The staff at the rochester airport was excellent. Both at pickup and dropoff, the staff was kind, helpful and I had no wait time. Great job to all of them.

Absolutely terrible experience. Reserved the car, checked in for the car, get to the counter, NO CAR. Had to scramble for another company. Ended up with a worse car for more money. Alamo was worthless.

Was just a flawless experience at the Phoenix sky Harbor location using Alamo skip the counter service save me so much time I went straight to the garage picked up my vehicle from the aisle and was on the road under 10 minutes. The car I rented was spotless and drove perfectly and return process was just as fast 10 out of 10.
