I called up to the rental office 2 hours before to ask was everything ok with my reservation because I was coming up there from Lawrenceville in a Lyft ! I got there and they denied my rental and I waisted 63$

Many problems actually, Billing issue at the end, charged 17 dollars for gas. Car was 3/4 full when I got it and full at dropoff. Tire pressure noticefor all 4 tires came on 10 hours after I picked the car up and a few hours later the low oil light came on. Also there was a low intermittant rumble from the front left wheel. Only had the car for 24 hours. Usually there are no problems at all but this was not the case. Rich N

No one was workinf at the counters. There was over 100 people in line waiting with the first people in line have been waiting for over 3.5 hours. Would not recommend this cluster to anyone

Loved that we got an upgrade because what we requested was not available so that’s always a perk. Drop off at the airport was super easy.

2nd time waiting in a 45-60min line for counter while all other rental companies had no lines. Once at the counter, I was told to wait an additional 30-45min because the car wasn’t ready or clean yet. Then I got the car and it was the wrong vehicle (Toyota Corolla instead of mid size SUV). I was already late for a reservation so I just took what they gave me. Been a long time and loyal member of budget but after my recent two experiences, I’m avoiding Budget/Avis at all costs.
