I was unable to check in online. It said PRN is not correct few times in spite of it being correct. I could not book my seat. I travelled from Mumbai to Chennai & Chennai to tiruchi. I raised my problem to staff in Mumbai and they were not helpful. They kept saying I needed to do it in Chennai. They said they can’t print my boarding pass since it started from Chennai. They could have helped me with online checking. Customer service is very poor and not helpful. They could have done a better job.

Already mentioned the didorerly check in process. The crew were not aware that I pre-booked for snacks and paid for. They said I have to pay for snacks and drinks, when I showed the crew my boarding pass they said that the system was not updated with this information. Very strange excuse..

Liked the XL seat, but didn't like the check-in process at the Delhi Airport gate 5B. Though I had paid for the priority boarding, there was mad rush at the gate and allowed whoever with might pushed in. Then at the gate we were picked up for compulsory checkin the hand baggage as the flight was full. There were any with more than 2 bags and massive cabin baggage. But they didn't dare to stop them.. Overall a very badly managed check-in process.

Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

Bag check is not as smooth as can be at CST Terminal 2. Passengers are advised to print out and attach boarding passes at home in a bid to avoid crowding at self-service kiosks given the Covid-19 public health crisis. However attendants then say tags need to be re-printed at the counter as the ones provided by the airline at the airport are more secure. While the check-in process is aided by the helpful staff, Indigo Airlines could do a better job of providing more self-service kiosks and clearer guidance during the online purchase process. Suggest calling ahead to confirm situation on the ground.

Pros: Not much.

Cons: We flew to India and back from Turkey. Both flights had 2 stops and both times Indigo said we didn’t have a second flight and wouldn’t give us a second boarding pass meaning we had to go out to the check in both times to get our second boarding pass and both times were very problematic. Also we have a 7+ hour international flight on a very small plane with no free food or drinks. Just not a very good flight experience overall.

Pros: I liked the fact that it was a direct flight

Cons: Extremely bumpy take off and landing. The pilot could do better.

Cons: The website does not describe baggage allowance clearly as compared to other airlines. It lists “excess baggage weight” but not the 15kg limit. The choice of 15kg as the limit is a BIG problem for international travelers who may be coming for longer stays. Air India has a much friendlier policy for checked and carryon baggage and I would choose it by far. We were charged for every kilo even though prepay options online were not user friendly. 4 thumbs down, way down.

Pros: Did not take the flight as fell sick. Tried working with vayama and Turkish airlines to reschedule this return flight but quoted cost was higher than original price.

Cons: An understanding and accommodation based on medical reasoning.

Pros: The seat was really bad and the crew didn't make any effort to dim the lights for about 75% of the journey. I would say an international flight on a low-cost carrier like Indigo should be avoided.

Pros: Budget Indian airline so was good. Good crew .Bus on and off tarmac , Basic food and paid for but fine. Good legroom in XL seats and std seemed ok too compared to some Australian airlines .Was on time so thats all that really mattered

Cons: No entertainment very bad seats no blanket when asked for
