Cons:Having to walk across airport to different terminal because the counter in the terminal I arrived in was closed.

Cons:Minivan had 63k miles, horrible value for money, office was full of people on their mobile phones, earphones in, shady insurance upsell, will never use again. Car had mismatched tires, cv joint was going, ac fan screaming, missing trim...you get the idea...run away

Pros:The car itself was great
Cons:The agent who rented us the car lied about mandatory insurance enrollment. When I attempted to cancel the exorbitant insurance plan, I was directed to a phone number where I left a message and asked to notified the dealer that I was cancelling the insurance plan, effective immediately , and that if there was any issue I would like a call back. I was never contacted and assumed therefore that everything was settled. When I returned the car, I was still charged for the plan and forced to speak to an agent, who would only credit my account $50 rather than the full amount due to some administrative restriction.
Pros:Customer reps were friendly & car got me around for 4 days
Cons:First car had check engine light on. Really, this wasn't caught ahead of time?? Second car's windshields were dirty (on the inside -- looked like footprints from people putting their feet on the dash). Wait was long, customer reps are friendly but very slow. The process should be faster than 7-8 mins per customer. Overall the car worked, so can't complain too much.
Pros:Easy, price was right. Pick up and drop off were simple.
Cons:Upon arrival at the airport, there was confusion as to which shuttle to take because the firefly name isn't advertised on any of the shuttle buses. Once at the rental center, there was only one attendant so checking in was a bit of a wait.
Pros:Car was comfortable and functioned properly, although it was missing a button on steering wheel
Cons:1) Misled about price: Reserved one week car rental through Firefly in Cancun Mexico for $150. Was expecting that additional taxes and fees would bring final price to around $300. If only! Price quoted when I went to pick up car was $700 for the week. Was able to negotiate price down to $600, but wasn't in position to find another car at that point. 2) No shuttle service to location at airport (had to ask Hertz shuttle driver to take us) and impossible to find location when dropping of car (we picked up car in dark and, when dropping it off, there was no signage for Firefly at it wasn't nearby another other car rental agencies; no one we asked knew where it was located; had to ask Hertz representative to escort us there.)
