The Avis service agent who helped me was delightfully helpful. My car was an excellent value. The only curious aspect of my rental was the QEEQ online platform experience, as I did not understand in advance that that platform was the online platform for Avis and Budget, so better communication needed there. Otherwise, excellent experience.

Car class reserved 2 weeks in advance was "unavailable". Rental counter provide an alternate vehicle, but the vehicle had fairly significant front end accident damage, was dirty outside (HEAVY coating of dead bugs) and inside (cargo area had lots of dog hair and mud), and one of the rear seats was not functioning / movable. Not a great experience with a planned and reserved in advance rental.

Vehicle could have been cleaner. A lot of animal hair in rear of vehicle. Return process is sketchy. No good indication that return process is complete. Guy just walked away...

Everything was great except for the 45 minute wait on line to pick up the car. The attendant was very nice however, and the drop off was fine as well.

The reservation hold what? The cars were all out. They offered me a 15 passenger van. Come on. Dont rent what you don't have.

A pre-paid rental that we waited nearly two hours in line to pick up. That put us well after midnight getting out of there with 2 small children and an unwashed car.

Fun driving the Telsa. A slight learning curve but I picked using all the bells and gadgets quickly. The Budget person dropping it of was excellent.
