Excellent service, communicative staff, incredible value. Vehicle and price were as expected with no surprises. NextCar texted me before my arrival and a driver met me at the airport with the car. Paperwork process back at the office was smooth. They texted me again on my return date with directions to the rental car location, and dropped me back off at the airport after an efficient vehicle check-out. Highly recommend!

Charges outside of agreed terms No response to communication on Whatsapp or email. Decided to cancel booking and ev n then they charged a "no show" fee. Had to do a charge back through credit card company. Terrible. KAYAK should not be promoting companies like this.

Long waits, rude staff, ridiculous hidden fees, staff misleading customers about what their own coverage will cover to sell their own. You get what you pay for here...go elsewhere.

Nothing i did not get to rent the car because i have not updated my id to say non provisonal anymore.i really would like the insurance money back.

Car had leak in tire that required frequent refill took 30 minute to get the car at the counter; way too long There was no Next Car Signage in the rental car area... had to google to figure out if the was even a desk at the airport.

The office was small and crowded, as the pick-up/drop off was slow. A lot of people were waiting around for service (the drop off was faster than pick up). Their rental policies are out-of-line with main stream renters. They did mention that the renter needed to show proof of insurance coverage upon pick up, but I was unable to access mine upon pickup and was required to purchase additional insurance of $30/day for a two week rental ($560.00). I have since provided coverage details and have not heard back from them at all. They also provided information how to get to their location, which was a relatively short train ride and then shuttle bus, but it also meant a significantly longer process to picking up the vehicle. With the additional hassle and significant cost difference, I have learned not to use Kayak's services or anticipate any cost savings in the future.
