Terrible. From checking in to pick up to the car itself, we had a horrible experience and will never use Avis again.

The only thing I did not like is that I have not yet even emailed a receipt for the car’s return.

Scam artists. Made me pay 27500 out of my pocket for a scuff on the lower part of the bumper. Something fell off a truck on the highway totally out of my control and it caused a minor scuff. They made me pay every bit of Yen I had left or they were going to call the police on me. Basically held me and my son hostage saying they wouldn’t take us to airport if we didn’t pay.

I rented a compact Avis car for a weekend. Pickup was fast, the car was clean and fuel‑efficient, and dropping it off was hassle‑free. I’ll definitely rent from Avis again!

Horrible customer service. They never inspected the car when I picked it up. The car was old with 40,000+ miles on it and with all kinds of damages. After I dropped it off two days later, they charged me for a broken window.

unpleasantly surprised by the service and the sudden charge for car insurance. In Belgrade, I have been renting a car at the airport every 2-3 months for the past six years and I have never had such a bad experience as with Avis rentacar. Not a single moment did the lady who works in your office look at me (Marina) and with incomplete or no answers, very unprofessional and impudent. I'm very sorry, but that day I didn't rent a car from Avis, but from another company that charged me 20 euros per day without the obligation to pay additional insurance, which in Avis rent a car should have been 31 euros for insurance and 21 euros for the car or a deposit of 5,000 euros. I understand that there are rules and I always respect them, but what happened to me on March 25th in your company is disappointing, and of course I was not the only one who was disappointed with the services of the Avis company that day... and the hour-long wait that day, terrible Once again, I have rented a car many times, but I have never experienced such disappointment as with Avis rent a car.
