Much better seats on Airbus 321. Food prices are very reasonable.
My flight BKK–SHJ–TBS was changed, and I was notified only by an email that went into my spam folder. I found out only 1 day before the flight when I checked in online. The new flight had a 15-hour layover in SHJ and arrived in TBS 1 day later than my original plan. The flight was slightly delayed because of change of plane but informed beforehand. Flight was very good and comfortable
Superb like always. On time and quite comfortable. Only thing is that the arrival movement was by bus.
We were boarded by bus. That was a bit of pain.
Boarding queue were long , crew was good , seats were not comfortable food was good .

Liked the wifi onboard wifi facility. But most of the contents was not loading. Also improve the seating comfort. Atleast make it cushioning and slight slanting. Make a decent leg space.
Crew service and check in are very good Price still high .
Seats distance between each other are short but other things are ok .
Liked the treatment at the counter. Using the tunnel to get into the aircraft will be more convenient especially for wheel chairs.
Top, only problem about Weather but not depended Qatar Airways. Anyway staff offered kimbo Refreshments
This flight was a very good trip for us. The crew were very friendly and helpful. They made arrangements for my husband to have assistance in boarding. We were not expecting a meal, so it was a pleasant surprise on this short flight to have a meal and beverage from a very courteous crew.
It was very good. It was a long flight and being a tight with little leg room.
I always fly with Qatar air and you are the best. Keep up the good wor, after travelling with Qatar Air More than 80 times, you never offer to upgrade me.but it happened to my friend companion some time. Any how i still enjoying travelling with Qatar air and wait one day to upgrade me too. Best Regards
I am a big person and have back pain and swelling in my legs, so this was a challenging flight due to confined space. I didn't find the crew very friendly either. I will think twice before flying long distances with Qatar again, due to the lack of legroom.
All great, because I was given a seat with extra legroom on this part of my trip.
Qatar maybe considered one of the best ailines in the world but nowadays it is much of a muchness with the rest

Paid $10 for wifi for full flight duration and the wifi wasn’t available after initial 2 hours
My entire row did not have power for the full duration of a 14.5 hour flight. Could not charge any devices such as laptop or phones for the entirety of the long flight. The flight attendants tried to remedy the issue by resetting the power, but were not successful. The only other solution provided was to move me to another seat on the plane which was in the middle row. I had paid for a “preferred” seat that was a window seat. This was a downgrade being offered due to the power issue.
I would only consider flying with them if the flight is under two hours and the fare is extremely low. Otherwise, I would rather take two connections than fly with an airline that offers no service or comfort.
Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.
Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .
Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .

Kayak offered terrible customer service. The 2nd of 3 flights were cancelled and it took me an hour on the phone to try to cancel the other 2. I had to call back later to get someone to assist. I was calling internationally and an already stressful situation was made worse.
Moderate carrier , one of the flight attendant crashed my leg with the food table and never bothered to apologia but give you a lecture about how to sit in your seat.
If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. Boarding from T3 is a nightmare for the transfer to the aircraft.

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.
The quality is worse and worse , this business ticket pricing is overpriced !!!!
The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international
If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.
