Got there, they had no cars, Budget lied that more cars would be coming in just a few minutes, so I should wait; no more cars were or did come. Awful experience. It was like the Seinfeld episode; they know how to take the reservation, they don't know how to fill the reservation.

Just to much of a hassle and try to hard to get you to purchase insurance. This stalled my time.

I wanted a van and really needed a van. I got lucky that avis had a 7 passenger car because my only other option was a 5 seater or passenger van. Had that happened i would have been furious. I should not be worried about getting the vehicle i need when I book it in advance.

Exactly the car I needed and with no surprises or hassle. Very convenient location and easy pickup and drop off.

We had to wait over an hour at the check-in counter. They admitted that they were not able to turn cars over fast enough and were having to pull them from other agencies. Clearly unprepared. The car was received already with some damage on the front.
