Pros: Customer service is awful I will never fly Pegasus again

Pros: On-time, no hassle or problems, not a lot of fuss or commotion like the bigger airlines, I think by them not serving food, it actually is a better atmosphere, can’t explain it, but totally felt light and not too problematic during both flights, jeddah to Istanbul and then again from Istanbul to Sara

Cons: Maybe, some entertainment???? But still a good flight even without it.

Cons: Unfriendly staff and very uncomfortable airplane. Seats were bad

Pros: Perhaps the best business class meal I've ever had. Definitely the best service from the crew I've had. 1st flight on Aeroflot, but won't be my last.

Cons: Cabin temps could have been a bit cooler for sleeping.

Pros: The crew doesn’t speak a word of English the chair is not comfortable no TV no space at all to walk or put suitcases

Pros: The meals are always generous and pretty feeling, nice and knowledgeable crew

Cons: The TV remote is getting old, it didn’t respond when I press any button, so it was impossible to watch anything or use it at all

Pros: The crew was amazing indeed. Very polite and attentive. Hot food items were good. I like the slippers and the cover for eyes (to allow you to sleep) that the company offers. Audiobook selection was reasonable too (classics in 3 languages).

Cons: It was a 10-hour flight, and by the end of it, the restrooms were not as clean (even though the crew tried to maintain them). This is typical for these long flights - no solution.
