Cons: Over the past year the cabin crews are not quite up to Aeroflot customary standards. The young ones seem to have not been trained well enough and seem tentative and not so enthusiastic, especially when the whole crew is working meals. The rest, however, are very professional and exude confidence.

Pros: Great food, great movies. Great pilot and crew

Cons: Lots of children running in isle. But they did give them tools to help occupy them. Maybe a children play area.

Pros: The bottom seat of the pocket is uncomfortable outdated. The distance between the chairs Too crowded

Cons: We should have been notified the day Egypt announced the airport was closing on March 19th. Our flight was scheduled for March 23rd. If it wasn't for the US government STEP program we would not have known the airport was closing before our scheduled flight. Emails should have been sent the day it was announced.

Pros: The meals are always generous and pretty feeling, nice and knowledgeable crew

Cons: The TV remote is getting old, it didn’t respond when I press any button, so it was impossible to watch anything or use it at all

Cons: A lot of confusion at the airport when we wanted to check our bags. I felt they could have directed traffic (the people trying to check in) better.

Pros: Really easy experience - friendly, organized, on time and a great price!

Pros: Perhaps the best business class meal I've ever had. Definitely the best service from the crew I've had. 1st flight on Aeroflot, but won't be my last.

Cons: It would have been better if they had a plane that could land on ice. They said this plane couldn't. Was an hour late, so we missed all our connecting flights home to USA.

Cons: the chairs are very uncomfortable for a early morning flight.. do not recline. i am not big at all.. im 154cm and 60 kg.. the chairs killled my back and next... i just wanted to sleep.

Cons: I went to ataturk airport be mistake then I went directly to sabiha airport before the flight 45 min they gegusos stuff did not allow me to get in the plane!!!

Cons: It’s stupid Airlines. He give me brooding pass and make security check everything at final he didn’t make me fly to London because they sey u need transit visa. Why not they inform early so I can get online visa. And airlines don’t help anything finally i buy new tkt by myself .....

Cons: Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew.

Cons: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Pros: Muslim food

Cons: Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast.
