I BOUGHT ANOTHER TICKET WITH PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, WHICH LEFT LATER, TODAY AND I HAD NO PROBLEM. NO EXCUSES. SO I PAID TWICE FOR A TICKET TO MANILA FROM BANGKOK. THE BIG PROBLEM IS EVEN WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT WAY AHEAD OF TIME, THE CEBU PACIFIC PEOPLE, JUST DO NOT CARE, THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAM. THIS HAS COST ME A LOT OF MONEY. Its a shame—Singapore is a first-class city and its people are beautiful; except for one zealous person who made it her goal to ruin Singapore. Cebu Pacific (MNL) required our umbrella to be checked-in without incurring additional expense since it does not make sense to charge us because the umbrella price is way less than the shipping cost. However, Cebu Pacific (SGN) Counter Supervisor was rigid and unprofessional; she wouldn’t listen to reasons and logic. She said that this is SGN and not MNL and therefore, its totally different. She was correct because we were able to go home and security did not say anything about our umbrella. Basically, we do not have to check-in our umbrella in the first place. But the Supervisor was adamant and combative regarding our umbrella. We told her we’ll just throw it in the trash can instead of shipping it.

I paid $300 for 2 excess baggages, one of them they left behind in San Francisco, and the other one was mistagged, had a hard time claiming it as it was tagged to someone else. Had to prove them luggage was mine by taking contents out and showing them pictures of me actually wearing or using those that were in the luggage. As for the other missing baggage, who knows. Horrible experience.

Meals are served promptly and on a regular basis. Selection of entertainment is good but needs updating.

Boarding was a chaos at the Abu Dhabi airport, they were just calling out for the Business Class and passengers who are disabled and those who are travelling with children to board first when everybody came to line up. Nobody from the ground staff even asked them to give way for those who are boarding first or announced what zone are they boarding next. Also, i used the mobile app to check in, i am definitely sure i chose an isle seat (you can see it on the seat map during online check in) but i was surprised to see that i got a window seat.

The seats on the 777-333 model in economy class are the WORST I have ever experienced. Extensive neck and back paid from cramped and poorly designed seats. You are going to start losing passengers, including this one who will switch airlines. A glass of wine was so cheap and acidic I found myself running to the bathroom within 15 minutes. The food was horrible. Goodbye Etihad--I can do better.

I have traveled extensively but I have never seen a staff more rude than Emirates. I had a connecting flight at Dubai Airport and there was 8 hours waiting time. At the gate I was connecting for Islamabad, there was not a single seating arrangement. When I complained about it to emirates desk, the staff was extremely rude. Such arrogance and an attitude that you instantly abhor. In my opinion, these Emirates people are most racist people in the world. The way they treat passengers from developing countries is vile. Even onboard, they treat 'white' passengers much differently than they would for a brown skin. I would never fly Emirates again. I plan to write against them in some leading newspaper for being racist. If people like us stay quiet and injustice and humiliating attitude they have against us, we will continue to suffer. I can pay a higher price for any other airline but I decline to ever fly with Emirates at the expense of my dignity.

This is budget no frills airline and it handles the flight pretty well. Seats are small, no entertainment or free food, but staff are very helpful.

Check in was appalling! Queue for almost 2 hours with no control of passenger flow so one queue has 5 check in desks the other has just 2. When asked to try and arrange it more fairly the Cebu Pacific staff shrugged their shoulders didn't even smile and said "there is nothing we can do". All they had to do was direct passengers to a check in desk. It was awful service

Can't think of anything I liked.

Unforeseen luggage charges that were way too expensive. Would not have flown the airline had I realized they charged for luggage on international flights. The charge was about $150, for the same luggage I brought with me for free on two prior international flights that were part of the same trip, on much better airlines for about the same ticket price. I could have tolerated a charge of $50, but I found $150 to be outrageous. Seats were narrow, legs hit the back of the seat in front. No need for such a configuration, since the flight was only 1/3 full. I won't fly Cebu Pacific again. Congratulations, you lost my business.

While booking I tried to buy luggage allowance. Impossible. Hence at check-in Cebu Pacific unpleasant staff charged me US$55 on top of a $100 fare for my normal suitcase of clothes. The worst theft in my travel history of 110 countries world wide. Shameless greed and extortion once they have your trapped. It gets worse. Due family reasons I needed to fly home a couple days early, having every reason to believe my ticket was flexible. Nowhere did it say otherwise, nor did the booking site warn me. But rudely I was told too bad, zero flexibility. ZERO! They had empty seats on many suitable flights, just wanted to steal my return ticket, simple. Theft. Extortion. The worst imaginable. I went ahead and bought a 2nd return ticket with Philippines Airlines (far far superior airline). My Cebu Pacific seat was zero refund and was sold to someone else I guess. Too bad for Stupid Mr Customer (me) who mistakenly flies Cebu Pacific! NEVER EVER FLY CEBU PACIFIC! This 71-year-old 110-country travel veteran has warned you factually. food on each flight was not the one requested/ Called the customer service and specifically told them that my mom (the traveller) is a vegetarian and while her journey to the US, she did not get any food, had to eat only fruits. They suggested the Hindu meal and i happily agreed, but the exact same thing happened. Hindu meal turned out to be non-vegetarian Indian food! Never ever would travel by this airline again... lesson for life! would bad mouth about this airline whenever I can!

