Cons: Food is horrible, entertainment need improvement

Pros: It finally took off. The crew is polite.

Cons: The flight was delayed 5 hours and there was poor on site communications. This is the definition of a poor flight.

Pros: My mother missed her flight from Shanghai international Pu airport to Harare yesterday due to language barrier. And we requested for her to be put on the next flight. Only to be told with Ethopian Airline to pay $US1850 for a one way flight which was more expensive than itinial flight. She slept at the airport weeping not knowing who and how to contact anyone in a foreign country and noone cared. Instead we were told to pay the 1850 or else she would be stuck for more days at the airport

Cons: I would like a refund

Pros: Crew was very helpful and friendly. Seats are a little bit too small with a little bit not enough room side to side and front to back.

Cons: Seat size would be my only complaint.

Pros: Food was great, enjoyed watching videos, staff very profession and friendly.

Cons: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Pros: LOVED the cup of Ramen anytime snack and curved utensils for eating on a moving plane, genius! Service and quality of product is great. If possible, I will always Choose Cathay Pacific airlines over any US Legacy Airlines to Asia any day!

Cons: Stop shrinking the check-in luggage size and allowable weight every few years. It's a nuisance to have to buy new luggage every few years when perfectly working luggage has to be thrown away because of size requirement shrinkage.

Pros: The entertainment system was good.

Cons: We have a 4 month old and we were the first ones to check in but all bassinet seats were booked. No one was even using them for bassinets. Not sure if they paid extra for those seats to have leg room but we had to hold the baby for 15 hours. They couldn’t do anything for us.

Cons: Flight was delayed for 2 hours without advance notice. For a 4:30 am flight. Passengers were already at the airport around 2am. Only to depart at 6am. No sleep. No food and very uncomfortable. Would be better to give heads up ahead of time
