This was the black spot of our trip. When you get to your destination the first thing you want to be able to do is quickly get your rental and check into your hotel. Well, they made that impossible since we couldn’t find their rental location and communication through WhatsApp was abyssal. They then proceeded to give us an 11 year old car after having waited 30 minutes outside their office in the hot sun because they couldn’t locate it. There were times I couldn’t just sit there and enjoy my time because I was worried that when I returned the vehicle they were going to come up with some made up thing to charge me. Why? Because when we were waiting to receive our keys we witnessed them fight we 2 separate customers about the same thing. Stick to sixt or hertz.

First of all the entire experience was awful! Starting from the company not even having a legit/real office and the staff that works for company are very rude and they have zero communication and respect for the customers! So i was supposed to pick up a standard SIZE SUV and the staff ended up bringing me rather than having the car there at the lot waiting for me when i arrived there they brought me a kia sportage and the condition that the car was in i was even scared and worried be able to drive that car around the country not even mention going out of the country with it! My time of picking up the car was @ 8pm they brought me the car at around 10pm 2 hours later than the booked time. And in the mean time of me waiting there i kept calling them to make sure i get the right car but instead they were lying to me telling me 4 different types of cars on the phone! So the whole company and the staff were awfully disrespectful and not even caring about their customers at all i would never recommend this crooked and people scamming company to anyone!

I found roaches living in the vehicle and after making a complaint, it was brushed off and I never got the chance to speak with a manager.

They are not at the airport- you have to shuttle to location- once at the off sight spot , it is just a computer screen that keeps telling you to try again later.

They stole my money, never answered my calls, never came to pick me up and I am suing Kayak and the rental company, because I had to spend more than $1300 USD to arrive to another rentant car company at the last minute

Awful experience. Instead of having customer service reps they have booths where you talk to someone virtually and it glitches constantly and takes over an hour to check out, even with a reservation. It was listed as $100 cheaper than the competition, but by the time we left they had managed to add over $200. When you drop-off there's not really anyone to talk to and there's no office and you have to wait in the hot sun for a shuttle. The signage is poor and everyone is unclear about what they are supposed to do. Every customer I saw was angry and frustrated and talking about his they will never do this again. It's worth it to pay more to get your car directly at the airport because they will waste huge amounts of your time and energy.
