Great staff , nice room after upgrade, although strange that the windows couldnt be openend... No 5 star, more 3+, all the facilities the state to have are in there yes 5 star sister hotel 1 block further down the street the Jumeirah carlton... hotel.. that might be 5 star, but there littke sister is not.. good room, but no facilities, and only after an upgrade ( excecutive) we had a real suite ( forget the junior...). but all in all a good hotel. nothing fancy though ( in the star and facilitie sector...)
Our stay at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower was truely amazing, the service is excellent, we were upgraded on arrival due to a request I had made, as it was my husband's birthday. The atmosphere is great the staff cannot do enough for you. The treatments were brilliant. Can't wait for our next trip.

Location only. First point, when I arrived to the reception I asked the customer service lady about types of room she answered: no madam no room available, everybody came today I transfered them to my sister hotel!! Or If you want I can give you standard room for £650 per night !!! At the same time, I booked through Kayak app and I found it for £450 per night .. Second point, the bed cover seems no quilt inside and they didn't change it for 8 nights, also the room was not clean.. Third thing which was the most disgusting thing, on 12 of Sep 2016 I waked up at 8:00 am because of voice coming from one of my plastic bag I was puting it over the chair, it was a mouse inside the it. Then the mouse run to his hole under the mini bar !!! I went directly to the reception and they told me sorry madam we will give you another room in another floor. They gave me other type of room better than which I booked. Fourth point, I spoke with the supervisor about what happened, she appologized and she told me that her manager will contact me.. I was following up with her everyday but no answer.. On the last day, when I checked out she told me that her manager offer me to make upgrade next time to primume room or they will return £200 !!! She told me " but please madam don't write your rivew online". I against that, then she told me you can contact my manager by email. My psyche was to much tired and bad mood. I sent an email to the manager but she didn't reply.
We very much enjoyed the comfort, friendliness, location and breakfast provided by the hotel The lift system worked quite well and we had no real problem with it, but it was not quite as hassle free and efficient as the rest of this impeccable hotel.
Fantastic staff, nice location. Very "English" place Double room is fine, single room is rather a closet then a room :)
