On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"
Cons: "The planes weren't as comfortable as others I've been on like the double deckers of Emirates. Their economy class was NOTHING special. Everyone talks about how superior Qatar is, but I found nothing special about it...the seats, the food, the entertainment were all basic and nothing fancy. The crew, while very sweet, seemed inexperienced and green to me..but they were lovely and that's all that ultimately matters."

They came through the cabin several times with drinks and snacks and ensured we had the most comfortable flight possible. I thought the entertainment choices were excellent and really provided a wide array of genres and a unique multicultural assortment. Meals were very good, served in generous portions, and having a vegetarian diet I was happy to be so easily accommodated. I was lucky enough on this flight to have a row to myself so I could spread out."
Cons: "We did not get our bags (total of 6 bags) - It was extremely difficult with an infant and a toddler to manage without clothes and meds. Staff was extremely arrogant during the flight, not helpful at all. Boarding process was a huge disaster - no planning, no zone boarding and unnesessary panic. Lastly food, worst frozen food. The portions were too small and very limited service. We won't use ETIHAD again."

Cons: "Many passengers were rude, standing in the aisle near the entry to the restroom / galley area. The crew repeatedly asked them to sit and they would sometimes ignore then outright and other times sit for a short while only to get up once again. For me the seat cushion was a bit hard for such a long flight."

Cons: "Particularly on the flight from Abu Dahbi to Washington, D.C., attendants were rude with not only me, but other customers. They were short in their responses, forgot requests multiple times, and didn't make the little bit of extra effort to provide translators in Arabic, ensure an elderly lady next to me had the meal she needed, and secure the food options that we asked for. Our row was told us there were no more chicken meals for example, when we saw an attendant on the other side of the plane offer consistent chicken meals for multiple rows to come. They were just being lazy and didn't even want to ask."

Cons: "I know this sector is can be tough on the crew... But got a very routine service with not much eye contact... For my coffee was given one sugar/creamer... Before I could ask for another the steward moved away... Didnt bother to check if I am fine...., Also, they ran out of water around landing time :( Entertainment was not available until after 10 or 15 mins take off and cut 10 mins before landing... Felt like second class..."
Pros: "Business Class is amazing! From the time you step on board the staff is helpful, courteous, and provide excellent service. The private seats were comfortable, food was good, and overal this was a great flight!"

If you have a connecting flight, you will have to clear customs with your hand luggage and go to departures, you will have to go through security checks again and passport control, our connecting flight was 35 mins from arrival and we had to run to make it."

Pros: "I was quite happy with the space the seats offered in coach! I stand 6'2" and I was quite comfortable. Even when the person confront of me tilted there seat back I still had room to stretch my legs for our 10h journey home. I was also very happy the ticket I had purchased came with a complimentary stay at the airports hotel and a free meal. This was fantastic considering my layover in Amman was 11hs. It was very clean & the staff were very helpful and polite."

Cons: "The trip was scheduled to depart at 18:30. Arrived Airport around 16:30 to be shocked that the flight was delayed to 01:50 next day (i.e. seven and half hours). The ground staff advised that the flight was rescheduled to the new timing two days before. RJ ground staff claims that they informed all travel agents of the new timing. I verified with my company and the travel agent and they advised that RJ did not contact them at all. The irony is that I am an RJ Royal Plus Gold Frequent flyer member and RJ has all my contacts details and send me emails and messages all the time, but they fail to alert me at such critical and urgent situation. Most annoying that the ground staff did not even apologize for me and the other passengers specially the European old man in a wheelchair. Instead of arriving Amman at a civilized 19:30 we arrived the nest day at 04:00 next morning. Big blunder Royal Jordanian."

Cons: "We suppose to have a hotel in transit, but they lied to us and asked us to pay 130 $ for that hotel which supposed to be free! The hotel is SUPER DIRTY and is not even suitable to animals. Beside tha you have to pay for food which is very limited and very bad taste. After we reserve the hotel, we had to wait 3 hours until the big lazy boy to come over and escort is to the hotel shuttle. Over all, was the worst experience for me and I will NEVER EVER try this airlines again."

Cons: "Flight was delayed with no official status update, the gate even kept saying “Last call” when there was clearly no plane. No official boarding time was provided when the plane showed up, so I had to wait at the gate rather than taking a stroll through the airport. It ended up taking more than the “5 minutes” they kept stating every 5 minutes."

And they said you have to pay around $ 300 for extra bag and that bag didn't exceed 10 kg despite when I went to Amman from Melbourne didn't tell that but they told on the way back despite I have the same bags, That's absolutely unfair."

Cons: "I used the restroom in the plane before takeoff and the it was absolutely filthy. It was clear it did not receive any attention between flights. I was sitting in the emergency exit row and, during takeoff, the plane made a horrible, howling/whining noise that I've never heard before. Everyone was looking around and fearful. I fly often and this was the kind of noise when you wonder "is this where it all ends?" Not sure if it was the engine just outside or the emergency exit not being fully sealed but it was the first time in a long time that I've been fearful on a plane."
