Cons: "A 15 hour noisy flight. Careless mothers and their screaming kids. No Manors on telling them to be quiet or stop screaming. They played with their kids in an awfully loud sound."

Pros: "Everything about the flight - barring one thing - was brilliant. The new overhauled interior with the padded leather seats and a mini bar is an exquisite touch. The build quality of the interior such as the spotlight, switches, buttons all have a classy touch with a very classy interior cabin lighting. It felt like how a business class should be: excellent. And, as usual, the staff remained professional, polite, friendly and very helpful."

Captain and Crew gave good, fairly honest updates, but they were unable to source another aircraft and got lucky that the maintenance crew was able to fix it. Our row (32 DEF) was even narrower than the other rows and there were no outlets available for charging onboard."

I have chronic health issues and needed to take it on schedule, I was delayed in getting home because I had to stop and eat in the airport and take my medication"
