Budget gave me the wrong vehicle 3 different times. Each time I walked all the way with my luggage only to find out the vehicle was not the vehicle I had been assigned. Other cars were parked in the spot my sedan should have been. The worst car rental ever.

Didn’t have the car we reserved so we had to drive down to the airport and delayed our whole trip as nothing was ready.

Poor first experience renting a vehicle from Budget. The gentleman whom checked me in was very bland and unhelpful. He gave me a much larger vehicle that was terrible to maneuver around Colorado Springs. He acted liked he was doing me a God-given favor. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The car was comfortable although low mpg. The windows, windshield and exterior and windshield filthy, in spite of being wet, as if washed.
