Snacks and beverages would be nice since the flight is over 3 hrs.
Everything top notch!
Everything top notch!
Have been a loyal Emirates passenger for 2 decades. Found a newly appointed flight attendant on this flight extremely juvenile in his behavior. Disappointed that crew not trained well in courtesy and respect.
The quiet efficiency of this crew was pleasant to experience. We are vegan eaters for health reasons and their selections allow this to be done on board easily. The seats are typical bulkhead seats we selected and bigger folks would not enjoy this area but we love the leg room. the movie selection is broad and up to date, the screens are clear to watch, and audio was fairly clear, both with the Bluetooth AirPod connection to the screen and the plug in provided head sets for free. Pleasantly, on our 14 hour flight, the crew cleaned the restrooms three times. After 10 hours, these can be pretty used but even at the last they keep them clean.
Ahmed made our journey amazing ! Thank you so much
Economy seats were very comfortable
Many thanks to the kayak team for the great job they do and for offering us their assistance

CREW AND FOOD WAS BAD PLEASE IMPROVE JAIN FOOD. CREW WAS FRUSTRATED.
CREW AND FOOD WAS BAD. PLEASE IMPROVE FOOD. SPECIALLY JAIN FOOD. WE COULD SEE THE FRUSTRATION ON CREW MEMBERS.
The seats are getting smaller and smaller or I am getting fatter and fatter. Maybe the latter!!!!
Organizing and hospitality could’ve been better. Food distribution was not good. Half meal served. 1.5 hrs delay flights. Given next flight wit a gap of 8 hrs with one meal pass which is accepted for a very less price in a food court. Crew s not good at all, they skipped the row while serving food, upon asking they didn’t enough veg meal. served half meal. Overall emirates was disappointed. Goin with 2 out of 5 stars and it is very genuine.
The 777 is just not up to scratch. Seats are just not comfortable. Screw are also not the same as A380. Not as engaging and food is not the same quality Emirates is going down in quality particularly for 777
The flight stopped over in San Francisco even though it was supposed to land in Los Angeles
Food could have been better in terms of hygiene and preference. Crew's behaviour could have been better in terms of assisting to comply my comfort and requests. My flight boarding and chauffer service hasn't been up to expected accommodation. This is the worst experience i ever had in business class cabin in any flight.
They change my seat for free
Great service!
On time flight
On time flights. Love it
Great flight, in flight meals were good and we were well looked after
I got lost my package until now I still not received it yet
Excellent
I took the boarding pass 48 hours early and got 4 seats together, but when I came to Airport they gave us 4 different seats, not acceptable to travel with kids.
Entertainment options are not great. Seat and Headset can be improved.
The seats can be more comfortable. The entertainment content is not great. Headphones need to be improved.
The food choice and quality was really good.
It was great.
As for first leg from Birmingham to Dubai
The flight was very good as long haul flights to Australia go. The staff were all very helpful and food and entertainment options were good. Seats were better than other planes we have traveled in, especially the Airbus on the second leg to Melbourne. The only thing that needed improvement was around the toilets. Twice there were no hand towels or toilet paper when people were waiting to use them. Maybe additional supplies in the toilets would eliminate the need to call the already busy staff?
