Pros: Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time.

Cons: The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags.

Cons: Comfort of the plane. So freaking uncomfortable. Seats didn’t even recline back.

Cons: Did we leave on time? ...No Was there enough overhead space? ...No Was the landing smooth? ...Oh gosh, heck no Did I arrive at my destination alive and with my bags? Yup! Was it cheap? You bet it was!

Cons: Flight was 90 minutes late. Crew was nice.

Cons: Seat rows are TOO CLOSE. I'm 5'10" & my knees were rubbing against the row in front of me (21F). HORRIBLE. Will never fly you again. Also, there was a gate change from C3 to D3 that was NOT announced at C3. There were 20+ of us sitting there then we checked sign to see change. BAD SERVICE.

Cons: I couldn't take the airplane since they closed the gate earlier then plannee. I had to buy another ticket and I was stuck at the transit area of Moscow Airport for 24 hours.

Cons: New terms about hand luggage is worser then in RyanAir

Cons: I was charged $150 to fix somebody's error made in my name. Both Flys.com and Aeroflot denided the error was made on their side.

Cons: So uncomfortable. No space to sit comfortably on a long flight. Really unreasonable. Headphone jack didn’t work. Power outlet did not work. You have to rent VR goggles for entertainment. Just the most uncomfortable trip I’ve ever taken.

Cons: Plane seats keep getting smaller it sucks. Getting to the point I don't want to fly.

Pros: Great gifts for children! However, there was no food for kids - apparently, I was supposed to request it in advance. This is something new, and I wish we were notified as soon as we purchased the ticket. We flew to Moscow in Sept. 2018 as well, and child's meal was provided without special requests.

Cons: When I bought the ticket, it looked like 2 seats near the window or wall, but in reality there were 3 seats in the middle. The flight was comfortable but not what I expected. If I knew those were 3-people seats, I would've picked something closer to the front of the plane.

Cons: There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience.

Pros: Checked luggage included, seat reservations are fairly priced, in flight meals and snacks are reasonable. Crew is professional.

Pros: Courteous crew, polite and knowledge. Just wish they wouldn't talk so fast over the tannoy! :-)

Cons: To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats...

Cons: They flew me from Madrid to Istanbul with a replacement passport knowing my final destination. Was Bahrain but would not let me board the plane in Istanbul. Now I’m stuck here with no money, credit card, or flight and I’m completely screwed because of Pegasus

Pros: Flight was smooth for the most part, they didn't keep the fasten seatbelt sign on for the whole flight like last time I flew from DC to Moscow. (they did keep it on for too long again though)

Cons: Crew was fine, one lady really tried to help us get proper food for our baby. They only offered drinks once before each meal, would be nice to have a couple glasses of wine or cups of juice etc, for a 9+ hr flight. And they were quite slow with collecting services after the fact. Hard with a baby.
