Plane took off without waiting for all passengers coming from connecting flight. We arrived at the gate 15 minutes prior to the flight and it was already closed. We got rebooked and have to wait 11 hours at the airport. No free wifi, no free lounge, almost no free Annemities. Terrible experience, and no one seems to care
Cons: "I was not allowed to fly because the reason was “tourist” even though the website said that Croatia was open to tourists. I was not given a straight answer as to what is going on the whole day. The assistants at the Turkish ticket counter were very friendly but the experience was so stressful as I was stuck at the airport and there are no ATM’s so I could not pay for a visa to get a hotel to stay in Turkey for the night. I finally managed to pay online, but really just a horrible experience all around."

When I called the ticketing office, they explained that everything was fine with the ticket, and I would indeed have a seat, but I would have to go to the airport. I even asked them about the possibility of overbooking but they said that wasn't a risk. (I am Star Gold so I didn't think that was possible.) When at the airport they wouldn't give me a seat and they bumped me leading to many hours of confusion, a connection through Tanzania, and a loss of a night of sleep. And lots of stress. I know they de-prioritized the people who booked on Kayak. This was a miserable experience and unless you do something to fix this I will never use Kayak again."

I am totally NOT satisfied. I will not travel on this Airlibe again"

Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

My luggage did not arrive. The person at Zagreb did not get my name, phone nor my email entered correctly. My cell phone service did not work well and so it made it really hard to communicate with British Airways. I thought that I had put this information in my profile when I signed up for the rewards program and would have thought that BA could have used it. But nope. My husband had to call them from the states and correct all the miss entered information and then about three days into the trip I received my bag.

Cons: "Brand new A350 but very cramped seats, it felt very claustrophic. Flew out on a 747 and had a lot of space - wonderful aircraft, flew back on A350 and it felt like flying Ryanair for 7 hours! I am only 5 feet 7 and my knees were close to the seat in front, I am not fat but the tray table was touching my stomach. I dread to think how anyone ate the food if they are 15 stone or more, I guess the table rest on the stomach and the food has to be held on.. The food wasn't good, I asked for a vegetarian meal but got bland vegan food - no cheese or dairy even though those are vegetarian. Next time I will not order a special meal and just get the standard vege meal and risk that they have one for me. Flight crew were OK, some of the instructions about electronic devices were garbled and unclear, especially about the use of laptops."

Pros: "This is my first and last time taking British Airways. When I was boarding the flight. The flight attendant literally stood in the aisle in front of me talking to a patron. Instead of moving into the empty seat and letting the rest of us move to our seat. He refused and ignored us. As we waited,the captain made a brash announcement and the plane started moving. Twenty patrons included me were not seated. I never had a plane move when we were not seated. I have to squeeze by flight attendant to get into my seat. No courtesy. He didn’t care about me at all. I had a carry on and a baggage. How could he not care about the rest of the people who was standing Experience. To make it worst, I got sick from the pasta and spent to hours with stomach cramps, heats sweats, and nauseous. Will never do again."

I will make sure when booking an Emirates flight if it is code shared with Flydubai I will look for another flight."

This has to be a safety regulation/problem. Flight attendants did nothing. - The screens/entertainment system on the flight didn't work. Absolutely useless."

Cons: "Fly Dubai check in at Dubai Airport is run by non-employees. My wife and I waited 1.5 hours in line. The staff helps other customers who are late for their flight cut in front of the line, and therefore make everyone else late for their flight. We finally arrive to the front and are told our flight has been oversold, and that it is full. We asked to be put on another flight and they said the next ones leave tomorrow. We were told we had to go wait in another line to arrange a flight or refund. We waited in that line for almost 1 hour, and the employee gave us an email address written on a post it note, and said if we wanted a refund to email them. Just an awful airline. Some other passengers wanted the flight the next day and Fly Dubai offered them a hotel for the night but said the hotel is full. The airline has an awful check in system, awful customer service, and has yet to offer us a refund, or even reply to the email we sent them six days ago. Regardless of their ticket price I will never fly with this airline ever again."
