All was good! Lines were short and moved quickly at Palm Springs and the staff was very nice and efficient.

Little bit of an issue with under front bumper marks. Feel as if video /pics did not show that and then I was questioned about it. Other that that smooth

Rented a Cargo Van had to wait due to no one had cleaned or gassed up the vehicle even though I was told it was ready. The van was very dirty inside and outside and couldn’t even see through the window.

Make it very clear that the renter must bring the physical credit card they used to make the booking in order to make the deposit. I never use my physical card anymore and because I didn't have it, I could not use my booking. That sucked.

They are hiding the extra insurance charges until you are actually picking up the car and they are forcing you to take their insurance and ripping you off with more than double the rental price. Big scam 😒

I reserved a pick up rental. They didn’t have any available so they gave me an SUV. I had to rent a pick up from another place. I waisted my money in renting from Hertz.
