much worse than floor and fractured multiple location. I guess it’s damaged before or during build. The concierge and doorman are excellent.

Cons: The was only one issue there was no information about insurance which was 250£ but this is a minor issue the real one that i had to wait for 3 weeks to get it back It’s Truly unfortunate because i told the Reception that I want to pay for the room by visa and I want to pay for the insurance by cash but they mix it all up

Pros: The hotel was absolutely immaculate throughout, and every member of staff extremely helpful, breakfast was fantastic, as were the Bloody Mary cocktails,
Cons: Slightly misleading, I expected a few drinks in my mini bar, not just water,

Pros: Excellent service, location and restaurant! We definitely will stay here again. Wonderful experience in middle of London.
Cons:
7.9 Good
Pros: The restaurant and bar are beautiful
Cons: There were no lights in the hallway to your room as they switched off over a week ago and no repairs have been undertaken. This is a major Health and Safety issue and a potential accident waiting to happen. This was pointed out to the assistant manager and she did not understand the seriousness of this?? The booking confirmed you get a free mini bar. This is misleading, what it should say is you get a couple of soft drinks and minor snacks.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Meal was nice. They did offer to move us to another room after the first night but we cancelled the rest of our booking and they did refund us for the night we cancelled. I am pregnant for me to move hotel mid trip is not a decision I took lightly.
Cons: Suite was very disappointing. On ground floor with Frosted glass for privacy which made it feel claustrophobic and bed very uncomfortable. The little room they had added on to constitute the room as a suite was of no use as no chairs to actually make use of it. Some staff were not as pleasant and unwelcoming.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Standard Feel...
Cons: Expectations was much higher... as for a Boutique Hotel. Check In was extremely Average. No mentioning about they property, local vicinity, there was no relationship build up.

Of special note: the extraordinary physical space, both inside and out, above all the soaring arched ceiling of the restaurant hall, with truly exquisite blue chandeliers. Unforgettable.
Cons: We must’ve been reminded four times to rate the hotel on social media. Once might have been enough!

Pros: The food was fine, plenty of choice at breakfast, both british and asian food on offer. Mainly asian food in the restaurant for dinner, although receptionist implied there was ample choice of european food. The location and view over London is fantastic. Rooms beautifully appointed.
Cons: The service at breakfast was appalling, plenty of friendly staff. However the system is dreadful. Waited 15 minutes for tea and coffee then the order was wrong. the toast we ordered at the same time as the drinks came after 30+ minutes, too late to eat with hot food, and when it arrived was cold and hard like toast when it's been hanging about for several hours. The receptionist had said he would book us in for dinner, however he didn't, fortunately they managed to fit us in. The service for dinner was as poor as at breakfast. Over 25 minutes wait for our drinks - which should have been apperitives, during the time we waited the neighbouring table had been served 3 times! Our drinks arrived with the food. The food itself was ok, pricey but we expected that for where it was. It was a special occasion 50th wedding anniversary and birthday but although we had mentioned this, no offer of anything to celebrate which is what is the norm in every other restaurant I've been in. On checking out all the above was mentioned to the receptionist and she did then eventually remove the service charges. All this did colour our stay - it was a one off very expensive treat for 2 special occasions - the hotel and room facilities, cleanliness etc were excellent but the experience was spoiled by such appalling service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Daniel the Manager was so Helpful. An asset to them.
Cons: Rest of staff where not so helpful. Which was because we had had a couple of drinks clearly. But we where in no way abusive or aggressive. Just needed a place to stay instead of getting a taxi 150 miles home. Because of missing our train. I understand the high class place we where in just thought it could of been a bit easier

Pros: Stylish, convenient and not too expensive.
Cons: No options of pillows - a standard option in most modern hotels - sleeping is the most important part of the stay and pillows are a big element to confront when sleeping, which varies from person to person.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The hard boiled eggs were most definitely not organic. The smoked salmon was not cut thin enough. Little too pricey.

Cons: Room had an artificial smell as can’t open windows, air con temp didn’t seem to change when we set it to lower ,not sure how many days wd like to breathe that recycled air , initially didn’t appreciate lack of room kettle but we did enjoy the experience once downstairs in communal lounge . Downside if Climate concerned as all mainly plastic artificial materials , apart from books !

