The attendant was not super helpful. My wife booked the car but I am the main driver. This meant we had to pay extra for an additional driver. This was not clear and quite frankly, ridiculous

It's difficult to find the location to return the rental car to Alamo at MXP (Milan malpensa Airport). On your return to the airport, once you get into the airport proper here are two sets of signs - the first set has Alamo and an arrow, the second set of signs does not mention Alamo and so you have a decision to make - do I go left or do I go right. We went left - which was wrong, ended up at SIXT. They gave us directions back to Alamo.

The car was fantastic! Brand new so was great. The only issues were that the branch I was told to go to was closed! There was a sign for a different branch so I had to walk 1.2kms to get there, and then had to wait for quite a while. Apart from this it was great. Drop off was seamless.
