I was given the wrong address. Fox is also Europcar which is so confusing. It took an hour to find it. Then took about 45 minutes to check-in and get the car. I was told drop-off was the same place as pick-up. Yes but you have to call for someone to show up. Honestly such a hassle. Not worth it.

Horrible. The don’t talk about the money you have to leave with them, literally I had to put 13 thousand dollars in the case that something happen to the car. That cost a car on Mexico.

The air conditioner in car we rented did not work! Asked for partial refund, could not do because we went thru Expedia.

Our first rental through Turo was somehow cancelled on us. We went to Fox and were helped by Thomas. He was wonderful to us and helped us get a car ASAP. I recommend.