Pros: Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, the food at the restaurant is delicious, and the location is great. Tower Hill tube station is just across the road, the Tower of London and Tower Bridge are a 5 minute walk, and there are tons of great pubs and restaurants nearby. The rooms are modern and very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I return to London.

Pros: The hotel was absolutely beautiful.
Cons: We had some trouble with checking into the hotel and spent almost an hour standing at the reception desk before being checked in. We had paid for a double room with included both a shower and separate bath. There was no bath. The room itself looked nice but was not as big as advertised. We came back to the room after enjoying drinks and entertainment downstairs within the hotel. Pulled back the bed covers to find a nice dirty sock that didn’t belong to us. In the morning we woke up to a foul blocked toilet that absolutely stank and was quite obviously out of use. We called the hotel staff who told us there wasn’t actually anything they could do about it immediately and would send an engineer. However the issue still wasn’t even attended to by the time we checked out. Extremely disappointing given the amazing reviews we read about before choosing this hotel.

Cons: when we checked in the “pre authorisation” was not explained to use properly. Therefore they was going to charge us twice. However when addressed we relieved a complimentary breakfast and free late check out. Also booking.com said we got breakfast included within the price and when We arrived this was not the case. When we called booking.com they was extremely rude and they hung up on us. TERRIBLE customer service.

Cons: I stayed at the Ned on a Saturday night so the bar/restaurant area downstairs was extremely busy. This in turn caused quite a bit of noise. My room was quite low, so maybe if you have a room on a higher floor the noise won’t be an issue. Honestly, it didn’t bother me one bit, but I wanted to mention it as it might throw some people off guard. They do supply ear plugs in the room.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Clean hotel
Cons: The junior suite had a very small TV,squeaky floors which are really annoying and finally i had the worst chicken sandwich ever.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The room and bathroom were a good size.
Cons: Staff on duty were not able to assist with parking, i waited for two hours to hear from their colleague, and the information was only shared after i chased them. My husband had to leave for work at 7am, which was when breakfast started. I asked if any alternate arrangements could be made, or if we could have some toast or pastries at 645 for him, and this was declined. Considering that my husband had to park further away because the hotel were unable to issue the parking voucher in time for his arrival I think this was very poor customer service. As an alternative we were told to use the room service menu, which had 5 items available at that time of the morning, the only thing that was a breakfast item was a ham and cheese toastie, which does not work for any non meat eaters. Fortunately the hotel was near Liverpool st station so we were able to make our own arrangements.

Cons: THE WEED/CANNABIS SMELL!!!!! Whenever you leave your room with aircon on, the moment you come back you will smell a strong weed like smell throughout the whole room. Number of times we we came back from sightseeing, we would have to open our door to the foyer hallway to air out the smell. The staff said it was due to the outside gutter smell of London and the staff were kind enough to offer a change of room the following monday as they were very booked out that weekend however since we just arrived after a 22hr flight from Australia we were just really tired.

Cons:

Pros: I thought the staff were very nice. The breakfast was good too
Cons: I thought the price of the room was way too expensive
7.1 Good
Pros: Very easy check in and check out, nice hotel infrastructure and ease of access - excellent location
Cons: Staff was trying to hard, too many messages upon arrival and next day, that was annoying
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really good quality rooms, very clean, comfortable bed and really good blackout curtains. Great location too - so close to London Bridge, Borough Market and Tower Bridge. You have to pay for WiFi though - £13 a day...
Cons: No tea and coffee in the rooms isn’t great, and £13 a day for WiFi?? Come on, Hilton. Charging for WiFi isn’t going to make people join your club, it’s just going to annoy decent customers who have paid a good price to stay in your hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Addition coffee etc was delivered to the room speedily after requested
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: - Very helpful and friendly staff, specially Jose, Sebastian and the Brazilian lady from Rio that I could not get the name. - A perfect location, walking distance to London Bridge, Borough market and tube station. - Amazing restaurant and bar. Staff in the restaurant and bar are simply the best in London! - Great hotel facilities including a Lounge, Gym and bar. - I highly recommend Hilton Tower Bridge for business or leisure stay in London!
Cons:
7.9 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is great just behind it is the tower bridge. Opposite is a brilliant view of The Shard. Good restaurants and food stores around like M&S, plenty of coffee shops. Train station/underground very close to the hotel. Rooms clean which is good we were lucky we had a big window with bit of a view of the Shard.
Cons: Couldn't use the roof terrace as it is only for guests staying in the executive suits. Should not put those pictures up or make it very clear it is not for the use of all guests. Ball pit wasn't in use. I contacted the hotel after booking the room and noticing it only had a king size bed but we had a 10yr old with us and had entered that in the search criteria. I was told thy wld put an extra bed in the room. On arrival whn i went to my room it was just a double room with one bed with the view of a wall. Went back to reception the gent said thy didn't have any notes about the extra bed but they can put one in to the room. I wasn't happy with this as the room was way too small for another bed to go in there. The gent was very helpful and put us in a deluxe family room which was great it did the job.

