Cons: Crew could be trained for better service, most all were rude and annoyed that they were there.

Pros: The service and food are always fantastic. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ticket price was fantastic too!

Cons: Being woke up and asked if I want something to eat. I am sure others would disagree but I was exhausted and could not go back to sleep and I had already been up 30 hours.

Pros: They had a movie screen with movies available. Even though the trip was short, it was nice to have that option.

Pros: It was on time and got me where I needed to go.

Cons: The crew often bashed my wife's elbow with their trolleys. I am 6'2" and I could not sit with my legs straight in front of me. There is no leg room and the seats do not recline very far. The food was repulsive. They ran out of vegetarian options (my wife is a vegetarian) and what we did eat turned our stomachs.

Cons: 24 hours was before flight was delayed 50 minutes and after when I was at airport an other 1 hour and 40 minutes delay , when You have a transfer flight to take it is not serious

Cons: Connection was awful. Boarding was a mess. My luggage never arrived to Kiev. 12 hours after it hasn't even been located. Tomorrow I continue my trip and have no clue if how and when I will get my luggage. Seems like I might be 4 days without it. AND NOBODY CARES...

Cons: 1. Business class crew stomped around the cabin, making it noisy, and woke me up constantly. 2. Gallery is very loud and badly situated in business class. 3. Chair itself is old & although it’s lie-flat, makes a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.

Cons: There is only a food box which contains a small sandwich, a small cake and a small cup of fruit pieces with a drink of 250ml ice tea for this three hour flight. I would think this kind of catering is not good enough.

Cons: Flight was delayed for 2 hours without advance notice. For a 4:30 am flight. Passengers were already at the airport around 2am. Only to depart at 6am. No sleep. No food and very uncomfortable. Would be better to give heads up ahead of time

Cons: Even after requesting fruit platter as my food a few times, I have not got any food at all. They offered meat options that they had at that time, but no vegetarian option at all.

Cons: TV was broken, had phone so it was okay, the frustrating but was the call button. I rarely hit it, did this time for an arrivals card, the guy beside me messed his up and used mine while I was sleeping. No problem, until I hit the button. No one came for more than an hour, I even made eye contact.
