Not good - I selected a car with unlimited miles. The person at the counter told me it was one hundred miles per day. Unlimited miles was another $207.87 I was also told sunpass was an additional $207.87 I said I have my own account he said it was a Florida law. I went on line to check and that was not what I read. I had to pay a lot of extra money I was not planning on.

The experience was great . The did not have the car I requested and they up graded my ride at no additional cost to me and they up service was great both in the office and out side the office with the person who checked off the car. I will be recommending them to my friends . Thanks again

They pulled the bait and swap to one price and then when you get to the counter, you get a higher price because of your insurance they are a company that I would not trust if I was renting a car.

They charge outrageous and undisclosed deposits, insurance fees, etc. The "price" of the rental is just a teaser to get money out of you in other ways. It is borderline scam...probably over the line. Kayak shouldn't list them...and others of their ilk.

Scam- advertised a cheap price and ended up a higher price than better-known companies. Also can only pick up and drop off at one place - theirs. DO NOT USE

Terrible experience!!! I booked for pick up at 7pm. My flight was delayed by an hour so we arrived at 8pm. There was no shuttle. Nobody picked up the phone when I called. The other shuttle drivers told me that the location was closed and that they usually closed at 5pm. So, I had to scramble and find a new rental at a much higher price because it was so last minute.

This company no longer exist, I went to the counter and the other companies explained me Advantage closed 2 months ago, so I didt receive my rental

Very poor service. I was given the wrong address for picking the car up so had to take multiple Ubers to and from the airport, hotel, etc. to get the car. Also, my flight home was delayed so I needed the car an extra couple of hours and they charged me $100 for that. Lots of hidden fees too that I wasn't in the mood to argue with them about. Just a horrible experience with them, but the car was fine at least.
