If I could I would give them -5 star!! When I went to pick up the car they said they didn’t have the car that I had reserved also they wanted me to charge another insurance if they give me another car! (I really need it a 7 passenger vehicle since we were 4 and had a lot of baggage 😡) I had to go to another company to look for what ever 7 passenger vehicle they had. Really really upsetting experience for me.

Car had a mechanical problem and had to be exchanged which took a lot of time. Also I have not yet received a receipt yet even though I returned the car two days ago.
