Although we missed the Connecting flight due to late take off but was given nice hotel room. Everything went well afterwards
Most unhappy crew. Poor service. Food served late. No tea coffee served. First time and last time boarded. Good bye air SAUDIA
For a two-hour flight the snack served was too little. It is better to fly by a budget airline and save money.
Very smooth transfer at Jeddah; efficient boarding process, and great food on board. No entertainment system though. But on time, clean and ‘does what it says on the tin’
Stewards do bare minimum but the flight was on-time, clean and flawless transfer at Jeddah. If you’re looking for a value flight option, nothing wrong with Saudia.
Value for money. I recommend 100%
Worth for money. I recommend 100%
Saudi airline has the worst system compared to any airline, on the way back, we were little late to get to the board a flight from Riyadh to Jeddah, extra delay was caused by their airport system where one has to go thru automated scanning system of the boarding pass and then sec. lines were long, anyway, got to the gate on time but we were not allowed to board the plan. hence, they marked 3 tickets as no show and cancelled all subsequent flights. In addition luggage was not delivered on time, lastly damaged one suitcase. Called and chased many people with Saudi air online and at the ticket sales center, but no one knew or did anything to restore cancelled tickets, finally had to purchase a brand new ticket to board another airline. will never fly on Saudi air.
The flight was delayed 35 minutes
I am not gone recommend Saudia Arabia Airline for no one Because of unprofishonal customer service plus poor boarding finally I reach USA without my laugages whish is not acceptable for me at all I strangely request to find my 2 bags Laugages as soon as possible and send it my home address I already give it to them Thanks Amin Jan ibrahimi
I had such a bad experience from Saudia Arabia Airline because of the boarding is poor the personal at the Riyadh Airport ware not professional and bad behavior with passenger second I reached home without my two bags of laugages which is not acceptable for me at all I need my 2 bags laugages as soon as possible Thanks Amin Jan Ibrahimi
It was a pleasant flight. Keep moving.
Same as for earlier leg. About the food. Maybe explain the details a bit more. Mistakenly I chose Hindu meal thinking it was vegeterian meal. It had chicken.
To air hostesses were excellent. The boarding was easy. Food at the lounge was excellent. The cleanliness was superb. The Saudi coffee and dates were a treat! The only things were: 1..the gate was far from the business class lounge as we were asked to go to the east lounge in Mumbai. 2.. while taking off the plane rattled quite a bit. Maybe it was an old plane for both legs. 3. My entertainment system at my seat was not working on the screen. Only worked via the remote. 4. The little bag for the flight is lovely. 5. The date smoothie was really nice. But all in all, an excellent experience. Thank you!!
My food had a 1 inch long screw in it . The staff on the plane promised that Saudia Airlines will be in touch but nothing has happened so far .
Delayed for issues of their own
Jeddah airport and staff is very rude
Cramped seats and there was much to improve on the quality of food served.
Our flight was canceled And no one notify us!!!!
Poor veg food selection
All ok. Veg food selection could be better
One of the best Airlines especially in term of value to money
Horrible transiting experience. Security personnel is slow, causing long queues, and generally treat the passengers very shabbily.
Absolutely chaotic boarding. staff is discourteous and bullying. Bad experience.
Delay as usual
I live it
