Everything was very prefect and would love to fly again.
There should be more layover time as I almost missed my flight and My luggage was delayed!!
This is what happens when you get roped in by a low price.
Disorganization which led to not being able to pre-purchase baggage. Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!
Friendly cabin crew, excellent food and drinks. Very happy with the service we received
These seats are small
So much food!! They kept bringing food out the whole flight..The seats were great. It was a very comfortable flight
no complaints whatsoever!
We haven’t possiblyty to check in online. Crew smell was terrible, ladies used some perfume, some people was allergic to it
Checking in at the counter even I wasn't allocated a seat but the gentleman was very humble and polite.
The fact that I was told I would be given a seat at the boarding gate. I got to the airport very early to get a good seat only to be that and was given a very uncomfortable seat where I couldn't stretch my legs well because of a box on the floor situated to my left leg and to make the matter even more annoying my screen was not working which I was forced to take one heavy meant-so-called laptop. And finally cabin crew were lacking serious customer service and when u ask for something they were just so reluctant to deliver as if we were given a free ticket or something. May it be noted that my ticket was not that cheap to be treated in such manner.
I arrived safely and on time
Audio plug for my seat was broken, but I slept so it worked out Kay.
Flight wasn’t full so it was great to be able to stretch out!
One older cabin female attendant was quite arrogant - otherwise all good!
Old entertainment system
Very rapid flight. Landed far before scheduled arrival(at least 25 minutes). Checked baggage was delivered before schedule arrival time. Crew was pleasant/helpful.
Flight was changed from what was originally scheduled and purchased. I was informed of the change after the purchase before traveling. Thus I had 4 1/2 hours between flights.

Breakfast out of London was not appealing - eggs not tasty and potatoes mushy and lacking in taste.
Some of the typical premium economy features in the economy class - like the slippers and eye masks, open snack bar, ice cream between meals, menu for meals.
Limited choice in alcohol. No whiskey. No healthy options in snack bar.
I like the service of the crew. Because I was late to my second flight the Aeroflot provided hotel and food for me until my next flight. I really enjoy breakfast in the hotel.
What my flight was postponed for 5 hours later, and I need to change my tickets.
Newer plane than others

They are probably overworked with minimum crew as they are not too friendly and don’t seem happy when a passenger makes requests
Cupboard in toilet was broken and hanging open. The food was not good
The Staff were very courteous and worked efficiently during serving food and prompt when called for assistance.
On my way from London to Bahrain the flight was having two toilets in non working condition through out the flight. So only two were operational. Whatever the issue was never fixed till we reached Bahrain.

Flight was delayed, so missed the connection. Was made to wait at Bahrain for more than 24 hours without any accommodation. Will never travel by gulf air again. It's the worst airline in the world.
