Pros:Excellent value for money. Friendly helpful staff, they explain all the options but there is no pressure to take anything, unlike some others I have used. The cars are good condition and always clean.

Cons:97,000 kms on the clock A wheel bearing or some other fault made the car so noisy as to be unbearable at speeds over over 80km (50mph) Could not get a proper receipt on handing the car back, they gave me a photocopy when asked.
Pros:Good car for the money. Sat nav included which was a good surprise.
Cons:The £900 deposit was not what I expected. I expected 300 and that was offered if I paid another £100+ to enhance my insurance. Felt like a hidden cost.

Cons:Told rental company that I had separate insurance, with multiple drivers. "Marc" the salesman asked for the other driver's name and licence. Gave it to him. He "upgraded" our rental agreement without telling us and added an additional driver cost without telling us. An extra 12 euros a day for 14 days. Plus tax. I stupidly didnt look at what I was signing because I had looked at it all when I rented the car in the first place. Thought it was all fine. Only when I got back did I see that i had been charged another 188 euros for a rental hire that was initially 136 euros. Marc well and truly stitched me up. DO NOT USE INTER RENT. Or study whatever it is you are signing unlike me. Because I am idiot...and easily preyed on by shysters like Marc.
Pros:Car was perfect for driving through Sicily. Costs were reasonable and staff were friendly once we got served.
Cons:Long wait to be served at Catania on Sunday afternoon, staff were very busy but eventually friendly and helpful. Parking lot was a bit confusing, Interrent signs not very clear.
Pros:Stayed late to help (my flight was late). Friendly and helpful, even at end of a long working day. Really good information, reminding me of the limited mileage for example, which I had completely overlooked.
Cons:Not something i dont like but an enhance.enterprise suggestion ..My flybe flight was late. Lucky, I just managed to get to the office in time. If I hadn't, I wouldn't have known what to do. Instructions in the booking material would be really helpful.
Pros:Car was as described, drop off was very easy and well sign posted, you can collect the car with a full tank of fuel. Competitive price.
Cons:There is an extra fuel charge, even if you bring back the car full. Two and a half hour wait at the airport in a very big queue to collect the car. Staff did not explain that the car was parked in the Europecar area which meant it took us a long time to find. Car smelt a bit strange but other than that was clean.
