Pros: Nice little car, very good service, clean and efficient
Cons: Car is a bit underpowered for UAE driving, unfortunately I think I got in the way of a lot of people.

Pros: nothing
Cons: I book H1 with 9 seats when I arrive to the airport with 8 ppl with me they offer us 7 seats car , which does not match what I book , besiade they deduct the full insurance amount although I did not take the car and It should be a free cancelation . baaaaaaaad service baaaaaad site I will never deal with you any more and never recommend you

Cons: - there was some fee to the airport which is hidden - very hard to reach to the office at the time of doping the car back - i miss my flight because of them

Terrible Process.
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: -Airport is difficult to navigate unless you are on an arrival flight. -The many forms of identification required is unnecessary. -Poor levels of spoken English. -Do not rent from this location is you are not arriving on a flight. -Poorly signed and staff does not advise important information about the pickup/drop off process.

Worst Experience Ever
Cons: One of the worst car rentals in my life, if it is not the worst by far. First, they didn't have the car that I chose in the website. Not only this, they blocked AED 3200 from my card knowing that I only booked the car for one day which costs only AED 86 !!!!!
