The bread was not gluten free on this meal so I couldn't eat it. Unlike the first leg of my journey this meal didn't have my name or seat number on. I feel like it was put together once I asked where my meal was. Snacks offered but not gluten free so was very hungry from previous flight."

I was asked to wait for almost an hour and a half to get my documents cleared for my travel to dubai. After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

All Indian airlines are super cheap and low quality--with Vistara at least I did not get pushed around during boarding and getting-off. Traveling by air in India in economy class is like traveling in a greyhound bus. If you are from the US and 30+ year old avoid the Economy class."

Cons: "Three things : 1) The crew seemed to be relatively inexperienced and just out of college. I observed a couple of informal communication exchanges from their part. But the crew were helpful and tried their best to provide the best customer experience. 2) The boarding process normally starts with business and premium class and then followed by economy. For my flight however the economy class was boarded first while the business class passengers were kept stranded waiting in a separate line. This also reflected the inexperience of the crew which handled the boarding. 3) Vistara was my connecting flight from Pune to Delhi followed by British airways flight from Delhi to London. Though the flights were booked under one ticket, the representative did not checkin my luggage throughout the journey due to which I had to collect my baggage at Delhi and check it in again. The representative explained that vistara still didn't have alliances with most airlines allowing luggage to be checked in till final destination. This is another front on which they can improve."

At Heathrow it was a bit chaotic as all classes seemed to be mixed up so it was difficult for priority passengers such as disabled to get through everyone crowded up to the desks and the same applied for business class as well. The IFE wasn't too bad but it could be better. Bahrain airport is a mess and the boarding gates seem to be more like corridors with seats in them so it's difficult again when they call for business class passengers as unless you are already at the front you have to try to work your way through. I believe the airport is being rebuilt. If so then things will probably improve. I'm not sure why there needs to be 2 security checks within a few yards of each other when transiting between flights. they don't have this problem in Doha."

Cup holder was good for nothing, i tried to put my soft drink bottle in it and it slipped right out the bottom and when I tried to put a cup of water in it supplied by the crew it wouldn't fit! When I reclined my seat to sleep the passenger behind me pushed my seat hard back to upright position. When I turned around to ask why the rude response I realized that he was a tall fellow and his knees were already touching the back of my seat so when I reclined it, it hurt him and he had no where to move his legs. I couldn't do or say much as I understood his misery and therefore kept my seat up the whole way for 5 hours! The flight was full and neither of us could relocate to another seat."

In our over 7 hour flight, we were just served breakfast in the morning just 2 hours before landing. Its not healthy to keep customers hungry what if the customer is diabetic. Airline need to understand that up in the sky we are dependent on them for our basic needs and it should be respected."

But not really a big problem as we did get on the plane with no problem."

The difference of inflight entertainment technology was certainly VERY noticeable & I actually preferred it. Better, clearer, bigger screens. I was lucky enough on this flight to have a row to myself so I could spread out."

In fact, there was a whole group of passengers traveling on American from different US cities, switching to RJ in Chicago, whose luggage did not come on the flight to Amman. My advice: be sure to pack enough for a couple of days in your carryon - and don't accept an offer to check your carryon to its final destination! The food was very mediocre, and not much for a flight of over 10 hours. And the movie options were limited, mostly older. The crew never came and offered water between meals - although I did discover we could go to the galley and get drinks. It would have been nice to have that option mentioned. The plane itself was nice, and seating slightly more roomy than other carriers."

Cons: "I actually didn't fly QR. My RJ light from TLV to AMM was delayed by approx 2 hours. I asked to be taken off the flight in order to fly the day after from TLV to LCA and take QR. However the RJ gate agents explained that there are over 40 people on the flight that need to take the QR from AMM and that the ties between RJ and QR are very strong and the QR flight will wait the necessary 15 minutes. However, as we landed in AMM we saw the QR aircraft push back 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure. We got stuck in AMM and the RJ people were nice but totally inefficient and claimed that they were limited by their corporate procedures. I asked to be put on an Etihad flight that was scheduled to leave 2 hours later and that would put me at the end of the day in MAA (my destination) around 2.5 hours later which was acceptable in my eyes. The transfer desk agent said he is going to arrange it, disappeared for 45 minutes and then came and told me this is already too late for Etihad (it was not) and anyway they cannot let me take Etihad since they are not a part of "One World". I argued a bit and he said ok went to teh back office and disappeared for another 20 minutes. at that point he came and told me that all is taken care of and here is my new flight and proceeded to show me an itinerary which took me through BKK to MAA but the AMM-BKK flight will leave only at 0130 at night (this was around 1430) and get to BKK in the afternoon tomorrow. Then I will have to wait in the airport another 8-9 hours to fly to MAA. hence 2 nights without sleep staying at airports. BTW, I was the only Business/first passenger but this did not confer on me any special treatment. I refused to take this route and at the end asked them only to get me back to TLV and there I will change the whole route and go tomorrow on QR from LCA. I had to wait at AMM airport until 2100 and only now - 2300 - reached home which I left at 0600 this morning. BTW, i don't think that they restored my ticket to its original form (which was a full QR ticket covering also the RJ and Pegasus flights. but I was too tired to argue. I will postpone my trip by one more day and change the route to avoid another debacle like this one. Also, I chatted with the QR people in Amman, and ithey claim that they were not told that the RJ from TLV had 40 passengers connecting through them. This is the absolute opposite of what the RJ people claimed. Last, all his is without even mentioning the issues this delay caused since I have people who came specifically for this, waiting for me in MAA and God only knows when I will manage to get there and whether or not they will wait for me. Guys, you have to do something about this. I am quite a regular flyer and this is the worst experience I had."

The ground staff advised that the flight was rescheduled to the new timing two days before. RJ ground staff claims that they informed all travel agents of the new timing. I verified with my company and the travel agent and they advised that RJ did not contact them at all. The irony is that I am an RJ Royal Plus Gold Frequent flyer member and RJ has all my contacts details and send me emails and messages all the time, but they fail to alert me at such critical and urgent situation. Most annoying that the ground staff did not even apologize for me and the other passengers specially the European old man in a wheelchair. Instead of arriving Amman at a civilized 19:30 we arrived the nest day at 04:00 next morning. Big blunder Royal Jordanian."
