My pick up was for noon. Unfortunately they close at noon and didn’t tell me. Cost double to rent at airport Avis.

90 minute wait on a Monday at 340pm. Three workers taking up to 10 minutes per customer with about 50 in line. To make matters worse, I looked at every single other rental car agency's line at ATL and most were just walk right up to the counter, or literally 2-4 customers in line vs Avis' 50. But the Avis system would not let me cancel the reservation ("free cancelation" that I could not use via their website). Absolutely pathetic and would not use them again if the car was free.

I didn’t find the car what I rent it, so I take an other one with less passengers capacity, I didn’t like that happened to me.

The price I was quoted when I reserved the car was much less than I ended up paying. Also I was told that extending the rental another day would be $30 and I turned out to be $71. When I called to question this, I was told it was a “miscommunication.” This is untrue. The car was nice but it had low air in one tire and I had to stop and top it up, even though I only had the car for two days. I won’t be renting with Avis again.
