Pros: good onboard service
Pros: But no in flight entertainment on the Addis to Tel Aviv leg
Pros: Customer care was good
Cons: I suspect the problem of luggage started with Alitalia my first leg
Pros: Flight and crew
Cons: Food and inflight entertainment
Pros: Not much, actually.
Cons: None of the air stewardess has a smile on their face when talking to or serving passengers. I’m not sure they know how to engage with passengers in a friendly way. My entertainment screen wasn’t working. After resetting, it took them an hour to inform me that I could move to another seat if I wanted to, as they couldn’t resolve the problem with the screen. The food lacked in flavour and the sausage served for breakfast was undercooked.
Pros: British Airways sets the standard for great customer service...even in economy. Great food, helpful cabin crew, and help available everywhere.
Pros: Everything was wonderful. Staff was courteous, plane was great, food on the flight was exceptional. Compared to Icelandair, this was a dream!
Pros: Did not realize I purchased a “no checked bag” fare - and the $60 each way charge really pissed me off, along with the &48 charge to guarantee a window seat again, each way. The site was misleading, and I resent being peneluzed for trying to be efficient. A two week work trip needs to include a checked bag.
Cons: For a new plane, seats are very cramped. If you drop an earpiece on the floor, you pull a muscle to retrieve it / or make. Everyone in your row stand up. Decent movies mean a box under the seat cuts into legroom. A cramped, miserable 7 hours for this 6’0 tall American. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but my knees still hurt.
Pros: Crew excellent
Cons: Boarding process lengtoamd flight delayed
Pros: Good service
Pros: Legroom and recline of seats of the A350
Cons: Noise of engines at cruising speed louder than most of it's size USB outlet didn't charge
Cons: A little bit turbulence
Pros: Crew was good
Cons: No entertainment at all, food was bad
Pros: Comfy flight and early arrival.
Cons: Had to run to catch the connecting flight
Pros: everything was great. Crew was very nice. good service. good food. Even bathrooms were located in the basement separately, nice and bigger than usual airline bathrooms.
Cons: my TV screen didn't work. Long 9.5hr trip without entertainment.
Cons: I am still in Budapest and was not able to fly back on my Hungarian passport.
Pros: The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful. Entertainment was awesome.
Cons: The leg room or seat closeness.
Cons: Pleasant overall experience
Pros: Reliable, modern cabin, nice crew
Cons: Some more music choices would be nice
Pros: Flight was on time. Friendly crew and professional.
Cons: I ordered vegan food, no meat , dairy free. On my trip from Boston to Zurich I received vegan food. On my way fro Zurich to Belgrade I was told” sorry we do not have any vegan food, “ Also, I was charged $60 for my check in one bag,. Not expectable.
Pros: Helpful crew. They reset the screen, came around with blankets, headphones and generally tried to make the space habitable.
Cons: When I am asked to book my seat, I am usually shown a map which has no reflection on the overall reality. The seat I select is normally allocated to me but if the plane is not full (unusual) I am told there are unavailable seats that would provide more choice.
Pros: The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped.
Cons: The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive.
Pros: After a bad experience checking in from Paris, the Ouagadougou part of the trip went well and the food was good, and a good entertainment system.
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Late boarding, had to check the bag, had to wait forever when landed in the plane
Cons: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.
We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
