|Top route||San Francisco to Newark|
Better sound system in the waiting area.
Boarding slow drag. A bit disorganized and attendant very distracted.
A little disappointing for the flight to Denver at 2:44 pm was cancelled without a reason explained to me, but I get it. Sometimes things just happen
I was in first class and by the time I got on there was no room in the overhead bins, which made me a nuisance when the plan landed and I had to navigate getting my bag from several rows back.
Smooth flight. Landed early 20min!
My seat was upgraded without extra cost. The crew were amazing and attentive! Smooth flight.
Love United Airlines..!
Meal preferences were not saved/changed despite having the information being saved on the United profile, requested at the time of booking, and requested again more than 24 hours before the flight. As a result, a suitable meal was not available during the flight.
No snacks, 1/2 can of soft drinks for drinks...just sort of skimpy
A bit more legroom & bag room would be wonderful.
I really don’t think the United premium economy seats are comfortable.
Very organize crew air port and airplane as well,
Doc control prior to gate area…..long, long lines thus waiting time…
The condition of the plane was less than satisfactory. The exit door did not finish well on inside and looked like an old basement in disrepair.
Very small seat, not much food, and no entertainment at all!!
Just delayed for 15 hours.
Love United Airlines.!
Love United Airlines.!
Food was terrible. Seats uncomfortable.
Flight was cancelled
The flight itself was perfect. The gate is quite a long way from immigration and chroma. The only downside.
This flight was a very reasonable temperature. Other transcontinental flights recently have been ridiculously frigid. Thank you for a comfortable temperature. Food was good, too.
It was fine. Typical long fligjt, but we did get in a few minutes early which was nice.
Departure on time
All was we
Very crowded and uncomfortable seats.