Pros: The room had some very nice features that show they took care in the design -- things like a soft-close toilet seat and a high-quality shower. The bar on the premises was great -- we arrived hours before our room was ready, and we were able to drink cider in the bar until could check in. We had a little chat with Rob and Laura who were working at the bar; they made us feel very welcome. The location is great, near the Tower of London and close to two Tube stations to make exploring the city easy. Wifi was also great, no complaints.

The location is great, near the Tower of London and close to two Tube stations to make exploring the city easy. Wifi was also great, no complaints.
Cons: It was a touch noisy. We heard a lot of clomp-clomp-clomp from the room above us -- not sure if he was just a heavy walker or if there was a breakdown in soundproofing. I also heard things like a baby crying at one point. That's really the only thing that keeps this from being a five-star review all the way round. There was also a little noise from outside on Saturday night, though I feel like that's expected in the heart of London at the weekend -- white-noise generator on my phone was enough to drown that out, but not so with the guy upstairs.

Room service was excellent after a long night out and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.
Cons: The tube stop directly next door was closed for weekend maintenance, so we found ourselves having to walk to and from either Liverpool St or East Aldgate. This was not the hotel’s fault but it was a minor inconvenience considering we picked the hotel based on the fact it was next to a station. I imagine if you’re staying here during the week that’s not an issue but weekend trip guests might want to reconsider, especially if you’re like us and had heavy bags. The rooftop bar was a fabulous view but £27 for two drinks was a double take. But that’s London, so.

Pros: Location was ‘ok’. Still about 1 km from the Thames. Nice bed. Good shower.
Cons: Where to start! Construction site right outside our window!! Drilling , sawing and banging!! Then there was the cellphone tower about 5 metres away slightly above the window. Pros: Location was perfect for The Tower of London, rooms were of an excellent standard and the buffet breakfast was also excellent. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Pros: The location was convienent
Cons: On the lower end of 4-star hotels
6.7 Good
Pros:
Cons: We booked a family room and were given a disabled room. There was a double bed and sofa bed which was fine and to be expected. The bathroom was also a disabled access bathroom which means there was an open shower and also there were no surface in the bathroom to rest your belongings(toiletry bags, toothbrush etc etc) The worst was that the shower did not heat up in the morning, we had to have cold showers and leave as we were on a strict time schedule. This hotel is ideal for me as my daughter lives in Bermondsey but I think I'll have to search for other alternatives. The hotel receptionist didn't seem too bothered when I told him about the shower being cold.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The property had decent facilities
Cons: We had to complain twice. Once because the room they gave us hadn’t even been turned around. And the second when there was a massive hair ball in the middle of the room of our new room. The staff were drips and just had no idea how to deal with anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great neighborhood! Lots of great restaurants and coffee places.
Cons: Glasses and cups not replaced each days. Dirty ones were left. Small detail, everything else was great!

