Boarding is messy, business class no priority line Delay is departure.. hot in cabin
My experience with Emirates was very disappointing, particularly in how the disruption to my journey was handled. My connecting flight in Dubai was cancelled and I was provided overnight accommodation, but I was not advised that leaving the airport could affect duty-free items I had purchased at my original departure airport. When I returned for the rescheduled flight, the alcoholic beverages were confiscated. I was then initially refused boarding for my rescheduled flight, although this was eventually resolved. Onboard, I was allocated a next to a passenger who repeatedly shouted throughout the journey. I asked the senior cabin crew member to move me to vacant seats at the rear but was told they were reserved for crew. The same seats were only offered to me towards the end of the flight, when moving was of little benefit. I appreciate the hotel accommodation provided after the cancellation, but the overall handling, communication and customer service fell well below what I expected from Emirates. What began as a flight cancellation became a series of unnecessary inconveniences, financial loss and an extremely uncomfortable journey.
Good service. I wish there was more legroom. The food could be improved with additional options.
Everything is smooth and good. While cabin crew didn't wake me up for food. When I got up I asked for my meal then they simply replied I was sleep due to that reason they did not wake me up. In that case I suggest they must keep stickers to place on top wake up or DnD.

As always Emirates is always dependent on the crew you get on the day and today was a good one. Everyone knew what they were doing and gracefully without hesitation . Great conversation all round even about the food and wine.

Warm staff, very responsive service. Well furnished cabin and comfortable seat and amenities. Excellent onboard wifi connection and very large comfortable restrooms.
The 2 sockets near me didjt work i had my phone by end of the flight on low bat and had issues to book uber thereafter Electrical sockets should work if emirates does not allow batteries Baggage claim in zurich took very long
Flight never took off. Boarded after multiple 30 minutes interval delays for hours.. then after an hour onboard, captain announce cancellation and back on the bus to the terminal with no information and everyone to fend for self.. Emirates did absolutely nothing to communicate either electronically or announcement. It’s unprecedented I know with the flood but lack of communication creates anxiety and extra pain for staff. Emirates should do better.. no supervisors monitoring floor and passengers abusing them which isn’t right but should Have had supervisors monitoring
Our flight delayed, due to the incoming flight arriving late from Paris. AF caused us to miss our connecting flight, also booked through Air France directly. They couldn't accommodate us until later that night, and we had to be in AMS earlier than that. They won't do anything else to help us and wanted to charge us more money to rebook us too. Not great service, since it was all their fault.
The boarding was efficieng. Staff in flight smiling, polite, attentive, patient. Very professional.
The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)
I bought business class tickets but the seats are exactly like economy with no comfort seats nor an empty seat next to me provided. Very poor, low quality airline.
It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty.
Good. Food items are ok but not really healthy (no protein for the vegetarian option, just a total of 2 gr total) so not fulfilling. Also, no airline is educating passengers to behave and have common sense: let the one sitting by the window pass first, leave toilets clean after use, etc. Humanity is just getting rude and more disgusting by the day and without education or enforced common sense no
Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.
Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.
No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
The line at boarding was not well organized and managed
The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.
There's no entertainment or food service. It was a good flight.
I’m still in Zurich because my British Airways flight was so delayed, I didn’t make the flight to Los Angeles yesterday.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Crew is great and food is ok to good, but boarding is annoyingly slow, plane arrived late (this seems a repeated issue) and the plane is old with armrests which don’t fully rotate and entertainment which doesn’t accept external headsets and screens which don’t respond well to touch.
Flights on time and meals in plane would be greatly appreciated. On time flights is really important.
I try to check in my hand laugage and the girl insisted that my suitcase was too large which was not and was traveling with me on this airline many times. And she charged me and my husband for both suitcases 150$ instead of free they both were 8 kg each. We were the only one who she targeted and the other people who had larger suitcases did not got penalized.
There was one rep who checked us in that was not pleasant she then assisted with boarding passengers on board and informed my husband that his carry on was too big. We had to pay $70 to check in a bag that we always carry on with no issues. I really believe she was isolating us as there was several bags even bigger than his that was brought on the plan. I will be writting a letter in ref6to this rep a d our 1st time experience on Air Baltic operated for SWISS when I return.
Great crew, great food, horrible aircraft seat spacing for a 9 hr flight.
The first segment from Atlanta to Abu Dhabi was fantastic, but we got downgraded to a different aircraft from Abu Dhabi to Delhi. We were supposed to be on a flatbed business class when we booked it but just about one week before travel, we were changed to A321 Neo, which just has old-fashioned business class seats that recline but don’t go flat. No TV either. While I fully understand that sometimes these changes have to be made for operational reasons, but I asked for some credit or compensation for that and I did not get any anywhere with that
I bought a full price ticket for business class on kayak and my seat selection was not Included, I had to pay more and WiFi for example was not Included in my seat. My travel companion who bought his ticket for the same business class price had these features included in his ticket therefore I am not happy with my purchase via kayak.
Good could be better. Crew is good but not great. Not much snack options for kids. Bathrooms were not cleaned on time

The cabin crew were kind, helpful, and polite. However, my flight from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. As a result, my journey was significantly extended, leading to a much longer travel time than originally scheduled.
Maybe some more information as to why the flight got delayed I understand may be tell your customers that missiles were fired at a specific airport wouldn't be reassuring to the customers and would cause mayhem but something like recent events have cause a delay on your flight or smth
They lost the baggage and said it was deleted from the system. I had baggage tag so was able to file the complaint but there was no PIR number and update so far
I booked tickets for a family of five and specifically paid extra to select our seats together. We spent nearly $1,000 extra (around $100 per seat) for extra legroom so we could sit near each other. However, despite paying for this, we ended up being separated on the flight. This caused a major issue for our family because my parents do not speak English and rely on me to translate and assist them during the journey. I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect the airline to do better, and I am requesting a full refund for the seat selection fees we paid.
Limit the number of usage of wine or please arrange our seats. The passenger was drunk on this flight and not on Thiruvananthapuram to Abudhabi.

You adjourned my flight by 1h 30 mns and only updated me 1h30 mns before the new scheduled flight. I submitted an email to Kayak asking for a refund. It was the most stressful experience I've had.

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again
Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain
I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.
Pegasus is a clean safe and most importantly CHEAP way to travel. If you travel a lot on a budget, it can be a great option
