Cons: Pegasus first changed my 2hr layover to 24hrs then cancelled my second flight entirely without informing me. I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out.
Cons: As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case.
Pros: The crew was amazing.
Cons: The flight was delayed by 4 hours but Turkish airlines inisisted that I had to be at the airport and checked in at the scheduled time and then wait at the airport for that whole time.
Pros: The crew itself was great and very attentive. Based off checking in I didn't expect the flight experience itself to be so great.
Cons: Checking in was awful in SF. My downloaded boarding pass didn't work at the security gate and a lady checking boarding passes made snide comments about me not being TSA pre check. Had to go and wait in the line to have them print the pass and of course. Make the downloaded passes work.

Cons: Tried to book baggage and seats online for flight from Colombo to Sharjah but website wasn't working, so called their office in Colombo. Was told it was too late to book baggage so would have to pay more than double the regular charge. I explained repeatedly that I had tried to book it but the website was down but the lady on the phone completely ignored what I was saying. She then said I should have called them to report the problem - insinuating that it was somehow my fault that their website wasn't working. Quite an interesting twist on 'customer service' in a service industry company. Nothing in the email I received from them stated what to do should their waist fail; no number to call, no procedure, nothing. I had to take a 1-hour trip into the city to speak to them directly at their office. The lady there I spoke with simply made a few mouse clicks and the problem was solved. This of course begs the question of why that couldn't have been done over the phone. The lady on the phone put me on hold for over 10 minutes, clearly hoping that I would give up and hang up. Air Arabia should fire this person immediately as she has no business being in the customer service industry if she is going to be so insulting to a paying customer. As a member of the company she sheds a horrible and unprofessional light on it.

When I refused she then took her bag out of the place above my seat. That was very bad as this location is paid for part of the ticket & I shouldn’t be asked to use economy class storing place.

I I wanted to escalate this matter to compensate such cheating done by Kayak.

Cons: At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again.
Pros: Priority Boarding for business class. The cabin crew were attentive, cheerful, caring. It's a short regional flight so the older, regional configuration of the seats is appropriate if not a little shabby. Offer of juices, Arabic coffee and dates before take off is very welcoming as is a choice of hot or cold towels. Flight was on time for take-off and landing.

Cons: Problems with our extra legroom being allocated at the check in desk as oman employ a 3rd party called option town to handle this process. Numerous broken tv screens on the aircraft preventing passengers from watching tv. Losing our baggage for over 2 days. Creaking tv screens prevent passengers from sleeping. Leaking emergency exits that cover passengers in condensation.
Cons: In Oman airs home airport there was no service desk. When the flight was delayed the sent 1 agent do deal with a full glitch’s worth of guests. Even though the delay was over 6 hours they gave no compensation besides lounge access to a lounge that is not fully functional. The next morning (yes the delay was overnight and they didn’t provide a hotel room) they called us all to the gate only to tell us they still were waiting for the plane to be repaired (the night before they’d Told us the flight would be in time as they’d flown another plane in). Again there was only one Oman air agent and just normal airport staff to handle the full flight. People were yelling and there was a lot of anger but no official announcements were ever made and only rumors passed from those who actually had a chance to talk to the on me guy. Finally when i arrived in Bangkok it seemed like they had there act together as there were many agents on the gangway to assist people to find connecting flights. Being so late there was only on flight for me and several others trying to get to Phuket. An agent took us to immigration and told us all he’d meet us in the other side to take us to the check in. HE DIDN’T SHOW UP. We couldn’t go back in the airport to find him or anyone from Oman air and were left to find an airport employee who graciously helped us find the booking office and just make the flight. I fly internationally regularly and this was by far the worst airline experience I’ve ever had or even heard about.

They used an alternate credit card - not mine- to pay Fly Dubai which precluded me from getting a boarding pass, forcing me to purchase another ticket. My Visa card was billed by Flight Network , but they paid Fly Dubai with a MasterCard that is not mine. BIG PROBLEM!!!!!!
