Space was good. Food was good. No good movies or not much of choice
Ground personnel told me that TV monitor is not working and I told her to transfer my seat. I was adviced by her that she changed my seat with working TV to watch. When I already sat on my assigned seat , no entertainment, broken monitor! She lied that she transferred me to a good monitor to watch. So I ask the crew if she can transfer me to a working one. Bec 15 hrs flight with nothing to watch is a big punishment to me! I was transferred to smaller space. Not happy about it.
Flight cancelled last minute and canceled again. No more Philippines Airlines for me.

The food
The food served were all tasty. However, we we’re given an ipad to watch the entertainment as they’re “upgrading” it. My husband couldn’t reclined his seat to lie down at first. It’s really a full flight. We’re packed like sardines. And we didn’t leave at 9pm as scheduled but left at 10:20pm instead.
Leave on time, better meals and enough inventory so it never ran out.
A lot checking luggage and treating customers before boarding
Flight schedules. Not the same with Kayak.
I will post a cautionary tale on Facebook today, and hashtag them galore so all possible channels will reach them, about how PAL upper management has lost it to promise their passengers, and specially with business class passengers, to provide them with uncompromised service and amenities. Half of the accommodations that are basic in a flight was non existent. This flight, PR 112 , had parked a plane on the runway to receive passengers that did not have the amenity to access the seat monitors, their reason being they were being upgraded "to serve the passenger better". To compromise, they provided teeny weenie ipads to those who asked after the first meal (It should have been on each passenger's seats before they even boarded, they know the monitors are not working, why do i even have to wait or ask as a business class passenger?), and the ipads were a space waster, they were cumbersome to handle, and the headphones were so old when one moves a little the sound disappears. Also, they had much less selections on their movies and everything else. The flight was also allowed to take off , and this is a 12 hour flight, with the lavatory sinks NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE. again, the reason was it was being updated "to serve you better". But for me, what really sucks is that I find out my seat DID NOT WORK. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I confronted the crew and fortunately, they were super nice, and I feel bad for them they have to compromise their commitment to service and had to face these conditions. The purser offered me a 25000 additional mileage but I refused. That offer is ridiculous. I wasn't able to sleep well because the seat was just beyond inferior , I can't even clean myself with running water, and i even forgot to mention, they asked your preference of your entree, but it was ALWAYS the second choice I got. Theoretically, if a business class passenger asks for everything in the menu, they should never run out of anything for any reasonable circumstance and give them the whole menu as they wished. People pay for business class for a reason, for good flattening seats to be comfortable in a long flight, to have fully working lavatories and monitors, and to have unlimited access to food. PAL PR 112 FAILS MISERABLY in all things i have mentioned. I will shortly contact them to give me a full refund. I don't need Mabuhay miles, because this is the last time I am flying with PAL. It's a pity that they are the flagship airline and most embarrassing that they should be.
Too bad, made me feel so tired, my luggage lost 1 case, I don’t know can I get it back or no
Delay many times, first time with Philipine Airlines, my experience is too bad. Delay every single flight, total my trip delayed 14 hours, 1 stop turn to 2 stops, my luggage lost, I have 2 cases, until today still lost 1. . Super terrible, I’m really scared
I like the convenience of business class. I was disappointed and so tired waiting for the flight to take oof. The flight was changed twice and the flight was delayed four hours after it was changed from 9:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M. It was the worst I experience with PAL ever.
They have to organize the rules on waiting to board. The lines or so chaotic.
Crew were very nice and helpful. We paid extra for a broken seat that you can’t recline and the theres only 2 bathroom working for the lavatory.
Very good
I didn’t care much for the food. I’m well aware that some people may think that I’m not familiar with Filipino cuisine but that isn’t the case. Other than this, the flight was excellent. The flight crew was amazing and attentive. They kept the comfort rooms in amazing condition as well.
Flight delayed going back.Kept changing flight sched.needs be consistent on flight schedule.
👍🏽Comfort 👎🏽 Broken remote and monitor
The food was fantastic. The entertainment system is malfunctioning.
I got to my destination safe and sound. But my wallet was thoroughly damaged.
The staff was courteous and friendly, attentive and caring. Food selection was limited as some items were not available. Seats were a bit tight compared to other airline business class seats. Boarding, as usual was tight and many passengers did not follow zone boarding sequence. Lastly, the airport lounge was terrible!
Need vegetarian options. It’s insane that you have to actually call the airline 72 hours in advance to request a vegetarian option. I upgraded to business class, and think that menu should automatically have a vegetarian meal option.
It was fine. Not the greatest but not the worst. Could have better selection of movies for a 16 hour flight, and WiFi that actually works.
My flight from Brisbane to Manila we were delayed which delayed my transportation to pampanga which cost me a lot of money At the airport in Brisbane we went to collect a voucher for food recieved voucher after waiting in line for a hour then in line at food stahl then we are now boarding the pr 222 so that was a wast of time Then a autistic child kicked me the whole trip It was a nightmare of a flight I’m not a person who complains but that trip was the worst flight I have ever taken I thinking what to do next Will talk to somebody on monday
Boarding time is delayed.
Everything was fantastic and the prices were great
Travelling in transit to USA or Australia .You have to reclaim your luggage at Gate 4 in secure area.atbzTerminal 2 in Manila .Claim your bags and open them so a gun shot residue test. Close all cases and return to Phillipines Airline staff. I had the misfortune to go to Mabuhay Business Class on my journey to US A it's a disaster full of passengers so small 2 main rooms tiny.Food provided was terrible 3 empty trays ,had to eat a cheese and tomato sandwich only thing left. Drinks were cold and alcohol served at a bar which was staffed by Phillipine staff. Toilets were not clean. All departure areas in Terminal 2 are a bun fight. Staff are not consistent with carry on luggage.A guy in economy came on board with 5 large carry on items. Many paxs had 2-3 carry on bags.No room in overhead lockers , the time it takes pax to get these bags into overhead lockers holds up boarding .Further xray of carry on luggage is at entrance to Departure area.Very little space to sit on outside dept gate,Terminal 2 at Manila airport should be avoided at all cost.Staff on aircraft were pleasant.
Everything about the flight and crew was amazing. They were helpful, courteous, responsive, and friendly. I lost my air pods in the seat and they took their time finding them, all with a smile on their faces. The food was good, drinks plentiful. The only minus was that my entertainment module was not working, but I was offered miles, which was lovely. Mabuhay Philippine Airlines!
I love Philippine Airlines but I hate Kayak ieagle agency. I’m unable to rebook a flight. Very inconvenient, will not purchase again with Kayak.
On board Philippine Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 115cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Philippine Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

Both Airbus and Boeing aircraft make up the company’s fleet. The Airbus A321 family of planes are the most commonly flown for short distance flights within Asia, capitalizing on their fantastic fuel economy. If you are undertaking a transcontinental flight from North America our Europe, it is likely you will travel on one of their Airbus A350 or Boeing 777 aircraft. Check to see if you are flying in their LoveBus, a specially decorated A350 that was made to celebrate 40 years of partnership with Airbus. It has a red kiss mark near the nose of the plane.
