Easy pick up in Fort Myers easy drop off in Barnstable. The car that I ordered was available. The charges were consistent with the reservation with no add-ons. Thank you very much.

Horrible service the front desk girl short with dark hair tripled up chatting with the guy in front of me forever. When I complained she canceled my reservation so I went to budget instead for a better rate and faster service anyway
