Alamo doesn't have an office in Rivas but they brought the car from San Juan del Sur to San Jorge. Very helpful employees. Drop off in Managua was also very fast.

Windshield wipers were awful…made driving in rain unsafe During pick up, the rep said there was no street address and if I didn’t drop a pin I would never find the rental return. Alamo sent a drop off email with perfect directions. Unnecessary anxiety. Drop was fast, friendly and efficient.

I had a reservation at 10 am, but they didn’t prepare the car when I arrived. They only have 1 car in same type that I requested. My family had been waiting for 3 hours, all my schedules were way behind the plan. Finally, the car had been returned and it only had 15% gas remain. I received the car after the 10 mins simply clean.

People were very friendly. The closure hours 13:00-15:00 should be clearly indicated on the web site. Also these closure hours are a little inconvenient. Maybe one hour for lunch would be easier.
