They told me that I could return to terminal 3 in Dubai then have me issues. Also charged me a lot of extra money and never gave me a bill or responded to my requests for a bill. I rent all over the world and I’ve never had such a terrible experience.Reviewed 13 Nov 2025

The company wants to steal your money. First they tell you the baby car seat FREE of charge. Then in the invoice it is NOT free and it costs additional fees. Then they charge you extra for things you did not do so they don’t give you the deposit money!Reviewed 16 Dec 2024
