The windows were not clean, inside and out. I had to buy cleaning solution and paper towels the next morning to clean them so I could see. Ridiculous !

Credit card that is accepted by enterprise on the us they decline to take a deposit out of it and they left us stranded in the middle of the night with a lot of rain and a one year old with us. Simply they refused service to us and we had to go to another company around midnight in the rain where we got ripped off to rent a car...for a small compact car they charged us 1100 $

They said they had a car and then as I was on my way to get the car they called and said they had no cars available for a one way rental, absolutely horrible customer service
