Cons:My reservation was for the hertz 20 minutes down the road and not the one at the airport along with 3 other people that were there. We all thought our reservations were at the airport hertz.Then we had to pay for a cab (hertz didn't even offer to pay) to get to the other hertz,and on top of that I was given a car 1/2 the size of the 1 I reserved. It took over an hour to get the car after i landed and it should've only taken 15 minutes. You guys could've at least waived my late fee when i turned in the car.