Once the aircraft left the gate and started taxiing, it did the job. The crew also did their jobs. Nothing remarkable. Passengers were few, so everyone could relax better.

One day in advance, an e-mail announced that the flight would be delayed by 1 h 10 mn. Once at the airport, the delay was increased. by 35 minutes. Yet, at the airport and on the aircraft, the only explanation given was the overplayed refrain "Due to late arrival of the aircraft..." PLEASE, stop kidding us. Bad management is not the same as "late arrival". At 3 AM everybody was on board. No other arriving or departing aircraft in that CGK airport at that ungodly time. The pilot mumbled something about loading cargo. We sat an extra 50 minutes before taking off. This airplane has no screen of any kind in Economy. There were posters and a booklet describing the possibilities of entertainment. Again, who is kidding whom? Before going bankrupt, the old Philippines Air Lines used the acronym P.A.L. And everyone read: "Planes Always Late". The acronym is gone, but the delays are back, for sure. I am sorry that I did not go on a low cost flight.

The flight was very quiet so I was able to lie down and get a good rest - I know this isn’t possible on every flight but it made the long flight a lot more comfortable. All of the crew members were very friendly and attentive. The food was really good and tasty (lamb curry I think it was) - best plane food that I’ve ever had. Good choice of new movies too.

The seats on the 777-333 model in economy class are the WORST I have ever experienced. Extensive neck and back paid from cramped and poorly designed seats. You are going to start losing passengers, including this one who will switch airlines. A glass of wine was so cheap and acidic I found myself running to the bathroom within 15 minutes. The food was horrible. Goodbye Etihad--I can do better.

Same good entertainment. Flight left and landed on time. Breakfast was enjoyable but they had ran out of options so I didn’t get a choice, but still enjoyed what I got (banana bread)

I don’t recall there being an announcement to say that the flight was boarding, only the screen in the waiting area saying so.

Meals are served promptly and on a regular basis. Selection of entertainment is good but needs updating.

Boarding was a chaos at the Abu Dhabi airport, they were just calling out for the Business Class and passengers who are disabled and those who are travelling with children to board first when everybody came to line up. Nobody from the ground staff even asked them to give way for those who are boarding first or announced what zone are they boarding next. Also, i used the mobile app to check in, i am definitely sure i chose an isle seat (you can see it on the seat map during online check in) but i was surprised to see that i got a window seat.

1. i was unable to check-in online. PAL now only allows online check-in on fares bought on PAL website 2. gate was changed, i did Not receive notification via email nor PAL app. 3. Boarding was a little disorganized, it was hard to hear the gate crew, 4. not enough new streaming movie options 5. the meal was only warm 6. long wait at baggage claim

Due family reasons I needed to fly home a couple days early, having every reason to believe my ticket was flexible. Nowhere did it say otherwise, nor did the booking site warn me. But rudely I was told too bad, zero flexibility. ZERO! They had empty seats on many suitable flights, just wanted to steal my return ticket, simple. Theft. Extortion. The worst imaginable. I went ahead and bought a 2nd return ticket with Philippines Airlines (far far superior airline). My Cebu Pacific seat was zero refund and was sold to someone else I guess. Too bad for Stupid Mr Customer (me) who mistakenly flies Cebu Pacific! NEVER EVER FLY CEBU PACIFIC! This 71-year-old 110-country travel veteran has warned you factually. An utterly disgusting company whose staff indifferently spits in the face of customers, the rudeness is delivered in a could-not-care-less tone followed by a hang up the phone after saying "No way, it's impossible speak to the travel agent for help. good-bye. I BOUGHT ANOTHER TICKET WITH PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, WHICH LEFT LATER, TODAY AND I HAD NO PROBLEM. NO EXCUSES. SO I PAID TWICE FOR A TICKET TO MANILA FROM BANGKOK. THE BIG PROBLEM IS EVEN WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT WAY AHEAD OF TIME, THE CEBU PACIFIC PEOPLE, JUST DO NOT CARE, THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAM. THIS HAS COST ME A LOT OF MONEY. AND TIME AND STRESS, THERE IS NO REASON TO NOT LET ME ON THE PLANE. I GAVE THEM THE INFORMATION, THEY NEEDED. THE SAME INFORMATION AS I GAVE PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, THAT I DID FLY WITH. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE HORRIBLE TREATMENT I RECEIVED TODAY.

Its a shame—Singapore is a first-class city and its people are beautiful; except for one zealous person who made it her goal to ruin Singapore. Cebu Pacific (MNL) required our umbrella to be checked-in without incurring additional expense since it does not make sense to charge us because the umbrella price is way less than the shipping cost. However, Cebu Pacific (SGN) Counter Supervisor was rigid and unprofessional; she wouldn’t listen to reasons and logic. She said that this is SGN and not MNL and therefore, its totally different. She was correct because we were able to go home and security did not say anything about our umbrella. Basically, we do not have to check-in our umbrella in the first place. But the Supervisor was adamant and combative regarding our umbrella. We told her we’ll just throw it in the trash can instead of shipping it.
