Pros:It was easy to return the car.
Cons:First, we were sent to the wrong location. We took the airport trams how ever many stops to pick up our car and after waiting in line were informed that we had been sent to the wrong location. No one is allowed to drive TO the location that we were currently at (cabs/Uber) so we had to catch the tram and ride all the way back to the airport and get an Uber to take us ($24 fare) to the rental location. Second, once we arrived at the location, and after 25 minutes of waiting, we (and the 2 people in front of us and 11 people behind us) were told that they had been overbooked and we would have to wait for cars to be returned before they could give us anything. We all wrote our names on a piece of paper with a phone number and were basically sent on our way. BTW this location is in the middle of nowhere, so there is nothing to do but sit and wait with all of your luggage. Add to this the fact that there were only two desk agents working (with 3-4 others walking around. . . to sell cars?) and everyone was not pleased. BTW, we called their hotline to make other arrangements and the ONLY OPTION was to cancel our current reservation and make another one AT THE OTHER LOCATION and pay 'the current rate' which was TWICE our original quote. Third, they do not accept third party insurance. We purchased our insurance at the same time as the rental because we have been hit in the past with astronomical insurance rates. Phew, saved ourselves the hassle this time. Right? Nope, they do not accept third-party insurance.
