United flight attendant was in a terrible mood apparently. Had a snarky attitude towards several people in front of my row.
I'm talking about this one...
Delayed connection, and my luggage disappeared per 2 days, after has been delivered midnight... Definitely wasn't a good experience...
Plane left without us the next one got canceled stayed four hours in hotel then changed airlines and trying again
great flight
Connecting flight was cancelled so I did not fly on this flight. There's no n/a option though
This flight was cancelled. And of course there was very little in the way of compensation, and the rescheduled flight was 12 hours later, landed 12 hours later and had a 12 hour layover.
I was not able to sleep in premium economy. I wish that the business class fare was not so expensive.
Very poor service had to go to a funeral and I couldn’t flight on time for it my flight got delayed about 7 hours plus
1 I paid extra for a window seat and still ended in the middle. 2 most uncomfortable and crammed seat I've ever had 3 cabin was scorching hot, had to take all my layers off and I still sweating buckets 4 entertainment system did not work on my phone or computer 5 2nd roughest landing I've ever experienced - and I travel a lot...
None of the movies would play on my phone or computer.
Constantly delaying everytime I booked with united it was late and or cancelled.
I would have liked a more cushiony seat. Everyone was very helpful.
We got seated in the last row for some reason which smelled like the bathroom
Staff was pleasant. No in seat entertainment for a 4 plus hour flight was horrible. I had to force sleep due to neck pain from trying to look at me phone.
More comfy seats, the reclining seats could have worked and the complimentary smacks as advertised would have been good to have.
Previous flight was delayed 4.5 hours so missed connecting flight and now had to overnight in Houston and get home more than 12 hours later
The was was delayed, delayed and delayed and they finally told me flight is canceled 3.5 hrs later. There was lots of confusion, no accountability. No hotel, transportation or meal were offered other than $30,000 yen which I would have prefer to give up on exchange for information and assistance with booking alternatives flights home.
Seats, refreshments were good. Boarding in Denver was terrible. I got to my seat at the back of the plane and there was no overhead space left. The flight attendant told me to go to the front of the plane and check it. I asked for help to find space because we had an overnight layover in Houston. Meanwhile 4 more people arrived at the back looking for space. We all turned around and proceeded to the front where she found lots of space. When she found space she loaded the luggage of those who came after me, first and I was very lucky to get a spot. In fact she had to rearrange some luggage to accommodate mine. And this was only after I insisted that I needed a spot.
Everything was good
There were no outlets on my seat, this was not what I expected. Otherwise great flight.
Always on time
The customer services are better than last year. The flight delay caused issue for me.
Likes: The crew was very friendly, especially flight attendant Debbie. Dislikes: Seats too close together - much more comfortable on Jet Blue. Snacks- not a single free snack, that was a surprise.
Captain John was informative, helpful, and very entertaining! Cabin attendants were great on this very full flight. United was the friendly sky on this one!
Everything was fine.
Everything was fine
I will never fly Lufthansa again
CDG TERMINAL 1 check in and security areas are still a big mess.
Dislike: noise on plane, lifted mandatory mask wearing- many people fly with colds/ sickness, How ABIA (Aus Airport) handles baggage claim and their mismanagement Like: Friendly crew, accessible water at any time
