|Top route||Orlando to Newark|
Cons: United canceled the flight ~36 hours in advance of the departure time because of anticipated severe weather. The forecast did not include any bad weather, and the apparent reason for the cancellation was excess capacity on routes to non-Newark United hubs from Norfolk. United refused to accommodate us on a comparable flight on another airline, and Delta offered a direct flight for less money than we originally paid United. United alienated a previously loyal United customer.
Pros: very professional and helpful crew, very clean cabin, on time, smooth flight
Cons: it was perfect
Cons: The crew could have been more polite and nice
Pros: The crew was great and the first class experience was what I expected
Cons: The plane was late, there were no boarding group lanes set up at the gate so even though I had first class seats and priority boarding I had to make my way through a large group of people in an unorganized fashion to get on the plane.
Cons: Denver airport policy kept us on the ground for about an hour because of lightning somewhere that was supposedly heading towards the airport but never showed up. The crew did what they could for the comfort of the passengers - gave out A water & A snack (except really turning on the air conditioning).
Pros: I was on a flight that lasted over two hours without being offered any beverage service.
Cons: I needed water to stay hydrated.
Pros: Premium plus was a good deal with good seats and smaller, almost separate cabin. Food they served was okay.
Cons: The crew, from the moment we boarded, was terrible. One flight attendant was very rude to my wife, another was rude to me. Another backed a beverage cart right into my wife as she was retrieving her bag from an overhead bin. In comparison to the two other flights we were on recently, where the crew was helpful and pleasant, this crew was cranky and incompetent. Also in comparison to Austria Airlines, United's food and beverage service was stingy.
Pros: The flight from AMS to NYC was good. Great staff, easy boarding.
Cons: The flight from EWR....the ground crew was nothing short of a disaster. All paperwork was checked during check only to be told at the gate that we needed a "blue sticker" which no one had before we could get on the plane. This caused the ENTIRE flight to basically have to check in again and show documentation. I was also asked rather rudely from one of the ground crew "if I had ever traveled before". I will never fly United again...rude, disorganized, horrible inflight service.
Pros: Worst flight ever! 7 hour delay, 1 hr, 2 hr, 3 hr etc Absolutely awful! Plane broke down and they didn’t have another! Awful Father’s Day!! Never fly United!! And very rude customer service!
Cons: Instead of giving a $20 meal voucher they should have given flight vouchers!! We will not fly United again!!
Pros: Worst flight ever!! 7 hour delay because the plane broke down!! Never fly United again!!
Cons: They should have offered free flight vouchers!! We got a lousy $20 meal voucher after waiting for 7 hours, delay was originally 1 hr then 2 then 3 etc On Father’s Day, it was the worse day ever!!
Cons: More movie options
Cons: Flight was pushed back two hours and it was very frustrating. UA didn't offer an alternative flight or offer any tickets for food and drink to those waiting.
Pros: Overall flight was satisfactory experience.
Cons: Movie selection for entertainment
Cons: kayak geat flighthub the worse ROBERS
Pros: That American Airlines stepped up and got us home
Cons: Once again flight was delayed to the point where we could not make our connection. Had to get American to get us home never again United
Pros: I really liked American Airlines and delta for picking up the slack for United
Cons: We could have got on 1 United flight. Every flight by United was either canceled or delayed to the point that forced us to miss our connection. Out of 4 originally booked United flights we made zero. We had to be out on delta and American to make our trip happen. Never again United
Cons: It was quite hot on the plane.
Pros: Non combatants.
Pros: The cabin temperature was hot before and during the flight.
Cons: Cabin temp.
Pros: Fantastic flight....nice to be back.
Cons: Plane not cleaned at all. Seats and tray tables dirty had crumbs all over
Pros: Quick and easy. Just a 35 minute flight. Wish they could all be like that.
Pros: Amazing crew, from the flight attendants right up to the Pilot (one of the classiest people I ever encountered during my travels).
Cons: Hopefully the mask mandate will go away soon. I know it's the Feds not the airline, but.........
Pros: Easy upgrade
Cons: E145 don’t have room for carry on. Instead of people having to wait at exit of plane. Tell them well a head like when booking check your bag and make that one free. It goes to the same place right?
Cons: We were delayed four hours
Pros: Movies selection, the crew was helpful
Cons: Options with seating choices at check-in — even for a fee. There were no choices at all.
Pros: The crew was amazing with passengers that were less than amazing!
Cons: Releasing passengers in smaller amounts of rows might have been better.
Cons: Everything flight cancelled promised hotel voucher then they did not
Pros: Cancelled my flight offered hotel vouchers thru 1800 united said they can't at the airport then 1800 united so it can only give vouchers at the airport
Pros: the dinner was really good.
Cons: Couldn't sleep a wink. The pod was not that comfortable. Didn't get the proper blanket and pilllow. And it took multiple requests to get it.
