Enterprise was efficient in the pick up and drop off department. I did not appreciate the roadside assistance extra charge. Being nickled and dimed is a turn off. This service should be included in the rental price.

Because it was an unexpected rental due to flight cancellation, it was last minute. They were experiencing some technical issues but were able to get us taken care of fairly quickly and were very helpful and friendly. The vehicle provided was perfect.

Very negative. I was able to reserve my rental just fine but after driving 40 minutes out of my way to pick it up I was unable to actually purchase the van that I had reserved due to the credit card policy. I had my husband and our 5 children with me. It was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.
