Pros:Please have Kayak and interent contact me about this mess.
Cons:They charged me an additional 10OR. I asked why and got airport fee, etc and the SOB said well its only 10OR. Yes - thats $26USD - half of the rental price! I never agreed to this but when they have your credit card to do as they want, then you are stuck. Then they took out a 150OR / $390 deposit that they said they'd return in 2 weeks. Doubtful. The GPS I rented must've been state of the art in the 90's but not up to date by any stretch. They also lied about mileage. I did not exceed the mileage but more lies from this pack of people . This year alone I have traveled from the US to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Amsterdam, etc. I have never been treated and cheated so bad.

Cons:Everything - do not book from this company. I have been charged excessive amounts a number of times. Complete scammers !

Pros:Staff very friendly and helpful, arrangements for fuel etc clearly explained, very efficient service Inc shuttle to / from airport which only takes a few minutes.

Cons:I arrived 4 hours after my booking (2pm I arrived at 6) and they didn’t give me the car, kept the money of my booking. I was left with a 1 year old in the airport without a car. I am still dealing with the broker you used to get my money back. It’s actually distrusting what happened.

Pros:Absolutely nothing.
Cons:Where to start? The small shack with one irritated, slow, and rude attendant; frustrated with a line of more than 10 people that extended out of the shack, leaving my family waiting 2 hours under the sun?? First, THEY DID NOT HONOR the price for the car rental agreement. I ended up paying 3 times Kayak's price. When it was finally out turn the lady asked for our passport. I showed her the email where it was NOT mentioned the need of a passport. I explained that in the USA, the driver's license is the main ID, but she made me go back to Madrid to pick up my passport and come back. When I come back, she makes me do the now even longer line. When it is about to be my turn, another attendant substituted her, AND HE NEVER ASKED FOR MY PASSPORT. He completed the transaction using only the driver's license. We made the reservation for noon, but got our car at 5:45pm. Worst car rental experience ever.

Pros:No. Had to wait nearly 1 1/2 hrs in long Queue to collect car& only 1 person serving on busy bank holiday weekend. Did not accept American express for Insurance deposit so was forced to take out £79/- insurance fee on my debit card! 24 hr rental for small car cost over £ 106/ Rip off!
Cons:Everything! I could of got better deal in airport with Hertz , Avis or Europcar without going off airport. Do NOT use this company!

Interrent make their money from flogging you insurance. We bought a compact car for a week for $170 which was definitely too good to be true! The extra insurances they insisted you have cost an extra $190. And in addition the paperwork we received to start included a deposit of $170 which was reasonable, less so the deposit the pick up site demanded, of $800! The no-show up fee of $50 will be challenged but with the cabs to and from the hotel, was still cheaper than the extra insurances. Such a shame. Would not hire from interrent again.