Pros: Clean and comfortable room.
Cons: It is little bit remote from underground and central. But it is expensive comparing with closer hıtels to central area,
6.8 Good
Pros: The location, staff, and downstairs reception area were lovely!
Cons: The bathroom was moldy and dirty, the carpeting throughout the room had many large, nasty stains, and the room's decor was quite outdated.
9.2 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Oddly designed room - obviously catering to business traveller (the desk area occupied too much space. Shower had oblique corners. Bed was comfortable and overall the room was satisfactory.
7.9 Good
Pros: I travel on a weekly basis and this was my first time at the hotel. I was impressed with the room and overall very happy with everything ! Had breakfast delivered to room and it was pleasant not incredible. It was clean and that is a big priority for me. Outside seating area is cute. And the fact that there are lots of local shops near is great.
Cons: Despite having a do not disturb sign on the door. It must have been about 4 times someone came in while I was half naked. VERY annoying. I had to write a note next to the do not disturb sign saying basically come on guys lol. Go away
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location and the quietness of the area and the rooms. Reception staff were very friendly. Reception area very comfortable. Rooms were always very clean.
Cons: Rooms were hot and airless. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff less friendly. Breakfasts seemed to cater mainly for halaal requirements.

Pros: We always stay at this hotel we love it but this stay wasn't as great. Our room wasn't up to standard, the bathroom wasn't very clean with hairs in the bath. I don't know if it was because the regatta was on and the hotel was extremely busy but we felt we didn't get the warm welcome we usually do and no option to upgrade. My husband informed them it was our wedding anniversary beforehand but we didn't even get so much as a 'happy anniversary' from when we checked in.

Concierge was great, Timothy. Advised restaurants where we have got even the compliment from him - glasses of Prosecco.
Cons: Despite I have booked not the standard, but executive room, chosen based on the pictures on booking.com, I have got the room very different from what was on the picture. The room was old, the same which was on the pictures of standard room. Furniture is old as well as carpets. While my colleague who have booked cheaper, standard room got the renovated modern room. Reception explained that the room differs by its amenities and the access to the lounge, which was strange as I have chosen and paid for the room at the picture and it was very weird that the standards are better in this hotel. Was disappointed. Will not go to this hotel anymore, since they haven’t explained how to get renovated modern room paying for it and why it didn’t reflect the picture on the booking...

Pros: Location was good and decent room for one night. Breakfast was good and the people who worked there were very nice.
Cons: My room overlooked a train station. Had difficulty closing the blinds. AC did not have numbers on it so difficult to know what the temperature setting was.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was close enough to the underground to get around town easily.
Cons: There was no air conditioning in the room, the mat in the bathtub was full of mold, the carpet was filthy, the bed extremely uncomfortable and there was no airport shuttl. The gentleman who checked us in made us very uncomfortable with his snooty attitude
7.0 Good
Pros: The view was amazing. Rooms where lovely
Cons: Jacuzzi was out of order . Breakfast very expensive £23 pp
7.5 Good
Pros: We love the location of the hotel and the fact it has a pool and spa facilities. Lovely public area such as reception and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Since our last visit however, it has been taken over by another chain and there are a few things that need attention paying to them. In the spa area the pool was poorly lite and half of lights were not working over the pool area - the jacuzzi was out of action and the general appearance of the changing rooms are looking a little tired. We stayed in room 901 and the noise from lifts was constant throughout the day and night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good size room, well equipped, nice sitting area, loved the fact that I could open my window. Good tea and coffee facility with generous amount of coffee, teas and milk. Nice bathroom with space for toiletries.
Cons: Room way too hot for me, air con not working, but was brought a ventilator which helped. No labels on telephone for the buttons to call reception or room service. No do not disturb sign. No hairdryer in the drawer marked hairdryer

Pros: Good location right next to the market and near the city locations close to tube links and bus routes into central London.
Cons: The bed was shockingly bad and the pillows were useless. The room is fine but small and noisy against the outside guests. Facilities are fine but for the money paid it’s not overly great value.

Cons: My room was tired. Shower is tiny and water spilled out on the floor. Desk was hanging off the wall. Quite a noisy corridor with room doors banging all hours. More at fault would be other guests.

7.0 Good
Pros: Fantastic price! Generally comfy beds, dorms seemed clean
Cons: Bathrooms really not up to par in terms of cleaning. Could be worse, but the showers didn’t drain well and pooled, dust, hair and grime in the showers and counters, toilets kind of gross and many didn’t have toilet seats attached, just sitting on top loosely. Toilet paper ran out in one bathroom and still wasn’t filled 24 hours later.
