Very bad service and food variety will never come back again

Flight was cancelled without notification. Information on flight status was not available on Emirates's website.

Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.

My baby was with me it was really good experience with emirates

Fantastic as ever. Great staff super catering and excellent service.

Very nice experience in business class. Flight attendants were attentive. Foods and beverages were very good.

Flight and entertainment great. Food needs to be improved, only one choice on the menu. Staff worked well throughout.

Everything was great except the boarding experience. After the check in, they "packed us" in a small area, very hot there. It would be nice to be aware of this, I'd wait on the outside area

Chaos at the gate while boarding - no clear signs or announcements

This777-300 is configured 2/3/2 for Biz class straight out of the 80s!!! Not to mention seats are narrow, bed does NOT FULLY RECLINE FLAT as advertised, and purser didn’t know that!! ARM REST HAS A REMOTE TABLET ON IT FURTHER CONFINING THE ALREADY NARROW SPACE!!! WHO thought this was a good design?? After flying the new A350-900 biz class Montreal to Dubai , this was a total let down!!

I booked tickets for a family of five and specifically paid extra to select our seats together. We spent nearly $1,000 extra (around $100 per seat) for extra legroom so we could sit near each other. However, despite paying for this, we ended up being separated on the flight. This caused a major issue for our family because my parents do not speak English and rely on me to translate and assist them during the journey. I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect the airline to do better, and I am requesting a full refund for the seat selection fees we paid.

Limit the number of usage of wine or please arrange our seats. The passenger was drunk on this flight and not on Thiruvananthapuram to Abudhabi.

The seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. The entertainment menu was limited. Flight crew was good.

It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better

Food quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem.

Early arrival. Good boarding. Deplaning this flight is very slow both coming and going. Baggage arrived quickly for Pearson

Good service. But on flight to Kochi no entertainment except in app. And no working outlets to charge phone.

Dirty and smelly lavatory and toilets in Wamos Air operated flights

Good flight. There were a few issues with the flat bed. It was some technical issues. Otherwise everything was good

The crew could have been more friendly and could have offered to make the beds. Also, Ethiad should have more vegetarian food options.

Better to not serve food if those are the options

It was a good experience flying Air Canada for the first time

They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Flight attendants were ok. But it was a full flight.

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

Our flight was cancelled the day before our trip and we we put on a Turkish Airline flight that got us in half a day later.

Everything is smooth without canceling the flight or long delay. We're happy about it.

Appreciated being met with a glass of sparkling wine - also the warm cleansing towel offered before the meal. The food was tasty!

Overbooked. They left a lot of passengers on the ground

Need better food options. Need warm food both times Stevie was provided. Bathrooms are too small. For an international flights, seats are small and leg room isn’t enough. And for an international flight, serving spirits should be included, not just Italian beer and cheap wine. All the tv/film entertainment is quite old and not updated, but the size of the screen was good.

My seat was broken and ducted taped and my monitor did not work the entire time over 8 hrs sitting. And I had no books or anything with me

my flight from Rome to Boston was on a very old plane. My video and audio did not work.

The toilets are very small for a long trip like this. There is no space whatsoever. Totally unusable,

Poor. The airlines left my luggage in Miami. It took 2 1/2 days to get my luggage at my destination. I was forced to buy clothes and daily items for days. There was little concern to get my bag to me which highly impacted my trip. Seats were cramped as well. Would not recommend this airline to anyone.

This was our return flight. It was slightly better than the one we took to go to Rome, mainly because the food was slightly better and more abondant. On our LA-Fco flight the food was way below average. Also, it felt like the legroom in Economy was smaller than other airlines we used in the past - my knees were touching the seat in front of me.

The temperature in the plane was very warm, never experienced in any airlines we have flown, normally its freezing. our trip from JFK to Cairo was unbearably warm.

My flight was great. Service by the crew was great. Only issue I had wss it got extremely warm mid way thru the flight. To the point it was a little uncomfortable

As usual, the flight was late with the typical excuse of "a technical issue beyond our control." This is the same excuse they use every late flight which is EVERY flight.

3 hours delay for a 1.5h flight on a stinky plane

The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.

Very good service with EGYPTAIR, would definitely recommend flying with them.

To be honest, there has been a significant improvement in the level of EgyptAir in terms of service and food quality.

Very basic service in business class. Mediocre will be the right word to describe them. Also, we arrived 8 hours late.

Flight was delayed for 3 hrs and there is nothing at the terminal except going back through security again. Food was offered but no vegetarian option

The worst experience ever, me and my little daughter suffered a lot on this trip. If there is zero or below-zero evaluation, definitely, I will give them.
