The flight itself was fine—typical tight legroom and no complimentary food. The real issue was that it wasn’t my original flight. Icelandair cancelled my initial booking, forced a rebooking through a different airport, and then cancelled the new connection as well. Not exactly a dependable experience.

Horrible. My dad was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with lymphoma and Icelandair refused to refund flight even though I had a letter from his physician.

Let's just say I won't do it again.

The WiFi wasn’t working, so no one could watch any entertainment for 5 hours. The plane also was delayed and did not leave, nor did the staff prioritize those with connecting flights to de-board first. Everyone with a connecting flight to Munich missed their flight by 5 minutes. Then the next flight to Munich was 14 hours later. The airport could not compensate us because the closest hotel was about 2 hours away. This did not seem like the truth. I was not pleased with this traveling experience.

Just be careful, it is not business class, not flat seats, just as in comfort plus.

I DO NOT recommend Iceland air...missed connecting flight.....paid for isle seat upgrade for health reasons...had to do that over....baggage left in the rain so clothes got soaked other items ruined....called customer * dont care* service

All of our flights were wonderful, but I'd like to shout out the flight attendants on our last leg home from KEF-IAD on July 17th . My adult daughter became quite ill during the flight. The flight attendants were wonderful in providing me with a cold cloth (filled with ice), extra airsick bags, plastic bags, and wipes. They also came by several times to offer water or ginger ale. At all times they were friendly, polite, and accommodating, saying they were used to this type of thing. Then, in the rush to get my daughter off the plane, I inadvertently put down my boarding pass and passport, leaving them on the plane. When I realized my error, I rushed back to the plane. I was not allowed back on, but one of the flight attendants was able, given my seat number, to retrieve it for me. I cannot say enough good things about the attendants on Iceland Air. They go far and above what I would say is wonderful service. Thank you.

The plane is extremely cramped. Water is offered for free. It's pretty bare bones. Staff was nice

We had a great experience with Icelandair. Boarding was efficient and easy. The flight crew was friendly and helpful. We’ll travel with Icelandair again anytime.

Paid for seat upgrade that didn’t happen. Large luggage charge. No food or snacks without paying extra. Tight seats - even on row 11.
