Quick, easy shuttle to car upon arrival, and same experience when returning car. Quick pick up and drop off, new, clean car at a great rate. No issues at all. Excellent overall experience!

Pick up was very confusing, and proof of insurance was on my credit card but was not accepted and I had to buy their insurance.

Check in was terrible. Long line and over two hours to finally get the car. Everything after that was smooth. Car return again was delayed 15 -20 minutes before an employee finally saw us and came to check us out. Nice car. Would rent there again

Very good. But the car was not the one reserved and not ACE problem. The problem was Kayak I reserve a Kia or a similar car, but in the small letters said the car is not guaranty. So, I got a car of a lower price paying for a higher category. And this is may complaint with you (Kayak)

Even after I had already purchased the insurance coverage I was still grilled at check in about upgrading even further. Little did I know that when adding the coverage, it would’ve through a third party and not Ace. So they still wanted a piece. Car rental companies haven’t stepped up to a higher level of service yet, like the rest of the hospitality industry.
