Pros: Everything went to plan and we were very happy

Cons: I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment.

Cons: I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!

Pros: Quick boarding and friendly staff.

Cons: The atmosphere inside the plane was warm throughout the flight. It was a bit chaotic with the carry-on luggage! Unfortunately, many passengers did not abide to the rules and every one was storing their lugguage wherever they wanted! More organization would be highly recommended.

Pros: Take off was on time. Food was good. Crew was professional.

Pros: The crew was ok. The seating was comfortable as we had good leg room as we booked on a premium economy class.

Cons: We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!

Cons: Cramped economy seats compared to Bombay to Munich flight.

Cons: Can bend the seat, don’t have to walk and back on the airport

Cons: 24 hour delay without accommodation is not acceptable !!

Pros: Crew was helpful and friendly.

Cons: Cleanness has to be better. Toilets were old and dirty and smelly. Also cleaning crew did not clean the trash before us as I found trash in the pockets of the seat. Overall I could feel that the plane was too old and dirty. Also they can change the food quality. Too poor.

Pros: The crew was professional.

Cons: The seats are too close together. Aisles are too close together. Medical professional recommend getting up to walk and help with circulation. It is very difficult on these flights.

Pros: The crew members were attentive, the seat was spacious.

Cons: Movie selection and orderly handling boarding.

Cons: Blankets rationed, crew guessed at food, announcements in any of many languages, blankets shortage. I could go on.

Pros: To be honest nothing

Cons: Flight was canceled because of technical problem and they delayed us for arround 11 hours till next flight. Though they have arranged for hotel stay but the manegement if the icedent was so poor in communication, transportation, and Timings.

Pros: The seats in business class were great!

Cons: Once I arrived in Kuwait, there were no instructions by the crew on where to go to catch the connecting flight. I got lucky by asking somebody 2 hours later, and then they informed me I needed to take a bus to another Terminal, which was never explained by anybody.

Pros: Azerbaijan Airlines was one of the best flights I gave taken. Comfortable, they feed you 4 different times and the airline staff is the best.

Pros: Crew was very nice but was overworked. Took close to an hour for food service. There was no sound from the arm system. Started with some music then it stop. Seat felt like it needed replacement. Sagged in middle.

Cons: I have to pay $100 at the airport for my second bag, which was a total surprised to me. Because when the question of how many check bag came up and I put in 2. There should be a warning come up that it will be extra charges for the second bag.

Pros: My seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was great. I always love the food on Turkish Airline flights. Check in was easy.

Cons: The flight was 2 hours late. The attendants were a bit cranky....usually they are great on this flight.

Pros: The crews are always awesome. The food great especially since they always have cherry juice, my favorite!

Cons: The flight was delayed, and then seemed rushed at call Last Call. Also the ear phone jack was a double that even the TA ones didn't quite fit. Glad it was an overnight flight and slept most of the way.

Cons: Due to the way Kayak / kiwi.com booked my flights, even though both legs were on the same airline they were booked as two separate flights causing me to wait in line for two hours to get my bag and check back in in Heathrow airport.

Pros: I flew with my sister who has disability. Check in was very smooth and the Spanish lady who checked us in at Heathrow airport took our hand luggage which was really nice as we could just take care of our wheelchair.

Cons: BA should consider to serve complementary coffee and tea on board. Such a little thing, but could make a huge difference.

Pros: The crew was so incredible, the safety video was funny, the food was DELICIOUS, the accommodations were above and beyond. Comfortable, great movies, relaxing. First international flight and now I’ll always use British Air
