Cons: Very old fleet from Muscat to Kuala Lumpur. The entertainment very limited compared to Emirate Airlines

Cons: the seating space is incredibly small, which made the flight uncomfortable

Pros: I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!

Cons: That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information.

Cons: We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic.

Cons: First plane was late boarding and flying. No time made up, so second flight was also late. We lost our hotel reservation because they heard flight was late.

Pros: Meal options and snacks, good crew staff. And relatively comfortable seating. The plane waited for us because of the earlier delayed flight, though we prefer to have been given the option to stay the night and catch the next morning flight.

Cons: The flight got delayed from Alexandria and the staff at Manama airport directed us to a counter to get our onward boarding passes but another senior member of staff asked us "what are you doing here" and asked us to go straight to the gate, then when we arrived at Abu Dhabi the baggage did not arrive with us and we had to go back to the airport later to pick them up.

Cons: The late departure. Again. With no reason or meaningful excuse given. The bland and overcooked food. The lack of space for knees and shoulders even though I'm only 1m72cm.

Cons: Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either.

Cons: Wiz air seems to trick you constantly to get more money out if things they hide from you.. online check-in required.. letting you in work a trolley and then charge you at the gate.. pee service overall.. beware!!

Cons: To begin with they checked our boarding pass a minimum of 7 times, it makes one feel like they are in the wrong place. Secondly the seats offer leg room as an LCC, but charging non LCC money for them. Overall poor airline, staff wasn’t kind at all.

Cons: At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again.

Cons: The check-in staff required me to check my poster (for an academic conference), which has never happened to me or any of my colleagues before because the poster fits on top of luggage in the carry-on bins.

Pros: The crew is amazingly kind. The seats on the flight have a good amount of recline and the entertainment system is good, though you can't turn off Arabic subtitles.

Cons: I would not recommend flying through Jeddah. Any time there is terrible. The airport is not equipped to handle the volume. There is only one restroom for 3000 people, no seats. An attendant was using the bidet hose from the pit toilet to spray down the floors and the entire bathroom was wet.

Pros: I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight.

Cons: I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely.
