Will never rent from them again, because of the ridiculously high toll road fee!

The only car rental company that didn't accept our Liberty Mutual California liability limits. The total cost was over double the quoted rate. Also we got pulled over by the police due to expired plates.

It was a huge waste of time. They didn’t want to accept the insurance coverage I purchased. They refused to sell me any coverage as well and said I had to use my own car insurance as coverage as well as hold a 1500$ deposit. The location was creepy in the evening. They didn’t have any parking. The place was dirty. The employees were not helpful. I ended up leaving with no rental.

I thought the 13.99 per day for electronic toll fees was excessive. More than the car rental actually. I know it doesn’t cost much for a transponder so not sure why it’s so expensive

I had a terrible experience with this company. They do not accept any insurance other than their own, and if you have already purchased insurance elsewhere, they simply refuse to give you the car. If you decide to buy their insurance, you’ll be faced with an outrageously high price, much more expensive than any other rental company. On top of that, their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against renting from them.
