Cons: "When a very large man is placed next to someone else who is in a middle seat and cannot use the arm rests on either side, I would think the hostesses would make an effort to move one of the three considering there were multiple other open seats. He was also very old and could hardly stand up when needed. It was the most uncomfortable flight, if I had the money, I would definitely fly business class"

Cons: "Asian Vegetarian meal was so-so. Dessert is never good for special meals. Boarding was particularly annoying as there was a document verification line and then the actual check-in. Even if you've done online check-in the document verification people will shout at you and tell you to line up."

Meals was mis-served inspite of selecting vegetarian food! I was served non- veg in both flights ie., IAD to Dubai and Dubai to Hyderabad. Staff was not that friendly

Cons: "Seats were uncomfortable, food was subpar. Paid extra for a “twin” seat and after this experience I think passengers should be paid extra to sit here."

Pros: "The planes are comfortable, the entertainment has plenty of options and plugs for your chargers if you want to use your own. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Emirates understands service. We had one cabin crew (on our flight to New York) named Amor who was was “on it” - attentive, helpful...everything you want on a long-haul flight!"
Cons: "This isn’t Emirates’s fault, but it took over 45 minutes (after we had come through passport control) for the bags from our flight to come out and we almost missed our train into Milan. But that is the fault of Malpensa airport."

Cons: "announcements in Turkish is interrupted your screen in front of every passenger and you have to listen to it even if you have no idea of what they taking about because it will block everything your are doing .. The solution is very easy as you can setup the screen to your language and the computer can choose to show you only the announcements that is in your language that make sense to you."

Cons: "The same as above and misguided by crew with regards to connecting flight. We had a bad time catching this connection. Even after disembarking the crew outside sent us on a wild goose chase. Airline representatives should be informed and helpful, which was not the case. Insufficient helping of food. Poor quality of wine and Vodka."

It was a short flight. Pleasant crew and cabin environment. Very comfortable for economy.
The flight was half an hour late, as happens these days always in Europe. Otherwise, fine. Friendly crew.

Cons: "Had wait in line for more than 1.5 hours to check in (no self-serve kiosk) and then conform to the 10kg carry-on (both backpack and suitcase) rule which didn't happen on the first flight. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the whole process of dealing with Norwegian is confusing."

As good as it can be when you pay $2,500 for a flight ticket knowing that they are not really there to offer you a service, they are there to make their own money knowing that as a traveler you really have no options other than an airplane if you want to go across the ocean."
Cons: "The difference here is that in a 9 hour flight you want to keep hydrated. Crew seemed lazy...they would not bring water to travelers very often...and when I called a flight attendant with the button call and politely asked if I could have some water, she seemed pretty annoyed and told me I can just stand up and go take my water in the back where they store food. NOT A GOOD SERVICE FOR $2,500!!!! It’s outrageous!! Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?"

Cons: "Gate was in a new addition to the SAW AIRPORT. Far from cafes and shops. After deboarding from the plane, it was a bit unclear whether to board a bus or walk into the International Terminal. Perhaps more frequent flyers are familiar with this routine, but signage would assist new passengers."

Cons: "Pegasus first changed my 2hr layover to 24hrs then cancelled my second flight entirely without informing me. I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."
Cons: "We flew with A320 Neo next gen Plane but no adjustment for seats!!!! Horrible joke..no info system as well, c'mon it's 2018 and you ordered your plane with no upgrades at all for cost saving???"
