Cons: Plane was late taking off, Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Pros: Flight space was quite empty in my section so that was AMAZING. Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions. Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight. Probably helps having seat to self.

Cons: Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine.

Cons: There was no way for us to reserve seats with extra leg room 48 hours before the flight. Had to sit in agony for a 9 hour flight because of height

Pros: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Pros: We missed the flight by five minutes do to our connecting flight being late. We had mechanical issues, weather delays and an aborted landing in Miami.

Cons: Tap would not roll us over for the next day. We had executive tickets in business class. They wanted 3000.00 dollars each for the flight.

Cons: Boarding process was in fact dangerous, with people corralled into small spaces without letting them out on the other end. We felt claustrophobic, crushed, and at one point people were even having to jump over the escalator to the bus loading area because there was too much crowding. Dangerous

Cons: Terrible customer service. Attention to disable customers is null. They literally torture the disable passengers. Very rude and insulting wheel chair staff.

Pros: The crew was excellent. However the business class seats were terrible. You had to step over a sleeping customer to get out of the seat. There was no place to put anything other than a distant little drawer under the TV. The food choices were the same old chicken and pasta.

Cons: The cabin lights were left on too long for a red eye. Cramped quarters - but that is true of every airline now. We did receive a blanket and pilllow, which was nice. Did not have dinner so can’t comment. Croissant with cream cheese prior to landing was OK Nice smooth flight.Nice pleasant crew

Cons: Very tight seating in the double decker near the rear particularly for a six hour flight. Food and drink were very good and check -in clerk got us on an earlier flight. Only complaint really was the lack of any leg room.

Cons: The filet I ordered was so tough that it was inedible. On the whole, the food was not very good, ev n the tea service which was weird. Also, the business class seat are poorly designed. If one is in a window seat and the person on the aisle is using the foot rest, one is trapped in place.

Info on connecting flights and transfer requirements was insufficient, no offer to help those with tight connections, e.g., by trying to seat them at front of plane or help them get off faster. Missed connecting flight as a result!!

Cons: I fly four times with Aeroflot, and they have always a lot of problems. Airplane never fly on time. They lost my luggage and a they have a lot of things they need work on them.

Cons: Boarding was terrible - the terminal is overcrowded, and people are crammed at the bottom of an escalator which is extremely dangerous. We needed to take a bus to the plane which is very unusual for an international flight.

Pros: The most impressive service found was the baggage arrival on time despite the short transient time in Abu Dhabi. In most airline this would be missed and will arrive the next flight.

Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Cons: Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier.
