The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful at the counter the agent at the checkout point leaving the lot was very nice and friendly help with the walk around of the car prior to leaving upon returning the agent, she was very kind and thanked me for renting from them

It wasn’t clear at the time if booking that the rental facility was off the airport and required taking the train and then a shuttle. It is easily 20-30 minutes extra to picking any other rental from the rental car station. This information should be available upfront.

The pick up lines were long and tedious, even after checking in. Vehicle pick up is a bit far and everything is self checkout now. The vehicle I received was worn and ridden, many small items did not work and were damaged or defective. The interior was very worn. Returning the vehicle took more time than it should have, needed to find a check in person and damage was noted that was with the vehicle at the beginning as I take thorough videos of the vehicle at pick up. I believe the entire process for a company of this caliber and in Europe, should have been more efficient.

When you book a 9 seater car 6 months in advance Berlin to Geneva that is what you expect. NOT to have to change cars in Munich.

I made a reservation for a $233 rental, read the fine print, and then they tried to hit me with a demand for $385 in insurance when I arrived. I ended up walking away from the rental.

The car was not similar to the one we asked to. The cat was very duty inside. The battery wasn’t charged. There was no information I. The car in how to use it and the staff weren’t able to give us much information other then how to start it. It was. It worth the money.
