Pros: Arrived on time

Pros: I was upgraded to Comfort+ and the seat next to me was left vacant. That was a great flight!

Cons: Late boarding. Slow de-boarding.

Pros: That there were TVs to watch on the seats and that it was quick boarding

Pros: The crew was amazing and the food was great.

Cons: Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress.

Pros: Overall KLM experience is good

Cons: Food quality was mediocre for a business class flight.

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: We were told they were holding our flight, we ran 3 terminals and they’d already left.

Pros: Food provided, staff kind

Cons: Was several hours delayed and check in took 45 minutes because they somehow lost my reservation.

Pros: The crew was polite and we arrived safely.

Cons: The seats are like torture devices. So small and uncomfortable. After 14 hours of travel, my knees were sore from jamming into the seat in front of me, and I'm only average height. When the person in front of you puts their seat back, their headrest is practically under your chin. A disgrace.

Cons: They asked me to pay for my luggages. It is strange

Pros: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.

Cons: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?

Cons: My skis did not arrive in the luggage. Airline company or airport needs to have a better sustem tracking luggage and making sure no items are lost.

Cons: The seats are too close together. Aisles are too close together. Medical professional recommend getting up to walk and help with circulation. It is very difficult on these flights.

Cons: Lufthansa business class in the 747 is dated and not the most comfortable. No pods and privacy. Entraînement system at my seat was defective

Cons: There was no entertainment a lite. Crowded the seat but I understand as it was a smalll airplane.

Cons: Pretty much everything else. Old and uncomfortable looking plane, bad air conditioning, unhelpful staff

Cons: Hostesses are worse and worse. Forget everything you say. You repeat 5 times. All announcements are made so loudly and 3 times (Russian, English, Spanish). Everyone must wake up. It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe.

Cons: Flight was canceled or moved. They told us there is a problem with the flight and moved us to another airline. I’ve been warned about Aeroflot and it turned out to be true. I’ll file a complaint, I deserve a refund.

Pros: My seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was great. I always love the food on Turkish Airline flights. Check in was easy.

Cons: The flight was 2 hours late. The attendants were a bit cranky....usually they are great on this flight.

Cons: My seat wasn't working properly and wasn't comfortable.

Pros: The flight attendants were friendly, attentive and efficient.

Cons: Many flights were grounded for several hours because of some airline operational glitch. We were provided with no information or guidance about how to resume our travels. As we tried to sort ourselves out we were sent from lineup to lineup without much progress or friendly service.

Cons: As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Pros: Boarded efficiently. Took off on time. Landed ahead of schedule.

Cons: Checking in process. Choice of seats very limited and I accessed the website (literally) the minute online checkin opened.

Cons: ok when in Malaga I asked for wheelchair at Gatwick as I had pulled a muscle in my back and it was hard to walk got to Gatwick No wheelchair had to walk not very good

Pros: The check in counter personnel was VERY UNHELPFUL. I was running late to previous Delta flight baggage delay. The counter person would not let me check in even though I still had good 45 mins before take off. AND THE PLANE WAS DELAYED BY 40 MINUTES ANYWAY! I never made the flight, had to take train.

Cons: The entire Delta customer service was a nightmare. Delayed flights, literally lying supervisor who escalated a dispute, absurdly poor service. ASSISTING A PASSENGER WITH A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DELTA FLIGHT AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS DELAYED IS "NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE". Seriously, it is basic courtesy!

Pros: The crew was excellent, friendly, and efficient.

Cons: The most difficult part was boarding and deboarding due to some of the passengers not listening to the guidance of the crew.

Cons: Movie options more limited than other airlines. Crew were certainly OK - a bit abrupt, but I really don’t need someone fawning over me to be satisfied.

Pros: flight was fairly empty, so very comfortable seating as nearby seats were not occupied.

Cons: everything was fine -- now the departure and connection to another flight was NOT NEARLY AS SMOOTH !!
